Disputed items on credit report as a result of identity theft / fraud with submitting an Identity theft report from the ************************* Items disputed were Credit First and ************** Discover Bank has been removed but Credit First is re-appearing. These items have been removed twice now, and the investigation has exceeded 30 days. A statement by the consumer that the information is not information relating to any transaction by the consumer."The law requires the information that is a result of fraud to be blocked. I am concerned because my credit report has discrepancies that are continually being reported and damaging my credit score. I have highlighted all these discrepancies. I am being denied credit due to this false information. I have asked Equifax to remove this information but they are ignoring me or sending me correspondence not addressing this matter.Equifax needs to remove this tradeline immediately from my credit report and to provide me compensatory damages.

Bankruptcy is inaccurately reporting on my credit report. I disputed through the credit reporting company. I called and spoke to two representatives that told me it is documented on my dispute that someone called the ** Federal Bankruptcy court and they verified the information. A complete false statement. The bankruptcy court doesn't verify bankruptcies to credit reporting agencies, and they do NOT report to credit reporting agencies. Both representatives gave me the phone number but said they didn't know who they spoke to. They could not provide me with any verifying information other than a phone number. Guess what? I called the phone number twice and it is a disconnected phone number. ************. The credit bureau did NOT call and verify this information. A complete lie. They cannot provide any proof or legal documentation. There are no accounts on my credit report that show a bankruptcy. I am requesting proof - legal documentation of this and where they got the information and the persons first and last name they spoke to. I am entitled to an accurate credit report under FCRA. Delete this inaccurate bankruptcy information.
