      Hi, My name is **** *****! Your website for the whole chat support is so messed wouldn't let me type in my message. You need to get that fixed. I am emailing you to make a complaint about your employee at the Popeyes location in ********* on ****************************************. I came into your location to pick up an order as door dasher. Your cashier that is either a Hispanic or Puerto Rican male with glasses with long hair bunned up was a complete a****** to me. I had an order for a customer to pick up he was uncommunicative said order not here I asked did someone else pick up the order or if he can remake the order he said he is not able to make the order which tells me the order was never there which I understand it can be a glitch in the system but your employee needs to be able to communicate. Than after I contacted dasher support I went back to the drive through asked if he can make the order refused to do the job. He was arguing with me used profanity language told me to come closer to the window like he wanted to threaten me by beating me up. Your employee has the nerve to give me the middle finger. Now that's not how employees should speak to customers. Very inappropriate for employees to give customer middle fingers. He should be fired from Popeyes & out of a job immediately.       Very dissatisfied that this location charged with tax $98 for their Thanksgiving Cajun turkey. All other Popeyes restaurants in the surrounding area charged $64.99 plus tax approximately $77-80. This is price gouging at its best and I will not go to this location again.

      Absolutely 0 star. They are ripping off customers. Me included. We ordered a turkey for the Thanksgiving holiday and have not received it. We have made numerous attempts to contact them to no avail. Received 1 email saying someone would contact us. No one has contacted us. Their automated message system is an absolute joke. I have found out through their ******** account that many others have experienced the same issue. Popeyes is stealing from their customers.

      I went through the drive through at **************************************************************, and began to place my order. I told them I had a coupon for a 2 piece meal. I then was told to wait a minute. After waiting appx. I decided to go inside to place my order. The manager apparently heard me complain about the long wait outside. Once I got to the counter and gave the young female manager running the register my coupon and began placing my order for a 2 piece dark meat as shown on the coupon (#****), she told me it was only good for white meat, which I don't eat. I informed her that nowhere on the coupon does it state white meat only. She stated that substitutions aren't allowed on coupons. I informed her that I was not substituting anything. I told her I have used coupons like this many times for dark meat many times and she said that should never have been allowed. I think she was discriminating against me because I complained about the drive through. After she continued to accept the coupon, I told her to give me back the coupon and I left. On the menu there is no price difference between white and dark meat or the choice of sides. The manager was not telling the truth, she was just being mean.

      I went here on a Friday to order my usual 3piece Spicy 2 biscuits an strawberry ****** When l open my box the chicken was so Died out a much darker color than usual an was extremely small it was so small they gave me an extra Thigh to l guess to make up for how small an how OLD THE CHICKEN WAS. So l went back through the Drive through to ask the young lady can l have some Fresh CHICKEN the young lady gonna say when she look at the chicken. It don't look like you at it to even know how it taste, l said to her do you actually think l was gonna eat that chicken the way it look. She then stated it's the Grease that needs to be change. So l said again we'll can you change the Oil cause this chicken isn't right. She took the chicken talk about it to her workers. So then the manager came an brought some more chicken l look at it an it was bigger pieces but look the same l ask for my money back. So l have to go back in to swipe my card to get a refund the manager tells me that's how the Spicy chicken look. I said ma'am l been eating Popeyes all my adult life. I have never had NO CHICKEN LOOK like that. Then she gets smart an say l been working her all my life. So as I'm going through the process a OLD man had just received his chicken he look at it an told them the same thing give me some fresh chicken. I said to him your chicken not right either. The manager gonna say don't worry about him he eat here everyday an don't say nothing to him we getting you your money back. As a Manager l would think you would have more people more Professional. I was raised in this neighborhood still have a home here as well an its sad to see a Business not carrying about what they feed you when you selling to public. I will never support this location again

      I ordered two pre-order turkeys this year. for $165.00 prepaid. I ordered on November 5th and the schedule for pick up at a local for ***** thru *****, I was advised that I would receive an email when they were ready. Well the day had come I received an email that my turkeys were ready and to head to my local popeyes (the location that what on the receipt) to pick up my turkeys. Needless to say when I showed up the girl went to the back and came out and said sorry we are sold out. I said no I prepaid and received an email that they were ready for pick up. She said ma'am I dont know what to tell you we are sold out. I asked for a manager, she proceeded to call someone on her phone and said a lady is here to pick up her turkeys, then says I told her that.... She hangs up and says my manager says to tell you we are sold out. I thought well no point in causing a scene. So a reach out to customer service via online, thinking surely they will fix this. They sure did they replied with we have refunded your money, thats was it for communication. Not what can I do, sorry this happened, how can I help just a refund!!!! I replied and explained I was looking for the turkeys I paid for and was not interested in a refund. ****** then replies with a link to order turkeys for delivery @$99.00 each. with nothing else in the email. I kindly replied and said well if you have the turkeys available for shipping why not just send me my turkeys since it was your mistake in the first place. So far I have not had a response! Crickets!!! Horrible business practice, horrible customer service. ********************** you have lost all future business from My family!

      Popeyes is allowing the ******, ***** location to not repair their facility, provide poor quality food and service and being written up by the health depth, even closed, and will do nothing about it. And they do not even have live agents you can complain to, only a digital virtual assistant. Popeyes use to be a good run business.

      Ive tried to contact Popeyes support for two weeks, have multiple cases regarding being double charged, but have not received a response. Very frustrating. Let me know if you would like my mobile number or email. I have a Popeyes app account. ******* *******

      The manager named ***** at Popeyes in ********, Tx on *************** was extremely rude. First she started by saying before you order we are out of biscuits which was weird when they have the $6 box special and every order should get a biscuit. Secondly I asked for Cajun gravy on this side that I always order every time I go there she proceeds to say we dont sale that gravy on the side which I already knew wasnt true. So I proceed to just ask for mashed potatoes with gravy on the side and if you could see the little drop of gravy that she gave you would be upset as well. The chicken was rubbery and not fresh this was just the absolute worst experience I have had at this Popeyes and it is always something every time I go I believe Im completely done with Popeyes. Something needs to be done with the management there asap! If I could give zero stars I would!
