      ***************************** my experience with her how she came in wanting me to take over the store then started hiring all the new people an let the whole day shift go an ******* isnt rehirable but shes there running shifts an shes not safe served . the managers are nasty to the employees an nothing is ever done about it an this company ***** and she has hired other managers an gave them my spot an ive been there so long an put that ************************* fired me the day my uncle passed away an told a prior general manager i was lying that i was lying about my uncle passing away an tell about ******* im was off only covering for another employee kennis that had an emergency an i couldnt cover his shift because i had one an ****** fired me i never been written up for anything, and u just fire someone like its nothing I need my job that has mouths to feed . And your Regional manager *************** a good asset to your company or ************************* they dont care about the small people. because the people in these positions dont care about every day life an their employees situations until their jobs are on the line well there on the line now . i have contacted my lawyer for lost wages an being wrongfully terminated. Their going back hiring people that are terminated all ur companies in ***** ** have money an safe issues cause the General managers are the ones taking the money . The stores are disgusting and needs to shut down. This company been stealing hours from employees so they cant go into overtime. Employees havent been receiving their pay checks . You have a few employees that will like to speak to You about them loosing their jobs by the hands of the the wrong managers. Careless managers not caring about anyone but them selves . firing people that have never been written up . playing god playing with people job the way of eating an how they pay their bills . ************************* fell out in there yesterday because of no air conditioning that's a lawsuit

      Dear popeyes,I want to say that I think your company is very rude to use the parking area of the motel that is next to your dinning place in ********* **********. Your customers need to stay on your side of the orange cones and on your property! The motel has just as much right to stay in business as you guys do. If any of your customers hit me with their car on the motel's side of the street I will *** the driver and your restaurant for not controlling your traffic properly! It is very rude of your employees to use another business property line to conduct your business.Sincerly,Yihsin_shih

      On July 30th, 2022 at approximately 5:54pm, I placed an online order through Popeyes website for $85.46 for delivery. The company used door dash or another food service delivery to deliver my order to my home. I received an order #** with the name ******** on it which contained a box of fries and a chicken sandwich. I called the restaurant letting them know the order I received was not my order at all and to see if my order was still in the restaurant because I'd just come pick it up myself. They stated, "Your order has already left the restaurant and if you received an order that wasn't yours, you will have to contact the website to get a refund because there's nothing we can do at this restaurant." So everyday since July 30th, I've submitted a request for a refund with no response as of today, August 9th. No calls, no email, nothing! I even reached out to their corporate social media page and still nothing! I spent $85+ and never received my order. This is highly unacceptable. All I want is either my $85 back or my order that I ordered!!!

      I have contacted this business numerous times by phone and email to no avail since July 20. 2022 and received no response. I called the customer care line and filed my complaint about their food service and was told someone would get back to me, yet no one has. I've called and emailed at least six times since the first time: I spoke to Abiola on July 20th re: the chicken nugget meal, and ***** on 8/05/2022, who gave me a case #*******. No contact back from anyone at Popeye's.This is not the first time Popeye's has been unresponsive after calling their customer care. May 05, 2022 I called in a complaint about the food I was served and spoke to Zynab re: the shrimp tackle meal and was told someone would get back to me. Nothing!It happened in the first time in year 2019 as well, regarding the ****** ** restaurant.

      I purchased a gift card to Popeyes Louisiana Chicken on July 6, 2022 at Kroger #*** in **********, **. I went to the nearest Popeyes restaurant on *************** in *********, ** and the gift card would not work. Two employees and a manager worked on it and could not get it to work. I went back to Kroger to tell them the problem - they told me I would have to call the number on the back of the card to get it resolved. I called the number on the back and it was a **************** card number. I contacted Popeyes online and voiced my complaint and they apologized for the problem and said they would send it on to the appropriate department to work on the problem. Now it has been almost a month, I have had about 5-6 conversations with Popeyes online asking about the progress and every time they apologize for the problem and pass it on to "somebody". I has been a week now since my last correspondence and I have not heard anything from them. I would like to just get my $25.00 back that I spent on this gift card that is not worth anything laying on my table.

      I read your message and it is a complaint against Popeyes Louisiana Chicken not Kroger.  

