      ******* decided to begin charging for an annual fee of $49.00, which I never agreed to when I signed up for the dental credit card.This is against the law. The company could decide to charge me a half million dollars if this was legal.I contacted them and eas told ******* emailed ne a new agreement. I did NOT agree to this when I signed for their credit card. This is criminal.

      this credit card company is a fraud!, this is the 2nd time this card company closes my accounted with out any notification, never been delinquent and always paid my payments. i contacted the card customer service they claim because of over the limit they went ahead and closed my account, this company is un professional and this is the 2nd time i contacted the BBB for they closing my account! worst ********************** card company i have ever used. i want them to remove any inquiries or negative remarks from my credit report as i am extremely un happy with their services! they should be investigate for taking people money!

      To Whom it may concern,This letter is to inform you that I recently received a copy of my credit report that your company publishes and after reviewing it I found a number of items on the report that are inaccurate. The accounts in question are listed below. Please send me copies of the documents that you have in your files as of this date that you used to verify the accuracy of the accounts listed below.TBOM/ASPIRE - **************** - $1,554.00 TBOM/ASPIRE - **************** - $468.00 Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. 1681g I have the right to demand that you disclose to me all of the documents that you have recorded and retained in your file at the time of this request concerning the accounts that you are reporting in my credit report.       I am being charged a $61 user fee that I was never made aware of and a payment made on 2/28/25 of $961.49 which would have paid my account in full, was not reflected on my billing. They have stated I still owe $1,024.58

      I am writing to bring to your attention a fraudulent account that has been opened in my name. I am a victim of identity theft and did not authorize the opening of these accounts.       I was issued a line of credit with ******* to finance a security system with ******. As a part of this contract, I agreed to automatic payments each month which provides an interest free repayment. However, each month, ******* has charged a late fee stating that there were insufficient funds at the time of attempted deduction. I have statements showing that to be not factual and that there were sufficient funds. I have further spoken to my bank to confirm that payment was never declined. I have called and spoken with customer service representatives and with a supervisor all who seem incapable of problem solving. I have begun to believe that this may be a scam in which late fees are used to compensate for the lack of finance charges. Thus far ******* has shown no interest in being a reputable business. I would like to have the issues resolved as per the agreement. If this is not possible, I would like to ensure that the public is made aware of these disreputable practices.

      I have been getting letters and emails from Fortiva saying I applied for their credit card and I need to activate the card . First I have never heard of this company, and second, I don't own a credit card from this company. I've tried calling them only to get asked for my SS # . There is no description of what I purchased on there paper billing. Please help me solve this problem. Thank you, ******** ******,

      Call fortivia ********** credit card and I was informed of a late fee waiver program and they claimed that was the only help for consumers who cant pay!! I opened this account a few years ago with a interest rate of 29% since I have had the card they increased my interest rate to 35% which I never agreed to!! These companies are horrible I was trying to get my late fees removed and they claim they could only do 3 of 4 so they dont want to apply payment towards payment amount due!! Balance was 245$ they claim to be waiving 3 fees but somehow if they are waiving the fees then why do I still owe 245 after 3 late fees removed they told me if I didnt except the offer then it may not be available when I called back!! These companies are scams and shouldnt be allowed to raise interest as high as they want and then wonder why people are behind on payments because they imposed fees and high interest on consumer
