I have an over ***** dollar available spending limit with Purchasing Power. I've been using this business for over 15 years. All of a sudden last week, the website does not allow shipment to my address. I made phone contact several times and someone that speaks broken English tells me that they cannot ship to my address because of a "window". they tell me to put in a different address. I can't put in a different address other than where I live. I ask for a manager on the phone and they refuse to let me speak to one. The last representative that I spoke with said that I would receive an email within two days explaining why they cannot ship to my address. I never received that email. Are they discriminating against where I live? Is it me? I've been a very faithful on time paying customer for many years and they refuse to ship to me now. On 03/20/2025 I placed an order for a ******* S25 Ultra phone and protection plan. On 03/24/2025 I received a package through *** Ex tracking that weighed at least 10 lbs. Upon opening the package it contained 12 gauge shotgun shells. I took pictures before and after opening, even videotaped me opening the box. I immediately contacted purchasing power to report the problem. I emailed the pictures and video to them while on the call, I was told that there would be an investigation and I would receive a replacement phone 3-5 days and an email with tracking info. I called purchasing power on 03/26/2025 to inquire about a replacement after I haven't received an email nor tracking info. I was told that they were still investigating and it could be several more days. I then requested to cancel the order and all billing. I was told by ****** that I would continue to be billed until the investigation is complete which could be several more days. This is unacceptable as I have provided supporting documentation and I should not have to inconvenienced anymore than I have already with this issue. Also, I have this box of ammunition that I have no idea how to dispose of and the company is not offering me any resolution.Business Response

There is another individual's credit card information on my purchasing power account. I reported it and my account was locked but her information is still there. I have been calling and all I am told is they will escalate the issue and to wait 3-5 business days. This has been going on for months.Business Response

I recently discovered this Purchasing power account on my credit reports stating it was open in ************************************************************************************ their system and there was nothing they could do. I then created a profile on their site and it shows I have a $0 balance I have no knowledge of this company and would like this removed my from credit reports.I have also attached a copy of the $0 balance statement I got off their site.Business Response

Received a call from **** from Purchasing power today 4/3/2025. She told me the account was open in 2018. I was then referred to the account recovery team @ ************* and I spoke with supervisor ***** he also confirmed the account was open in 2018. I informed him I have no knowlege of this account and to top it they are reporting inaccurate information as on my credit report it shows the account was open in 2023. ***** then told me he will escalate this to the corporate team.Business Response

they came back with the account being accurate however they gave me no proof except this attached statement

Once the purchase was made, they advised that it would not be delivered for at least a month. When I advised customer service to cancel, agent ***** advised that they would not be doing that. I do not want this to happen to another individualBusiness Response

Hi ******, once your item has arrived at the local terminal the carrier will contact you for delivery scheduling. Shipping expectations can be found on our site under the Shipping and Delivery Tab. Keep in mind Freight items take longer in shipment than your usual *** or Fed Ex Delivery.