      I have submitted a complaint (ID ********* about a gift card I purchased at Kroger in **********, ** to Popeyes Louisiana Chicken that was not honored at the Popeyes in *********, **. I received a response from your organization with the complaint being lodged against Kroger when it should in fact be lodged against Popeyes. I have corresponded with Popeyes on at least five occasions with no resolution, only apologies. Please correct this as I would like to get it resolved asap.

      I went to the store at ********************************************************** and ordered one large macaroni and cheese and 3 small mashed potatoes. When I arrived home, there were 3 small mashed potatoes and 2 small macaroni and cheeses. When I called the store, I asked for a manager to share my findings as I did not want to return to the store today. Subsequently, a manager (a rude woman) came to the phone, she told me "we give 2 smalls sides to make up for the large side when we are out of large cups and we are out of large cups." Next, I disagreed that the two are equivalent and she shared this is how they do it at her store. I shared that I should have been given the opportunity to choose if I wanted the 2 small side option as the macaroni and cheese is more expensive than the other sides. Then, I asked the manager for her name and she said "why." Surprised by this reaction from a "manager", I said as a manager, you should be able to provide your name. Subsequently, she said she was not going to give you my name and then said is there anything else. I said her name and hung up on me.

      On 7/21/22 at 7:03 p.m. I purchased a 11pc box of chicken from the local popeyes for $16.18, the chicken was however uneatable, it was cold, hard, overcooked and not the correct pieces I should have received according to receipt. What I received was only was I figure was what was left overs from the day which should have been discarded instead of being given to a consumer. According to receipt I should have received 3 legs, received 5. Should have received 2 *******, received none, and so on..... I called location upon seeing condition of chicken but the phone was busy. I then took the chicken back to restaurant but the door was locked and no one answered. I called next morning and recording stated the phone had been disconnected. I contacted the corporate office and I also filled out survey online about visit, corporate office have sent me what appears to be form emails, when in fact no one has helped me and all I want is the money back that I paid for this trash, no sorry or apologies, just a refund.

      I placed a catering order on June 23, 2022 for $417.38 at the Popeyes location at ***********************************. in *****, **, paying for the order with my debit card at the time it was placed. I was to pick up the order on June 25 at 5:15 pm. I called Popeyes at 5:05 pm to tell them I would arrive a few minutes late to pick up the order. I was told at that time that they forgot to prepare the order. Nevertheless, I proceeded to the store. When I arrived just after 5:20, they had just begun the preparation. The food was finally completed and given to me at 6:38 pm, one hour and 23 minutes after it had been promised. I called the store manager two days later. She told me that she had been unaware that there was a problem with the order and that she would 'make it right.' In subsequent phone calls, she informed me that refunds cannot be handled at the store level and that I should contact corporate headquarters, which I have done. The store manager no longer returns my calls. My attempts to contact corporate headquarters via email have been responded to only with prepared emails like 'Thank you for contacting us. Your information has been forwarded to the proper individual.' I have made several efforts to get this resolved at the corporate level. It is unthinkable to me that a legitimate business can forget about a prepaid order of this size, ultimately deliver the product almost one and a half hours late, and then refuse to provide a discount on the order. I'm asking that a $200 refund be credited to my debit card for the resolution of the matter, including the fact that I have had to pursue this now for more than a month.

      Me and my daughter-in-law visit Popeyes at ************************************************************************************************************************************************* telephone number ************. We've made an order around 5:10 5:15 resetting the line for approximately 10 to 15 minutes we were asked to pull up our food came out around 5:55. Once the food came out the person had forgot to bring the drinks so they took the food back on the inside then the manager came out she was very irate and when asked about complimentary t she got very upset went back inside locked the door. So we went back up to see what was taking so long by this time we have been there for almost an hour and we want it our money back so she took it upon herself to slang the chicken across the dining room floor and was very disrespectful I will not ever go to a Popeyes and someone from corporate needs to contact me as soon as possible so that the video tapes can be reviewed and that this person will be removed from that location or talk the proper training

      I ordered the #5 shrimp and tenders. Wow they screwed me over. There were no shrimp, just crumbs and burnt pieces. Everything was cold. And management didn't care at all. Even the **************** was flat and watered down, it tasted like it was sitting out for a while. And I was denied a refund.
