I became a member of purchasing power about 5 yrs ago. I have ordered a lot of items and paid them off completely. Until I order two items a diamond necklace and rope necklace for gifts. I never received the item and made a report about the orders. to hear later after filing the report that I was no longer a member of purchasing power a decision made by the purchasing power company . This was very concerning while having to pay for the items that were lost.Business Response

l called the company to report that someone had opened an account in my name additionally to the one that I already opened and that my phone with majority of all my information along with a couple of credit cards that was in the back of my phone case was stolen. What alerted me to call is that I had gotten an e-mail from the company (purchasing power) at my employer regarding a shipment not to mentioned that they garnished/ing my check for merchandise that I don't have. I am also doing my own investigation I have tracking numbers 1Z2E67E20366112847 merchandise received Aug, 23 at 19:08 by *** in *******, ** don't know anyone that live there. Returned to sender was the message that I got from *** from the phone call that sender is purchasing power so why is my account still reflecting this balance? Next issue: Tracking number 1Z3784280340282643 shipment was delivered and left at someone's front door in *********, **. I don't know anyone that live in that city. It's not my address neither do I live there. It required signature for that shipment PLEASE PLEASE investigation for signature. I have talked to several people at the company of Purchasing Power and I'm not getting any answers. The only response that I'm getting although it's known that my phone and cards were taken is that my identity was verified from a passcode and that I am liable for the balance although the only thing that I have EVER bought was in 2019 at set of tires and I paid them off. I've talked to a young lady that said she would flag my account (never happened). I've talked to ******* he said he work from home and that he would have to text his supervisor well guess what the phone hung up. Then ****** he was the only person out of everyone that I talked to that was helping we were on the phone with Credit but then after 35 minutes the phone hung up. *********** he was not very helpful he promised **** a Sup. would call back but didn't happen. ******* said someone would call. She acknowledged that she received the report and said she would forward it to the risk department and that they would have a decision with 24 to 48 hours this was on Sept. 12th and I haven't heard anything from them and as of today Sept. 16th and they are still garnishing my check. October 29th 2021 I ordered 2 iPads from purchasing power. Neither were received since I was not home to sign for them. I waited for the return to show up on my account. I have called 4-5 times and confirmed both were returned but I was only credited for one. I am continuing to call and beg for my money, to speak to a supervisor and I have not gotten anywhere.Business Response

Starting in April of 2022 I made 5 purchases with this co. Each purchase comes with paperwork showing terms agreed to, but on every purchase they have charged more then payment terms agreed to. Then I contact them to resolve they assure me it was corrected and would send me a check for the over payments total. They did nothing, still incorrectly charging me(stealing). Then they send a notice saying my account is behind, impossible payments are payroll deducted and I have all paystubs showing payments made. There customer service is a complete joke, and does nothing they say they will. This is completely ridiculous and cant get company to do anything. I have worked my **** off repairing my credit Ill be damned if because this company incompetence and lack of any customer service will mark my credit.Business Response

I purchased furniture on 7/19/2022. Furniture was to be delivered via company named NSD. My furniture still has not been delivered. In fact item was delivered back In July to NSD terminal damaged. So it was never delivered. Was advised replacement part had to be sent before item could be delivered. After much back and forth in the form of multiple phone calls and emails I finally received an updated tracking number advising replacement part I. Transit since august 11th with delivery antipcated 8/25-8/29. 8/23 I am advised by NSD that the replacement for the replacement was delivered 8/23 also damaged. Now nobody can tell me when the item will be delivered. There is no sense of urgency to get the item that Im paying for to be delivered to me as promised. They just take money but I dont have an item! This is totally unacceptable to me. Customer service by both ********************** and NSD has been less than stellar with both parties pointing finger and blame at one another, yet I still dont have the item I ordered.Business Response

On 8/13/22 I ordered a computer from this website due to my job offering monthly payments for the items. I did not receive the item but it stated it was delivered. The item was not signed off of like it said it required. Purchasing Power is still holding me liable and will be charging me $38.20 for 52 weeks for this computer. It makes no sense how this can even be happening when the item wasn't received by me or signed by me. The *** driver should also know better. In July 2022 I purchased two radios. One of them shipped the other went out of stock after ordering.I contacted them the first week of August to see what was happening, and at this time they said it was cancelled. I was told within three days it would be reflected on my account that it was.I've since reached out to them four different times and each time am told 72 hours. Purchased plane ticket. And insurance for ticket my flight was cancelled by airline the insurance did not honor my cancellation so I contacted airline they refunded my ticket 267 to purchasing power LLC. Purchasing kept the refund now I still paying for flight purchasing power wants to issue travel credit to rebook. I do not want to rebook with this company I had bad experience I never going use purchasing power llc service again I just want the refund to reflect on balance due so I can move on and close my purchasing power accounts once My balance is at 0 my balance is 351 my credit is 267 they want me to pay remainder bal use credit but I do not want credit I want refund in which airline sent me back because purchasing power purchases the ticket the refund went to purchasing power and I want it to reflect on balance due .Business Response

I go to use my warranty on my television that I had purchased thru Purchasing Power and the warranty was good thru 9/9/2024 to be told that the warranty was canceled. When I contacted purchasing power they claimed it was because my account had went into collections even though they had always taken right out of my work check. Also even if my account had went into collections the order that the TVs and Warrantys were on were completely paid off before my account had went into collections so they had no right canceling a warranty on an order that had been completely been paid off!!!! This is shady and is wrong in many ways. I could have understand had the order not been paid off but this order was completely paid off before my account even went into collections. My TV either needs to be repaired or replaced and the warrantys put back on both of my TVs as a they shouldnt have been cancel in the first place.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: Even though 3 orders did go to collections the order that my warranty and television were on was completely paid off. The company should have not canceled a warranty on a television when that order was completely paid off and that order did not enter collections. Purchasing Power had canceled a warranty on items there were completely paid off and didnt go to collections and the warranty was thru a 3rd party not even Purchasing Power. Purchasing Power went out of its way to cancel a warranty on orders that were completely paid off. To me that is double dipping since now I cant even use my warranty on items with warranties that were completely paid off. That would be like a company coming to collect my orders that were completely paid off that is ***** and is morally and legally wrong.
