    I am BEYOND THRILLED with my ************** Waterproof Case for AirPods Pro (1st and 2nd Generation)! I had a freak accident at work and my Pelican case SAVED my AirPods and their charging case from certain destruction! Because I bent over to pick a package up off of the floor, my Pelican case that was attached to a lanyard around my neck and tucked into my vest pocket, fell out of my safety vest pocket. The automated conveyor then grabbed the Pelican case and ripped the lanyard off of my neck breaking the case instantly and it crashed to the floor. Even though my AirPods inside of the Pelican case crashed onto the concrete floor and my Pelican case was broken in half, my AirPods and their charging case survived completely unharmed! ******, my customer service representative, was a great help and replacing my case that was still under warranty was a breeze! My Pelican case was my third attempt at buying a properly locking, protective case in order to keep my second pair of AirPods safe. My first pair of AirPods (1st gen) were ruined by the prior cases that neither properly locked nor protected my AirPods. The other cases repeatedly opened, even when locked, causing my AirPods charging case to open up and my AirPods and their charging case would inevitably fall out and crash onto the concrete. I LOVE my Pelican case! I am SO THRILLED about the quality of the locking mechanism, the strength of the exterior of the Pelican case which has stood up to the harshest of working conditions at my very physical job and protected my AirPods from certain destruction, plus, the excellent customer service, the reasonable price for the excellent quality, and everything else regarding my ************** Waterproof Case for AirPods Pro (1st and 2nd Generation), has all been FANTASTIC! I highly recommend Pelican to EVERYONE! Thank you, Pelican, for being the BEST, HIGHEST QUALITY, TRULY LOCKING, TRULY PROTECTIVE, AND MOST RELIABLE AirPods case on the market! You have my loyalty FOREVER!

    This is my first encounter with Case-Mate customer service. I accidentally forgot to add my discount at the time of purchase. I emailed customer service. They issued an immediately issued me a refund of $8.00 which was the amount of the discount. The customer service agent was diligent and rectified my issue immediately. Awesome customer service.     Hello,Last night I went online to ask a question regarding the company's price adjustment policy. To my surprise, early this morning, I received a prompt reply from customer service representative, *********************. My issue was solved very quickly, and this is impressive considering how very fast everything was taken care of. ****** was polite and very courteous, and he managed to make me feel like he was interested in listening to what I had to say. This is very unusual in today's business world. The Case-*************** Station I purchased worked so well that I immediately decided to buy another one for another member of my family who is also very happy with it,I would like to thank ********************* for his kind help and for being a great reflection of an excellent company, Case-Mate/COSTCO Direct, from which I am planning of making many more future purchases and always with great confidence.********

    I can hardly express my gratitude for ***********************! I placed an order on the case mate website and it just went to quickly for me and long story short I accidentally placed order to ship to the wrong address. Then I panicked because casemates website says they can change or cancel orders. So I sent a message via the website to please change address to billing address. To my surprise *********************** kindly emailed me back and updated the address. I am so thankful as it is a last minute Christmas gift.     I buy from Case-Mate often and am always satisfied. They do have responsive customer service via email which answers fair quickly, which was a def plus. Ive only had to use **************** one but was very happy with the results.