I have used this company in the past with little to no issue, however, their customer service has gone severely downhill. I have had an issue with my account for months now. I placed SEVERAL orders that were just canceled with no explanation and with no outreach to me to rectify the situation. Every time I call or chat a representative, nothing is done or addressed to assist me with the order or my account. All they could tell me was something was wrong with my account and that they could not unlock it. I finally decided to create another account and wasnt able to link my employee info to the new account since the old account containing the issue was still active. I asked them to delete it, but instead it had to be merged so the representative said. I did finally receive an email after I talked to multiple representatives stating that my account was updated. I attempt to log in to the new account and it states that Im locked out. Again, I have called several times and still nothing. Its always I should hear back in ***** hours and theres no communication so I call back in and they expedite it and still cant do anything while Im on the phone. I am baffled at the outrageous amounts of time Ive spent over the course of the last 3 months trying to place an order and give them business. I desperately need a replacement MacBook and a refrigerator and cannot successfully order either. I have been trying to order the laptop since BEFORE spring semester started in January. I am going to have to drop my classes at this point because I do not have a computer to do my work. I moved to a new state and need another fridge desperately. On Feb 28th 2025 I made a purchase from this company. Around March 3 I called the delivery company to get an estimated deliver date because it was not available online. The delivery service representative was rude and decided she herself would cancel my order. I contacted purchasing power to no avail. Ive called multiple times asking for supervisors. Every time I call Im being told that no supervisor is available. Literally every time I call. The delivery status now says delivered after purchasing power told me that the item was being returned by the delivery company. The prices are 2x of the original price but I took a chance with this company. No one is financially liable but me. With that being said THERE IS NO ONE TRYING TO BRING RESOLUTION TO MY ISSUE. Its almost a month later, I have no information from anyone regarding my own order. Purchasing power uses a terrible delivery company, probably to spend less money. Im still behind by charged for an item I NEVER received. *** reached out to this company several times in the past 5 weeks regarding this particular issue. From March 21st until presently money has been taken out of my payroll checks. No one can tell me why the money is being taken from me. No one can tell me an amount. No one can tell me anything. Its always a supervisor will call me within 3 days and they never call. I contacted the corporate office on the 22nd of April, havent received a call back. I checked my upcoming paystub and of course Im still having money taken. When I take a look into my purchasing power account, none of the amounts that have been taken out of check are showing on the statement as a a transaction.Business Response

I had an absolutely horrible experience with Purchasing Power and would never recommend using them for any purchasesespecially theme park tickets! I attempted to buy ***************** tickets, but due to a website issue, I was instead given tickets to ******************** completely different park. To make matters worse, they overcharged me an outrageous $1,800 for just four tickets!When I contacted their customer service to correct their mistake, they refused to modify, cancel, or refund the tickets in any way. Their stance was that all sales are final, even when their own system is at fault. This level of inflexibility and lack of accountability is absolutely unacceptable.Not only did I pay an insane price, but Im also now stuck with tickets I cant use due to their refusal to correct their mistake. ***** this company at all costs! 11/9/24 Placed order For tires receive them only to find out that their wrong size called immediately start refund process. November 19 they received the tires back November 25. I placed the call the first time spoke with somebody about a refund of $200 down payment that I had made was told that I would have to go to the website to put my checking account information because they could not refund to my debit card though I was worried about that. I did called again on December 2 to be told that my bank rejected it. at that time, I just told them to do the paper check called back again on 1218 cause I hadnt received the check and wastold that they needed to verify my mailing address first that they had never even mailed it so I verified it. Call again on January 7 and was told that it would be in My Account 3 to 5 business days on January 14. I received a email from. **** ******* Explaining that they could not put it into my account that it would have to be mailed to me again that he just needed to verify my address again so I did that. I saved his email address and emailed him on 1/28,29,&31/25 saying I hadnt received my check yet and I got No response until 2/4/25 which he stated I needed to wait for 21 business days!! Ive been emailed him on 2/11/25 rreminding him that this was the 2nd 21 day. And yet I still hadnt received the check!! I still dont understand why they couldnt just refund it to me on my debit card the same way I paid for it. This company has HORRIBLE customer service, I asked to speak with a manager twice both times was told there wasnt one available!! I just want what is owed to me $245.37!!! Since then, my address has changed so now I fear that I will never get this. That is why Im complaining to the BBB.Business Response

Tires were purchased on 1/25/25 from this company with an agreement for payroll deduction. I received notification that same week that the order was cancelled due to the company who was installing the tires not having the proper equipment. My account was not being refunded for the cancellation. I had to contact them multiple times to get a refund and then only received a refund for three of the four tires. After multiple attempts to reach someone and failed response to reach a manger, they then began deducting payments from my paycheck. I had $118 deducted. After multiple attempts to resolve this, I did get reimbursed a partial refund for $104 but have been told they cannot stop the deductions for a few pay cycles. I cannot reach anyone in management. This has been ongoing for over a month and the order was cancelled on their part. There is no reason my paycheck should be getting any deductions from this company for an order that was cancelled on their end. They keep telling me they made an error in not refunding all four tires but it would take some time to get it resolved. I want these payments stopped immediately and reimbursed for the money they have taken from my paycheck.Business Response
