      ******** customer service. I arrived at the store at 8:54 on January 27 and ordered a quarter pound shrimp combo with fries. The worker indicated that they do not have anyfries at the moment even though they dont close until 11 oclock. I then asked for macaroni and cheese as my side, not realizing that Iwould be charged an additional $.50 for the side. When I arrived at the window, I paid for my order and received my drink. At which time the worker asked to move forward I indicated to the worker that I was not going to move forward because there was no one behind me. Just make my order. The worker told another individual in the store who came to the window and told me I cannot stay at the window because they makethe food fresh to order. I indicated I am not moving just go ahead and make my order again, no one is behind me at this point. A third ****** came to the window and told me that I cannot stay at the window and be on the clock. I stated I paid for my order and I am not going to move. Just make my order. The worker asked me why was I being difficult and me that he can just refuse my order? I then told the worker please refuse my order give me my refund. He asked me for the sprite back and issued the refund. I then drove to another Popeyes store number ***** place the exact same order with fries this time pulled up to the window and receivedmy order within three minutes. I noticed that the same order from Popeyes store number ***** charged $10.39 for these order and store number ***** charged $9.29 for the order.

      There should a zero star or minus star option. This establishment is the worst, and it appears like it is all of them across the board where I live. Extremely rude and disrespectful staff that argue about what you ordered. The orders are never correct. I ordered online and when I got to the drive thru window they told me it wasnt ready and to circle back through the drive thru. Mind I had put that order in 20 minutes before I had arrived and then waited an additional 15 minutes in the drive thru line. One employee even through the food bag at my wife! I would not even call the employees there employees, they act like animals. And they also act as it is an inconvenience that Im there ordering food. My wife has tried to reach corporate because of how bad the customer service is and the only thing I can figure is that corporate just does not care either. I wish there was like a fast food restaurant customer service enforcement entity that would hold these places accountable. Not sure this review will change anything. But for anyone wondering about Popeyes PLEASE DO NOT SPEND YOUR TIME OR MONEY THERE!

      While ordering in the drive thru line, I arrived at the window and asked to add a drink to my order to which the woman at the window made the most ugliest face as heavily sighed in disgust. After handing me my order she closed the window as I checked my bag which had no condiments nor napkins. I attempted to get the attention of the woman working in the drive thru window but purposely avoid eye contact and continued working. I remained in the line until she finally approached the window and asked me "WHAT" I calmly asked her for Honey Mustard for my order to which she begrudgingly handed them to me. Total disrespect and lack of any customer service. I feel for every single soul that had to post about this joke of an establishment.

      These people act as if THEY CANT READ! When you order online everything is clearly in YOUR FACE, so why does my order get messed up EVERY SINGLE TIME? POPEYES NEEDS TO DO BETTER THEYRE ALREADY F****** HIGH!

      0 stars. Stale, hard hot signature chicken, management was extremely rude, didn't bother to a solution. Moreless, she made it clear, she was not going to come up with a solution. It was my fault is how she made it sound. The worst food, management, and I definitely will never ever step foot in Popeyes again. It's so bad, us out of town workers, had one heck of conversation about the same service and food. I held the whole meal until today, brought up to Popeyes to at least prove the whole thing. Because I just wanted to prove that I wasn't wrong over the phone last night. Anyway I didn't even go in the door as soon as I open my car door some *** said don't even bother to go in their computers are down I've been waiting for 25 minutes for my chicken that was ordered online and nobody bothered to resolve his problem. More or less it's probably the store I would sure look into it and I would close it down I don't normally talk like this about anything. But with me working in food service there is no way I would ever treat my customers like that! And I most definitely would not serve them food that looks like it's been sitting under one of them hot lamps all day. It's just sad because I worked hard I'm from out of town I was starving and I didn't have anything to eat last night over it. I was too exhausted to deal with it. And I shouldn't have had to. I would like to have my $13 back. Sad I had to pay a dollar for a biscuit are you serious it's bad that you get so greedy and make so much money off of people with the high prices you have to charge a dollar for a biscuit should have went to ******** fried Chicken ellenton Florida store #*****. Is the franchise

      I ordered a cajun turkey for Thanksgiving on Wednesday, November 20, 2024. I began emailing (multiple emails) to customer Service on Friday, November 23, 2024. I didnt receive a response until Wednesday, November 27, 2024 (literally the day before Thanksgiving) saying that my turkey had been lost in transit! How unprofessional! I was so excited about this order. I will never order a turkey from them again!
