      If I could give ZERO stars I would ! Today I went to place an order and was at the window for 5 minutes before anyone even serviced or acknowledged me, then shortly after the order was place, I was told that they were also being additional wait for the chicken itself after I received my order it reeked of smoke and was poorly put together. I will never go to this location again so if you are please beware just thought it would help somebody from going in the future it is an absolute hazard !

      I placed a pick up order, but when I went to pick it up, they did not have any sweet heat sauce, so I asked to cancel it. The manager said he could not do it. I contacted customer support, they offered me rewards, not a refund, stating they would refer the matter. I am going through my bank to refund the order citing theft.

      I received my food it smelled burned I open the box it was. I told the young lady she said ma'am all of our chicken is like that even if recooked..its been like this for a few days. I ask for my money back she said she couldn't. I had to speak to management. A man came inform me to text a copy receipt to number on the building an it can take up to 48hr. I asked who am I texting he said him ***** ********. why will I text when you can give my money now..he said he part owner and has to get permission from his partner ********. call her and get permission he said he wasn't going to bother her I just have to wait. I then went into the building I wasn't leaving without my money. He was rude and dismissive. He is the owner and had been selling consumer burned chicken over 24 hrs and still was taking money and not giving refunds telling people to come back on a different day for free food this is not acceptable. Once of the workers stated that he never has supplies and new that he needed fresh grease but he continued to tell them just sell the chicken and don't worry about the supplies. He is ruining popeyes name and should be shut down if this is how he operates. He wouldn't eat this food so what make him think that the customer would..while I was standing there people was bringing there food back and the worker said this was happening all day yesterday to and he did nothing. After waiting over 1hr (wasting my time) and me turning away customers while I was waiting on him to give my money back he finally told the worker just give her money back so she can leave. But he still was telling the workers to work and take orders when he should have either went and got the supplies needed or closed until he can get the proper supplies..I see he had a broken (shattered) ordering screen. I ask one of the workers what happen and she said oh another customer got mad at him and busted it...he really has no training of being in this industry...so please beware of this location.

      The worst ever. Ive been trying to use a Popeyes gift card that I received for Christmas and was only successful in using it one time. Every time after that, no matter which location, the employees stare at me all confused as to how to redeem them. Even getting a manager didnt work. Now Im stuck with a gift card with a balance on it and its of no use to me. Ive tried to reach out to Popeyes a number of times but have yet to be successful in being able to speak to anyone.

      I am writing to express my dissatisfaction that we encountered from the manger ***** ********* at the Popeyes located at ************************************. The service that I and my husband experienced at your restaurant on Thursday, September 26, 2024 around 8pm was totally unacceptable. We are regular patrons at this particular location. However, it is not the first time that we have encountered a sense of discrimination, uncaring, kindless, standoffish type of attitude from ***** ********* towards my spouse and myself. Everyone else at this location is very kind and hardworking individuals. To make matters worse, Ms. ********* called humble police department because we simply asked for fresh chicken to be dropped? INSANE. The cashier that originally took our order had no issue with our request Unfortunately ***** ********* obviously had an issue. She began ranting to her team in spanish. She then proceeded to tell my husband that she was not going to drop fresh chicken and a refund was issued. While my husband and myself were waiting on the cops to come we saw fresh chicken being prepared for other customers. So why was it such a ****** for her to do the same for us? We feel totally discriminated against and something needs to be done before this happens to someone else. We are very unhappy and dissatisfied with the customer service that we received at your restaurant. We expected a much better experience from a reputed restaurant like yours. We request you to take action against ***** ********* who were responsible for this poor service. We also hope that you will improve her attitude and customer service skills and ensure that such incidents do not happen again.Sincerely,The ***** Family.

      I am a secret shopper and post my reviews for the world to see now the store on 5026 ******* and **************** tx and a number of other stores the cashiers have such a negative attitude also they never have honey and when I order more then one special they mix them all together in one box without asking if thats ok the orders are for multiple people working outside we dont want everyone hands on food to get what they paid for and they issue out only a couple of napkins it is unbelievable how Popeyes staff treat you

      Zero stars if available. Went through drive through, considered getting a combo. As Im in line, the price displayed on their screen increased by $3 dollars for each item (single item price increased by $3, as did combo price). It was 8:37 pm PST, no mention of prices increasing on the fly. Very shady. Drove away, took my hunger away seeing this practice performed by Popeyes in *************.

      Popeyes at ****************************************** is the worst restaurant of any kind we have ever been to. If I could give zero stars I would.We waited in line behind one vehicle who were having a difficult time trying to get their order completed. The vehicle behind us waited for about 2-3 minutes and ******* was finally after 5 minutes to give our order, we started to give our order and were promptly asked to hang on. Waited for a few minutes and decided to go inside and order. Note, the car that was ahead of us was still waiting for their order.There was one person ahead of us in the inside lineup, a amazon driver who told us he called in his order 30 minutes prior to arriving and it still wasnt ready! He stated this wasn't the first time he had gotten horrible service at this Popeyes. We gave up and went across the street to *********, we were served quickly and had our order in minutes.This was rhe second time we tried this popeyes and both times we left without food. Both times it wasn't busy at allyet ordering was impossible to the point we had to leave.

      Made a mobile order through the Popeyes App to avoid the 20-30min wait that I normally get at this location. And to no surprise, I still have to wait for my order that I placed @ 1pm to only receive it @1:42pm. This place needs to be revamped and changed ASAP. Plus their credit card machine hasnt been working for about 4 months now. Even in the drive thru. Terrible customer service as well

      On or about 27 August 2024 at approximately 1:00 p.m. myself, my 82 year old mother an 18 months old niece, my sister and her friend when to this Popeyes restaurant to get something to eat after a long 3 hours drive. My family sat on a table and I went to place the order at the counter and the person at the drive thru told me that I have to order thru the drive because it was anyone on the front cashier to take orders I asked him why he could not take the order and take the payment instead of me drive thru the drive thru. He didn't said anything else and kept looking at his phone. At the time the were only one customer in the restaurant and he said he had to do the same thing but they he took his order because he was driving a rig. I told my family to go to another place and the person at the drive thru window stood there and laugh, I **** discriminated along with my family we are Hispanic, and also a retired Army person.
