      I went to the Popeyes **********, ** location ******************** 1. This location does NOT open their lobby to customers. Its been 2 yrs after the pandemic, every other restaurant has their lobbies open. Hire more people & pay them a decent wage. 2. The drive thru is entirely too long, more times than not i don't even bother. It takes 20 mins or more to get food. 3. Orders are often wrong, your portions are very small. Food is **** warm not hot, and looks as though its made in use grease. Its under the heat lamp, not fresh & you charge full price for mediocre servings? Your customers deserve better. For what I paid, this meal SHOULD be free given the length of time it took to get it and it wasn't all that great. The staff is very friendly so you should considers paying them now to get up and running again. But others have said your staff doesn't even take the next order until car in the front line gets theirs and leaves. That's why your lines are so long, that's ridiculous you should be ashamed of yourself as a company 4 Get rid of that awful ************ the cheese is very ***** in taste & this isn't your strong item. Good you brought back cajun rice but its clearly a shell of its former self. You skim so bad on the portion & charge over $3 for a half a pint of serving. Unbelievable! 5. We understand restaurants must increase prices to reflect inflation but you do your customers a disservice by nickle and diming them while giving them poor servings, long lines & bad customer service from that standpoint. If your workers quit its on you to make it better. This meal clearly wasn't worth the $12.64 you think it was.
