      This company is nothing but a scam, after making payment to them this last they claim the didnt receive the payment I have the trace Id from the bank showing the got it, so I sent a wire to try and get the account activated again, and 3 days later ( after loosing work) they finally activate my account and in 30 minutes they locking it again afte not only bring my account positive but to the point where I have a positive credit, and the my still wont activate my account nor tell me where my first payment went and they are nothing but a bunch of incompetent people and cant fix anything if I could I would leave a negative score for them steer clear from them by all means there are way better options out there,

      Absolutely horrible company to deal with. Fees upon fees upon fees. 3 times they charged me late fees when I paid on time (actually early). It took me hours each time to reach someone on the phone to resolve it. After the 2nd time I asked if they could just set me up on autopay. They said they could but would be a $35/fee per transaction. They are preying on people/companies that don't have the time to look at all the little fees. Just paid my last invoice today and have switched to COAST (zero fees, easy to use)! This company should be investigated for fraudulent charges and deceptive business practices and shut down!!!

      After a year and a half of faithful payments to this garbage company, I finally cancelled my account and went with Wex (save yourself the time and find a real company instead of ever dealing with these fools and liars).They refuse to tell me where my security deposit is, or when it will be refunded, but still send me invoices for the last statement that an agent swore could be paid out of my deposit.Not only do they say that nobody in the company can get in contact with any department in charge of security deposits, but they still hit my business credit, when THEY are the ones that OWE a debt to me. I will tell every small business owner I know, to avoid them at all costs.

      They are fraud. Stay away from them. I open the card and always pay my bills on time. And they keep charging me multiple fees. Then they reduce the account limits and reduce the account from monthly to weekly. So I closed the account and payoff the balance. Now they send me another bill telling me that I owed them money when the account is already closed. Their costumer service really ****. They don't care about what you say they keep repeating same thing over and over again. Stay away from *** I Pay this account on time because I was building credit with it and did not want to be late but they will always find a way to charge you fees. Seriously stay away from them. They are fraud. I do not even think they are really part of ******** is this desperate to make money by bet and switch.

      They decided to put my account on a new pricing tier without any communication whatsoever, when I called to find out about the additional charges their response was if you don't agree with it you can close the account, which I did on top of that they had charged me a different amount than what I had on my receipt to which they said , just email customer service to dispute, finally they come back to say they will give me a credit , so I let them know my account was closed to issue a refund check or credit back my bank account, but their reply is we don't issue refunds. Apologies for the inconvenience. The amount might no be much but if they do this to hundreds of clients on a daily basis, they are banking sone money that doesn't belong to them.

      So dissapointed. Started so good but ended so badly. Almost a year and still no return of my deposit. Promised to remove invalid fees and protect account from reoccurring fees. Had to call every month for a reversal until finally was tired of doing so. Account was suspended and nobody would honor the agreed things discussed. Aside from having the recordings. After finally speaking to a manager and advocacy department (******) they again assured me to be patient and account would be rectified. Fees removed, fee protected and account back active, as I explained this was interupting my business. Well, that was almost a 6 months ago and now a debt collector is calling me about a account that had a deposit on it. ?? I am very dissapointed in ARCO. I have diligently reached out to you guys in attempt to get this fixed. Now I have rude people from ALTA calling me saying that ARCO is demanding payment. When I asked for validity of the debt they said arco will not respond to confirm what I am saying is true. And until then they will continue to take action. My hands feel tied. My back is against the wall and all I can think of is legal counsel to seek the funds for me. I did send a "letter of demand" but have heard nothing back yet. The worst part is takingbtheyrre word and waiting for them to contact me. To calling back and nobody being able to help me due to the account being forwarded to a collection agency. I feel BETRAYED and taken advantage of.

      There are not enough words to express how frustrated I am that I signed up for this card. Poorly run financial departments, horrible website, and billing make it an entire project to manage the card, not to mention the undisclosed fees for services like ( monthly credit risk charges). I have been stalked to upgrade, getting a call or email once a month, and finally took the offer for the MC in hopes of getting the cash-back incentives for non-gas purchases. To my disappointment, this was a small nightmare once I had to make a big purchase. Not only is it not NET30, someone from overseas calls you every day, 3-5 times a day, to collect every 14 days. As a small business, we can't afford to do accounting every two weeks for business card purchases, and had we known, we would have NEVER signed up. My " Account Executive" the company three months after he signed me up, and every time I call, it is like jumping through hoops. I HATE THIS CARD.

      I wish I would have read the reviews before signing up for the Fleetcor Card for my business. THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH EVER!! Every review is 1 ********* I understand why. 1) I always have issues with it, declines, etc. Payment is made on time every month and always paid in full and no where close to credit limit.2) I HAVE BEEN TRYING FOR A YEAR AND A HALF TO GET MY SECURITY DEPOSIT BACK of ******* EVERY TIME I CALL, they give some excuse, retake my information, and tell me they have put a request in for the refund. I have been repeating this process every few months. I call, they tell me there is a different issue. We resolve it, they tell me they will put in a request and it will take 4-8 weeks. Three months go by, I call again, and they tell me there is another issue. We resolve it, 4-8 weeks go by. Today, I called again after not receiving my deposit. This time they tell me I have not received it because i am not an authorized user on the account (I opened the account, I sent in the deposit with a personal check under my name, and the credit card literally has my name on it).. Now, I have to email them a copy of my business liscence with my name on it and my ID. This makes absolutely no sense. When I opened up the account, I gave them all my personal and business information to open the account-wouldn't they have needed it then? Quite Frankly, I don't believe them. They are lying. They are using stall tactics to avoid refunding my security deposit. It should not take almost two years, how come every time I call there is a different issue then the previous time, and they always repeat the same thing "we will put in a deposit refund request". 84 customer reviews, 84 1 stars.       We currently use their "Fuelman" program. And it has been nothing but a living nightmare. I cannot understand how/why a company could be in business and not have any domestic help or at least people who give a c*** I've been trying to get my account re-activated after having my account locked for absolute ridiculous and shady reasons. Either way, I've spent hours and I mean literally 1.5 hours at a time on the phone waiting to be connected to their "finance" department. After enough time, they just hang up. Such disorganization and horrible customer service. We operate a company with over 20 vehicles and I left WEX to use Fuelman. Worst mistake I've ever made. I recommend ANYONE reading this, DO NOT and I mean do NOT use Fuelman. Despite their terms and ease of approval. I just wish I read these reviews before signing up with them.
