      On 10/31/2023 at approx 9/930 pm I ordered food from the establishment. It was the only meal I had that day and I have been suffering from severe food poisoning today (11/1/2023).

      This Popeyes establishment has an extremely rude staff and management. Shooing off customers and patrons, using vile and corse language and providing inconvenience to customer to make their lives easier.

      Popeye's Chicken, number *****, ********************************************************************************, ************ order number 71 takeout. The price paid with tax $40.04, 12 piece box meal.The receipt shows a menu of the items but when I got home and made a count, there were more wings and thighs and was cut short on legs and b****** I watch the attendant as a prepared my order and noticed she had swapped out chicken pieces and put back out of the box after the swap out. I wouldn't think that a company would intentionally cheat customer this way and expect this day in business. She removed the breast and exchange for thighs and took out legs to exchange with wings, which have less meat. I don't ask for anything, this is just a notice for other customers to be cautious to be able to receive a product for payment.

      I use the mobile app to order from Popeyes and for several years it worked fine. Lately, the app will show an offer, I will enter the offer and on completing the order am told "no longer available". This is a constant. Until recently, it was possible to immediately contact ************* and they would attempt to rectify the problem. Now, there is no "chat" option and a phone call will send me to the app to, in effect, send an email to *************. If they issue a credit, it is only available against full-price options, not offers since the "credit" is itself an "offer" and "offers" cannot be combined. ************* has started to ignore my emails, leaving problems unresolved.Worse, the managers of the store locations are forbidden to offer any concessions or assistance with problems with the app orders, which can only be obtained with the help of the now email-only online customer care whose answers are arbitrary and not in real time. The most recent issue with an order was a Chicken Tenders offer for which I had to pay full price ($13.79) at the Bronx ************** Store when the $6.79 offer suddenly became "unavailable"; the offers arbitrarily appear and disappear from the app screen and there's no one to help since *************, formerly available by phone, is now a cruel joke available via email when they feel like responding, and the franchisee has ordered its manager not to provide any compensation or service involving the app.The receipt provided is for a meal where I applied a Support-provided $5 against a $13.79 full-price Tenders meal. This was after attempting to place a $6.79 offer that suddenly went "unavailable" when I tried to fulfill.

      I purchased chicken from Popeyes if good and hot double battered to make the pieces look larger. No seasoning just *****. 3 of the biscuits was old. The other 2 were not baked long enough. I ordered Mac and cheese we got beans and rice. No season beans was watery. Mash potatoes were ok but not good.

      I received a $25.00 gift card for Christmas. I used the card one time in February for $5.36. I have tried five times to use the remaining balance of $19.64 without success. Each time I have received different reasons for the card not working. However if you check online, the balance is there. Since the card is not working I would like to receive a refund of the balance. I have attempted to call their ************************* but each time I explain my problem, I get disconnected or hung up on.

      I visited Popeyes at **** at ********************************************** *****, ** ***** after placing an order online at their website at 4:57 pm on October 22, 2023. Up arriving shortly after placing the order, I noticed that the drive through line was wrapped around the corner. I had ************ thru pickup and after I saw someone go to the door, I realized it was locked. I waited in line for at least 20 minutes, only to get to the menu and the person comes on and says sorry for the wait but we don't have any chicken. I asked her to repeat herself because it was muffled. I told her I placed online order for a chicken sandwich meal and requested a refund. She asked me how I ordered and I told her online at their site. She claimed she didn't have my order. She also stated she had no workers. I asked for a refund and she told me that I had to request it online. If you have no workers or chicken, then your establishment should be closed. This location always has issues. I went to the site, they only have a bot and no real person to chat with on there. I asked for a refund, and it said 5-7 days. I called their customer service line, which isn't anything but a recording and keeps telling you to text people. There is no real person to speak with about the issue. I received an email from a ******* informing me that I can't get a refund only a $10 credit. I didn't request a credit! I have no food and basically you have stolen my money. Why would I want a credit for the only location in *****, **? Awful and inconvenient service. All I am requesting is a full refund of my purchase. I never received the order! This location needs to be shutdown! If there are no workers than that's a clear indication of management issues within.

      I am sending this complaint against Popeyes for primarily how they handled my issue and additionally the fact that they are ignoring my emails.I placed an order and I did not receive my order. I initially contacted support via the Popeyes mobile app letting them know I did not received my order and to see if I can get a full refund.******* from Popeyes responded on October 14, 2023 at 12:23 AM EST by letting me know we are supposed to communicate with the delivery driver and asked if I can provide screenshots of the driver communication.I responded to the email on October 14, 2023 at 12:36 AM EST by letting her know the driver never contacted me.******* from Popeyes responded again on October 14, 2023 at 12:55 AM EST letting me know she will be transferring my emails to someone and they will be in touch within ***** hours and I can reply to the email thread as well.I replied to the email on October 15, 2023 at 3:06 AM EST asking if someone is still going to get back to me.I **** another follow-up email on October 15, 2023 at 4:54 AM EST and still no response.And again I **** another email response on October 15, 2023 at 10:33 PM asking once again if someone is going to get back to me and still no response.And then I am filing this complaint.I am going to guess the reasoning why the emails were being transferred and why no one is responding is because my Popeyes account has been flagged for violations?

      I went through the drive thru on 9/22/2023 and ordered a 2-piece breast and wing-spicy and a 12-piece sweet and spicy wing. I paid for my order then the cashier tells me that they are out of spicy chicken. I told her to just refund me for the 2-piece and I still wanted the 12 piece. the cashier told me that they don't do refunds. I told her she will definitely refund me my money if she doesn't have what I ordered. she told me that she could give me some hot sauce. I asked for a supervisor. The supervisor came to the window and I explained what happened, to which she replied, we have spicy chicken it's just not cooked. she said she would drop the chicken and it would take about 12 minutes to cook. I waited about 18 minutes and my food was brought out to me. I get all the way home to find out that the chicken was indeed not spicy. I saved the chicken and go back the next morning about 11am (they open at 10am) and they are closed. I got the attention of an employee who was inside and I asked for a supervisor. the supervisor who told me her name was **, was rude and unprofessional and refused to give me a refund. after going back and forth she finally gave me $8 out of her pocket. My 2-piece was $7.99 plus tax. I believe the she said the supervisor from the night before name was *******. This business has no sense of customer service and is giving off scammer vibes. how can you take my money and then say, oh, we don't have that and we don't offer refunds. I have feeling they have done this before and are scamming customers by taking their money and not providing the items. ** assured me that the manager or GM would be giving me a call but I have not heard from anyone. I just want to be sure no one else is being scammed. And the supervisor also needs to be addressed about her lying and not giving me what I ordered. that was very deceiving. I waited all that time for nothing. and was inconvenienced. ** also took my receipt and never gave it back. luckily I took a picture
