I love Case-Mate! Ive been buying their cases for years and they just keep getting better. Their customer service representatives are exceptional; they are quick to respond to any questions or concerns that I have. I also love following their social media accounts for info on all their latest products. Exceptional customer service! I've gotten products from them in the past and enjoyed the quality and aesthetic of their selection. I recently received a 25% off code that due to my own error, was not applied to my large order during checkout. With in moments my email was replied to and I received the confirmation of a refund before I received the personal reply to my original email. ****** was very courteous and prompt. Thank you so much. I am usually skeptical when dealing with "lifetime warranty" statements, especially when it's done online. However, Case-Mate is definitely the exception! Once I uploaded the requested documentation, someone responded within the hour! I received my replacement case and stand within a week. AWESOME work all!!Case-Mate, Inc.
