      05/23/2025 The issue is I need the statements and account number for October 2024 till now. This company said they were going to mail them which I still have not received. I would not have asked for then if they were on the credit report which they removed. Why? There is a balance. I don't care about the third party. That is there fault. I had a payment arrangement with t h em and they accepted it. Now I am trying to get this account with a debt management program and they are refusing to send the statements with account numbers. I need that information which they agreed to mail. Now they refuse to send it. This problem was not addressed previously. I still need that Information from ******* not the third party

      Today, 05/28/25, I received a statement in the mail from Fortiva Retail Credit for a credit card I NEVER opened and DO NOT have. The statement only has one charge for an annual balance of $51.00 due on 06/18/25, but the total credit limit is $15,000.00. Only the last four digits of the card number are visible. There is literally one page in the envelope which is the statement. I called the account inquiry number this morning to ask if this is a "trick solicitation" and to find out how/why this occurred. The customer service **** ********, refused to give me any information without me providing my confidential information. I informed the *** that I feel this is fraudulent so I would not be sharing any private information. He mentioned something about ********** or dental purchases. I have one (1) credit card and that is all I need/want. I also have a *** and FSA for health purchases. I am truly baffled at how this company opened an account in my name. A short while ago, I submitted a dispute with Transunion via Credit Karma, and I will do the same this evening with the other two credit agencies. I am annoyed, tired, and angry to say the least. I take my credit score seriously. I see now how older people get taken advantage of. I do not want this card! Please help me find out how this happened, so I can be more vigilant in the future. Please help me close this card without impacting my credit score. Thank you.

      My Aspire credit card was ****** charged for $1130.40 from a company called Min Hui.The payment went through a credit processer called Allinpay Fin Hldg. I do not know these companies and I did not charge this amount. I don't know what product they are saying this charge was for.The problem is that Aspire's fraud department says that this is a valid charge. I was scammed. How do I solve this?

      The creditor ******* just started charging me 5% of my highest balance which was $3,500 after I paid it down to $830. So my minimum payment on a $830 balance is $157!This is illegal and extortion!

      This is not my account. I have never heard of this company and sure as **** didn't give them authorization to open ANYTHING in my name. I filed an identity theft report and this company STILL claims their information is accurate. Moreover, they've now dinged my credit for 46 points as I'm in the middle of refinancing my home and have completely screwed me over with this fraudulent nonsense. I demand they remove their tradeline from my credit report immediately and, furthermore, ask that they provide proof of their supposed "investigation" into the matter as I'd love to know how a fraudulent claim with a *** report to boot on a consumer who has without fail paid their bills year in and year out could be deemed accurate and acceptable. It's a fraudulent company behaving fraudulently and I'm paying the price. ***.

      This credit card company Fortiva Credit Card closed my without notification and sent me an offer to gain access back to my card for a minimum of $158 and offered to provided a $79 credit to my account. I checked my to see when the credit would be given and my account has been closed for 30 days. So they offered me an opportunity to pay on a closed account that they knew was closed. They basically took my money. I have attached my April ********* that is due May 16. I also included my May statement that is due in June, still nothing stating my account is closed. There is nothing saying my account is closed . It is over the limit because I am on Workers comp which is 66% of my salary. I was told the closure is system generated but the system does not tell you your account is closed. How are suppose to known the account is closed without notification.

      This appointment was in February at Aspen dental. They took out a loan for me to get dental work and the work never ended up getting done, so I have no need for the loan. I called fortiva 3 days after taking out the loan and told them that the services are not going to happen and they told me that they would cancel the loan. Unfortunately I've been called every month since then saying I owe them money which I haven't spent a dime of their money and now they want me to pay interest on something that I didn't even have done.

      I ontained a credit card from this company and started paying back my balance immediately. Within a year I got injured in an accident and missed a few payments due to being out of work. When I slowly returned to work and started paying again I was issued a letter through the mail that stated that they were going to close my account if I didnt make payment immediately-a writ is what they called it. I signed their writ and responded through the mail and made payment online as usual. Soon I was hit with a collection agency notification informing me that my account was closed and ****ed as such on my credit report-they, the collection agency, demanded that I start paying them instead. I disputed the information on my credit file and told the agency that this account was never closed and that I signed an agreement with ******* to pay them so I was making payments as agreed, A month or two later, the **** was dropped so I started making payments again. I have been working on my credit with a few agencies and was presented with a notice that paying $2.00 immediately on my ******* account would help raise my score today. So, I go in the app to pay it and see yet again, a notice that my account has been sold to another collection agency. I sent them an email demanding that they take my account back from the agency that they sold it to if they wanted to get paid because this going back and forth stuff knowing that I WAS paying them, has been BEYOND RIDICULOUS and is unethical business practices! I also let them know that I was reporting them to the BBB
