      I got this card last year at ********** and used it once and paid the balance off, because I didnt want their card because they charge a large annual fee and a ridiculous interest rate of *****%. So I shredded the card. I just got a text message the other day saying I owe them money for the annual fee so I kindly asked them to remove the fee and close the account. A day latter they contacted me and asked a bunch of information to verify my account and I sent that immediately to them. I have tried to contact them 2 days in a row to see if they have closed the account and they are ignoring me. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Hope you can give me resolution. Thank you.

      You sent me a response from the company, but it isnt let me respond. This *************** is scamming people. I paid an annual fee in August as the picture I have sent and 7 months later they charge another annual fee. Annual means yearly not when ever they feel like charging people.

      To Whom it may concern,This letter is to inform you that I recently received a copy of my credit report that your company publishes and after reviewing it I found a number of items on the report that are inaccurate. The accounts in question are listed below. Please send me copies of the documents that you have in your files as of this date that you used to verify the accuracy of the accounts listed **********************Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. 1681g I have the right to demand that you disclose to me all of the documents that you have recorded and retained in your file at the time of this request concerning the accounts that you are reporting in my credit report. Please dont respond to my request by saying that these accounts have been verified. Send me copies of the documents that you have in your files that were used to verify them.       At the end of 2024 a salesman knocked on my door offering a promotion on a security system. I had already had existing home security through ***. The salesman told me that there was a promotion being offered through ****** where I could get new security service at a lesser price than my existing servicer. I later found out that there was a line of credit that I was charged thousands of dollars to open which is now negatively affecting my credit and attempting to charge me an excess amount of funds.

      I opened a credit card account in october. I never received any kind of statement in the mail or email. I paid on it as I knew it to come do to the best of my ability. The online was never updated properly so I never knew what my balance was and then when I finally did and saw that it was over the limit due to their fee which was an annual fee and I paid it. They closed my account due to being over the limit and did not even tell me they closed my account until I saw it on my credit report. I do not want my debt wiped away as that would be unfair. However, I would like my annual fee refunded seeing as I didn't even get to use the card for 6 months let alone a year so I shouldn't have to pay an annual fee because I didn't use it annually. And then I will pay the remaining balance. This will be regarding my fortiva credit card

      I was falsely charged by budget rental car. In the amount of $450.00. The charge was removed. So even tho the false charge was removed. I still dont have access to this card. The company can obviously see it the charge was taken off of there. I talked to the company (budget) and they removed it because it was wrongly put on there. I wouldve never charged over $450 knowing I only had a $500 balance and I had already charged things to the car that makes no logical sense so again my question is being that charge was removed, why Am I still not gonna have access to this card if not, Im gonna file a dispute because this is unfair. I was wrongly charged. I got it removed and you are still trying to block me from using the card which I dont understand ? And all the sorry representatives can say is it was in a credit card agreement I was fraudulently charged so how the app is that fair that youclose my account on a fraudulent charge it I didnt authorize are yall incompetent dont understand a little slow. I dont understand whats wrong with you all.. basically youre saying yeah somebody can fraud your card run it up and then you get your car closed and ding to your credit report. How is thatfair? Im reporting you all to everyone that I can think of the Better Business Bureau credit card companies everyone I can think of because this is unfair. I made all my payments time and off one mistake that I had nothing to do with you all treat me like this. Closed my account due to no fault of my own I dont think thats what yall understand. This was done to no fault of my own. My limit was $500.I already charged stuff. Why would I put $450 on the credit card and send it over the limit by $300 that doesnt even freaking make sense.

      I paid off an account with ******* in 2022. ******* assessed an annual fee of $79.00 and a $2.00 Paper Statement Fee after the account was paid off and then closed the account. I received a call on this charge in February 2025 and was told now that I owe $109.00 on the closed account. I had no reason to check online for a paid off account and never received the paper statement showing a balance. I paid the $109.00 fee today. I
