      We went through the drive threw we didn't get are beverages no receipt we received all spicy are kids couldn't eat it they keep phone off hook not to be reached are order was $53.00 a refund of half would be fair

      I ordered food at the drive thru and got charged for a extra 4pc combo that cost me $15.93 when I realized my order was wrong I told them and they offered to give me a refund but instead of a refund I got another charge on my debit card for another $15.93. I tried calling them but there phone keeps ringing they never answer the phone I even tried stopping in the store to explain my problem and they said could not do anything for me manger was not there come back at 4pm so told them I would call them and when I called at 4 pm they told me manager was not there. I have called them a lot and now they wont answer the phone and I am out of $31.86 that they overcharged me. This was on December 19, 2023 and 7:18 pm and the second charge was at 7:24pm on the same day. They hardly spoke English so had a hard time taking my order at the drive thru. Very disappointed in the horrible service I have got from this company.

      I'm not at all surprised at the tremendous number of poor reviews for not only this Popeye's location, but for others in the area as well. Having been a customer for more than 20 years I get email offers from them almost every day; special offers, extra rewards points, advance notice of new items - all appreciated, but......the emails inform us we can order either using the app or at popeyes.com, I choose the latter and print out the receipt and order confirmation before I head over there to pick it up. I have now had three occasions in a row over the past couple of months where I had to argue with the staff about picking up the order, they claim you had to show them the receipt and order on your cell phone. Despite me telling them each time I did not order it through the app or on a cell phone but on a desktop before I left work, they continued to argue, as if I was trying to pull a criminal heist for $12 worth of chicken.. The last time this happened I threatened to call the sheriff as I had a paid receipt and they were refusing to fill the paid order. Today because they were remodeling it was drive-through only for pick **** same argument different day except this time I told them I wasn't leaving the drive through window without the order, even after showing them the receipt, ID with my name (same as on the order) and the credit card used. I had previously contacted the corp office (*****) about this repeat problem (request ********) several times and could not a get a straight answer as to whether or not this was going to be a continued problem. She thanked me for being a customer, gave me free reward points, apologized for the inconvenience blah blah blah but in the end it was never resolved as to why a customer could not present a printed receipt and emailed order confirmation when picking up an order. The employees there should consider getting a job more suited to their bad and uninformed attitude, like the *** or the motor vehicle office.

      Within a couple of days after I submitted this complaint to BBB I received the refund that I wanted.  I'm sure when they heard from you prompted them to give the refund.  I'm positive though if you wouldn't have been involved, they wouldn't have given the refund.

      I redeemed rewards for an item in the order, however, my credit card was still charged for the item. See the receipt and my email communications with a customer service agent who did not help at all. I need a refund of the charge and tax. This is not the first time I had such issues with app order, and I just recall that last time I was not refunded the tax!

      I placed an order through the app for the location store # **** at ***********************************************************. When I got there they were claiming they did not see my order and I showed them my order and everything. So I guess they finally found the order and they told us we had to pull up and wait for the sandwich to be cooked. Then we were in the parking lot waiting for the food and 20 minutes later the cashier by the name of ***** came to the car with 1 out of 7 items and I asked her where the rest of the food was? And she said they're cooking the items so she'll bring them as they get done which was unacceptable to me and I gave her back the sandwich and said if she could just bring all the food together and then I just told her I would just like a refund and she just walked away and didn't say anything. So I told ny husband let's go inside the store to make sure I get my refund. As I'm walking inside the store I hear the same cashier telling the manger that I had an attitude and was telling her how I said I wanted my money back which was a LIE! She then was trying to go back and forth with me in FRONT of the manager and other customers and was completely out of line and unprofessional. For some strange reason she was so upset that i wanted my money back and I don't know why. And I also need a refund for my order I never received as well. I also am submitting this complaint to the BBB as well to have on record because this employee should not be working her at all as a representation of the company and I will not go to Popeyes anymore!

      I have placed an order for 12 piece chicken meal online and order showed it can be picked up at store. Once we got to the store, the store stated they do not have access to their computer and cannot see any orders and did not give us the order and said they were unable to do a refund. I tried contacting the company directly and kept getting automated message and nobody to help. I have paid $36.24 online in their website and the person at drive thru said he have nothing to do with online order and cannot help. Tried contacting store via phone and no answer there either.

      The chicken wings was served at regular price were the size of shrimp. This is highway robbery to serve such small pieces at regular price. I called and told The young lady about my order she said I could come back. I told her I could not. She Told be to call *** the ** attempted to call *** for 3 day they do not answer the phone at this location. This happened on last Thursday about 3:40pm. I would imagine others are going through the same thing and its not fair to the consumer to be not warned that the product is not up to Popeyes normal standards and have the wing count adjusted. I have photos you can see the wings are the size of half of my pinky finger.
