      If I can put no star i would... these ppl are scam artist you ask for a manager and you get Asian which is not the person to help you because she's just as full of s*** as anyone else... Ive been waiting 16 weeks for them to return my funds... I call every week and still don't have my money They owe me almost $800. Everytime I call I make sure my calls are recorded so they can't say they didn't say this or that

The remaining amount of the deposit was approved for a refund on 12/15/2022 in the amount of $571.26. Since fees were added it reduced the refund amount. However, we have submitted a credit for the fees and a refund will be mailed to you once the credit has been applied. The credit can take one to two billing cycles. It very well may be applied on the 1/12 bill date. I will follow up with our team at that time to write up the refund in the amount of $150.67.       I applied for the Fuelman fleet card about 2 months ago. They gave me a $28,000 limit. Since then Ive been very proactive about staying on top of paying my monthly statements. I received my first statement in October and attempted to pay off the balance of $207.96 online and was directed to ifleet but my balance showed I owned $0. The first time I called about this issue the service rep said there was a system issue that was being fixed and I should check the website again the next day to try to pay off my balance. Ive called Fuelman customer service over 10 times between my first statement and today 11/28 (after receiving a notice that my account was delinquent of the $207). The automated system doesnt work and total hours Ive waited to speak to customer service over the phone has to be at least 5 hours of wait time. I finally even successfully made a payment on the automated system on 11/16, a day before my statement due date of 11/17. This business is definitely a scam. Not sure how else to go about paying off my debt and leaving this company.

      I had been with this company since **** and had maybe twice been late on a bill in those years. unfortunately my system crashed and I had a lot of late bills. I called each my cards and was waived the 35 dollar late fee. I get this bill and the late fee is based on how much you spend so if you have a $10,000.00 dollar bill a month (you'd assume a valued customer) you get blessed with a $1,000.00 dollar late fee. When I called to get my fee waived they told me I had already had fees waived. Well Im sure that is possible after being with the company 17 years. I am calling to tell them we are done using them and we will find a company that cares more about theier big spending customers than they do and show. DO NOT USE THIS CREDIT COMPANY FOR FUEL.

      I am a small business trying to obtain business credit. I was required to put down a $500 security deposit so was unaware of the need to bill me twice in a month. Also emails sent are not clear as bill request and no paper invoice sent. I ended up accruing 2-$75 charges for $20 and $30 gas charges. Now I have called 3 times to try to get the remainder of my security deposit back. The supervisor would not give me his full name or give me a date as to when I will be refunded. I hope no one else experiences this awful service.

      I had my card fuel man charges exactly to much for late fee. The interest rate is to expensive when you call to explain and get a better explanation it leads you no where

      Terribly organized company. Website wouldn't let me pay my bill. Called customer service they told me they would have tech support contact me. Never happened. Made payment by phone and it didn't get posted to my account because agent made error with account number so my account was blocked and made NSF account which goes on my stellar 21 year bill payment credit record because of their error and poor website. I would strongly recommend people DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

      This is by far the worst experience using a gas card. My Fleetcor ****** account has an additional assessment fee added they call it "purchase fee" therefore they have added fee's without clearly identifying the breakdown of the fee. I have made several attempts over 2 months to pay my account balance I only get out source non- English-speaking representatives, which provides a communication barrier on both ends. The website shows un-protected site I could not log in for months I went in circles trying to get into the site. It is illegal act under "Undisclosed Fees Under Consumer Protection Law" Fleetcor is conducting illegal acts against card holders. PLEASE READ YOUR STATMENT carefully. the customer service is pointless NO HELP EVERYONE PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR COMPLAINTS TO ALL ************************************ Better Business Bureau Consumer **************** CARD NOT WORTH IT!!!!

      Received Fuelman card for my business and used it sparingly initially for gas. Noticed they were charging me $8 monthly fee for using the card. I paid this fee but noticed as I used and paid the card off monthly, they started adding a high risk fee of that was 25% of any amount spent on the card on top of this card fee. Why offer this card and then charge starting businesses 25% for using it. They have a separate payment processing company so you can make the payment there but there is a delay in them sending the payment to fuel man so you encounter these ridiculous fees because of their setup. Totally advantageous to them making the customer pay more.March 2022 - amount due $74 including high risk fee of $15 and card fee of $8 so you care paying $23 to use this card. Ridiculous!This continued each month to where this card has been nearly paid off but they are charge a high risk fee on top of high risk fee and asking for $2600+ for nearly 85% fees. I have requested to speak to a manager but never get a call back. I emailed the sales woman who helped me get this card but per her email what am I supposed to do? Seriously.These people are predatory and entice new businesses to get these cards only to kill them with this high risk fees of 25% and then they kill your business credit once you refuse to pay the monthly 25% fee they charge on balances already paid. New business owners beware and avoid. Predatory credit card with I'm sure illegal 25% fees they add on to cards with late fees that happen because of the delay of their payment processing company and them receiving the payment.
