I ordered Popeyes through door dash for delivery and I suppose to got a breast, leg, wing,and thigh they gave me two legs,a wing and a thigh this not what I order everytime I order at the **************** location in ********, ** they mess my order up. If you don't have something in stock let me know don't just give me what you want to give me. I work hard for my money just like they do. Door dash would not compensate for the issue with my order. Food is too expensive these days to not get what I paid for. I will attach my receipt and proof of what I ordered. I would like this to be forwarded to Popeyes corporate.Initial Complaint

I took my chicken back to Popeyes because of dark spots on chicken the employer by the name of ***** ******* wanted to use the same box I told her no you need a clean box, she started yelling at me the manager had no control over her , so when I received the chicken I drove off this Popeyes need a new manager and employer and I need my money back this happened Memorial Day may26Initial Complaint

I have written to this company several times and provided receipts and photos of issues with their restaurant ans they how not responded once. Food is stale, orders wrong, employees font care. When you notify them they say weare looking for somwthing free when we spend 79+$ at a time most times. Yesterday the order was wrong again. Spi y chicken sandwich was classic. Classic was stale and dry with so much batter as if they were trying to make up for the tiny piece of chicken. This is a rip off.Initial Complaint

I placed a mobile order and never received it from the restaurant. It took days to get ahold of someone via email and they told me they were transferring me to someone in a different department almost a week ago now and I have not heard back despite trying to follow up numerous times. I placed an order on 5/25/25 to feed my family. My order total came to *****. I got my food home and realized I was missing 8 out of 16 pieces of chicken. I tried calling and the first answered call was thanks for calling please hold, I was placed on hold and then hung up on. Second call, no answer and the phone hung up. Third call, please hold and as I write this complaint I have been on hold the entire time. I sent my spouse to get the order corrected, he was greeted with hostile and attitudes. When asked about getting the corporate number they kept saying that they needed the food. My children had already began eating the food. I also asked for the district manager contact information as well. Upon asking for the DM number, an employee stated she needed to speak to the store manager about giving the number out. Now, let me be clear this isnt about the food. Its about the lack of customer service, employee attitudes and overall rudeness.Initial Complaint

On May 13, 2025, at 7.51 p.m. I swiped my ************ card at Popeyes in ***** and was told by the cashier that the card did not go through. The cashier was then given another card (Cash App debit) for payment, and I was charged $31.85. On May 14th, I reviewed my bank statement and discovered they had charged my card $40.50. I then immediately contacted Popeyes and was told they had a glitch in their system that night. They still did not return my $40.50. I was told I would have to file a dispute with my bank. I talked to three different Managers about the problem and showed proof of the money being taken from both accounts. I have not been contacted by anyone regarding this matter.Initial Complaint

Hello, Good morning, My name is ******* ***** and I am Highly upset. I went to the Popeyes on **********. It was my mother, daughter and self, shortly after we ate the food we started to have bowel movements and was sick all day and all night. We have been sick ever since we ate from this franchise we are CURRENTLY STILL SICK. I AM A SINGLE MOTHER WITH A ONE YEAR OLD DAUGHTER. WE HAVE EXPERIENCED THIS ONE TWO MANY TIMES AND I HAVE HAD ENOUGH THIS IS TERRIBLE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND INCONSIDERATE. MY DAUGHTER COULD HAVE CHOKED ON HER THROW UP IN HER SLEEP. THEY ARE SO DISRESPECTFUL EVERYTIME WE GO. THE INSIDE OF THIS PLACE IS UNCLEAN AND THE FOOD IS ALWAYS OLD AS IF THEY ARE USING OLD GREASE. I NEVER GET GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NOW MY DAUGHTER AND I HAVE TO SUFFER FROM THIS ******. I HAVE NO TRANSPORTATION TO GET TO AND FROM AND CAN NEVER GET HELP WHEN EXPERIENCING THIS. NOONE CARES OR TAKES CREDIT FOR WHAT WE HAVE BEEN EXPERIENCING. I AM GOING TO TAKE FURTHERMORE CHARGE AND AM *** LOOKING FOR A LAWYER BECAUSE THIS IS RIDICOULOUS. I came in the store on 5/21/25 approx 6:15pm on 1999 ****** blvd calumet city,il Busy time of day I was at the front counter and was told by cashier " Ya'll just gone have to wait" very rude the cashier on drive thru replied to co-worker you don't have to rush for them. Also, very unprofessional. no one apologized for the wait. The front area wasn't clean. The cook came to the front for a drink with 2 rags in hand as he continued to rub them over his chest and arms in front of customers. I did speak with management regarding the concern. I wasn't thee only one that witnessed this behavior. I understand drive thru making the money. What I don't understand is how the emplyees feel like the rude behavior and un professional demeanor isn't in there job discription.Initial Complaint

Yes few days ago I went thru drive thru got 4piece chicken meal got breast thigh and 2wings?? No.leg??? Was not happy
