      On 7/3/2024, 1 visited the Popeye's drive-thru at the aforementioned location. After placing my order and paying at the window, I was asked by that employee, ***************, to pull forward and park and he would bring my food to my car. Due to a previous incident, I no longer pull forward and park in such situations. I communicated this to ***************, but he insisted multiple times, mentioning a time clock. I reiterated my refusal, stating that it was not my problem.*************** then involved his manager, ***************, who also asked me several times to pull forward. I explained my reason and mentioned that corporate was aware of the prior incident. *************** responded that she was unaware of any incidents and eventually told me to leave, closing and locking the window.After waiting for about 5 minutes, *************** handed me my order, but I noticed that a large side of coleslaw was missing. I signaled to ***************, who informed ***************. She checked the receipt, retrieved the coleslaw, and handed It to *************** to give to me. I asked *************** for **** Does name, which he mumbled, and then I drove away. When reviewing my order at home I learned that the butter and honey for the biscuits were not included in the bag.At 5:02 pm I called the restaurant, and *************** answered. I asked to speak to the store manager, but she said he would be in the next day at 8 am. When I asked for her name, she repeated the manager's availability and hung up. Tills call lasted exactly 22 seconds. I called back twice, at 5:03 and 5:03 per my call records, but the calls were ended without anyone speaking.

      Ordered today and it has been terrible service maybe the boys working should pay more attention to their job not trying to get in the girls pants. I have never seen so many people standing around. Then they don't even tell use it would take more time for our order after waiting 15 minutes I will not be coming back ********************* location used to be the best now I get better service from one in ***********

      ***************************************************************************************************** So this review is for address above because I was unable to find it through location given but I would love to thank ***** and ******* for they exquisite service and southern hospitality during my visit at this location,,,not only did they be straight forward to what was available but they wanted to make sure I was satisfied and that they did being a former fast food employee I understand food rushes and when its slow to which when slow time means a longer wait time for average joes and late night decisions not only did they have everything I wanted ready they also had it hot,good and seasoned,I often reconcile about how fast food business treat people these days but it just felt wonderful knowing they was ready to drop anything I wanted fresh and hot they are young eager employees and understand the assignment and I love them for that these employees deserve to be acknowledged for the excellence they provided to me and my family last night please Popeyes as a franchise make sure they are aware of the great service they provided for me last night because I was recently giving up hope on fast food service at this moment I am certain they have employees who hold value in what they do aswell as providing great customer service ***** was concerning,soft and polite,and ******* made sure my food was hot good and seasoned as for I am a true Louisiana ***** who likes spice and he gave me exactly what I asked for and made sure of itps Popeyes yall need to add dirty rice or rice dressing to the menu in ***** stop depriving these people of something so good

      They shorted my order and refused to fix the issue in a reason manner. They were rude when I tried to address this and they refused to speak to me on the phone about the issue. No one would attempt to help in anyway. COMPLETE RUDENESS. COMPLETE FAILURE. 100% LIARS.

      Hope this review reaches the executive leadership at Popeyes store location **************************************************************************. On 23 July I ordered an eight-piece family box. The chicken was cold and had no taste. There was only one wing, four drumsticks, one thigh and breast. I was charged 75 cents extra for a spicy sauce I didn't even order, which was also less than a tablespoon. The mac and cheese was cold, stale, and the cheese was hard and clumped together. The cheese was so hard we threw it out. The shrimp combo was cold and soggy and crushed into a little souffle cup, there was no biscuit, and I ordered a butterfly shrimp combo with tenders not the popcorn shrimp. The red beans were all rice with no beans, no taste, and cold. I have pictures that I will post to all the internet reviews. There were no napkins and flatware. I waited over an hour to get through the drive through. I reached out to this store in ******* on several occasions and continue to be ignored. When an employee did answer the phone, I was greeted by a condescending and punkish employee who told me the manager doesn't have time to be bothered with this trivial stuff, and to bring back the food. My fault for not tasting, inventorying over $40.00 of the food after waiting an hour in the drive though. The order was totally jacked up and I am requesting a full refund. If not I will dispute the charges with my bank. PS read your reviews, you're not even open a month and the reviews are all negative...this is a military town and the word is spreading fast all over the post. I will be posting a ******* yelp and BBB review. v/r ****

      I bought 2 12 piece ghost wings meals, with beans and rice as the sides. The rice was hard and chewy, and the chicken was dried out. I went in to get my order fixed, and the server gave me the same thing again, so I gave the food back, and asked for asked for a refund. The young lady that served me said that she didnt know how to do a refund, so I asked to speak to a manager, and she told me that she was the manager and that she wasnt trained to do voids and returns, and that she would inform the other manager that I wanted a refund. She assured me that I would get a refund. I went back the next day with my receipt, and another manager told me that I couldnt get a refund, but I could get more food. I told her that I didnt want food from them ever again, because the store was filthy on the inside, and the staffs uniforms were too. I didnt notice that until I came into the store. I cant eat from a place like that.

Throughout my 38 years of experience, I have never encountered an individual with such dedication and commitment. ************************* consistently exhibits a positive and welcoming demeanor, greeting every customer with a smile regardless of the restaurant's workload. His exceptional memory allows him to recall the preferences of frequent customers, such as myself, ensuring a seamless and personalized dining experience. I always order tenders & request for freshly prepared tenders. ******, the sole employee managing the front counter and lobby orders, efficiently handles my arrival by promptly requesting the fry cooks to prepare my spicy tenders, considerably reducing my waiting time. Despite any personal challenges ****** may be facing, he consistently maintains a professional demeanor, always greeting customers with a smile and a positive attitude. On one occasion, as ******'s shift concluded and he prepared to leave the premises after ordering his own dinner, he noticed an elderly gentleman struggling to use the kiosk machine to place an order. During my dining experience at the establishment, I observed an exemplary act of customer service performed by ******. While waiting for my meal, I noticed ****** attentively assisting an elderly gentleman who was experiencing difficulty in placing his order.
