      In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act everything has to be 100% accurate on my credit report. The listed accounts below violated my federally protected consumer rights. Equifax have stated a proper investigation was performed but I find this to not be accurate or possible, the open dates are inaccurate, the dates last active are inaccurate, and the dates last reported are not accurate, these are grounds for removal. I have sent at least 10 letters to EQUIFAX begining On 3-1-2022 regarding the inaccurate and unknown things on my credit report. To this day, I have not received any response. I feel like I've been taken advantage of and also being ignored. Section 611(a), it's plainly stated that a failure to investigate these items within 30 days gives reasons to immediately remove these items from my credit report. I It has been WAY over 30 days so they should be deleted promptly. I demand these accounts be deleted immediately or I will file for litigation due to the stress caused in this process. The credit Bureaus also violated 15 usc **** section 623(9)(b)(2) The credit bureaus are supposed to complete all investigations before the expiration of the period under section 611(a)(1). The credit Bureaus also violated my rights under 15 U.S.C **** section 604 A Section 2:The law clearly states a consumer reporting agency cannot furnish an account without my written instructions. I haven't given these accounts written permission to furnish these accounts on my credit report In accordance with the fair debt collection practices Act.       I am rejecting this response because: They have said the same thing before, and they have willfully admit and willfully verifies WRONG information on my credit report. This complaint should not be closed until they remove the false items on my credit report. I have sent at least 10 letters to them and they only now want to reply back to me when they realized i am serious. I am a victim under the FCRA.

      Equifax is reporting inaccurate collections on my credit report. I have reached out to them several times and they failed to conduct a proper investigation. They also failed to provide procedures used to improperly verify this information. My most recent attempt to correct this was on 10-4-2022 and I am still having a problem getting this fixed.

I have reviewed consumer protection laws and believe the bureaus are violating my privacy by reporting these inaccurate and incomplete adverse claims.       I am writing a complaint about Equifax I have sent a letter on 08/19/22 stating I was having some accounts and information that did not belong to me which I consider inappropriate activity. I also sent them some documents to proof my request including the required FTC I have attempted to contact Equifax so many times via phone and via mail so they can resolve this issue as soon as possible but they have not responded to ANY of my requests. Please let me know what is the best option to resolve this issue with them. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

      I have tried several times requesting that Equifax update my report which yet to be done. I received an email that my login info had been changed which I did not do. Now I cannot access my account and cannot reset password due to being locked out of the email ************************* account I used to create equifax account with. Equifax rep just sent over text to upload my ID to do verification so could get account reset and that c*** didn't work. This is the only credit bureau I have issues with.

      I am rejecting this response because: This is not the case. Ive had an existing account for well over 2 years. I cannot reset password due to locked out of ****** email account attached to Equifax and now the system is saying no account found with my credentials. I don't know what you people have done but I'm filing a complaint with the *** and CFPB if my account not made where I can reset it by tomorrow.  This goes to show Equifax need to be taken over by the government because you people don't have slightest idea what you're doing.

      EQUIFAX is causing me an egregious amount of distress and hardship in my life. I can only presume it is intentional by their continued reporting of inaccurate information in my consumer report. On Sept. 24, 2022 and September 25, 2022 I filed a CFPB complaint #******-9455505 and #******-9456634, respectively, which ultimately led to me filing a criminal complaint for identity theft with the ******* PD and FTC, along with an affidavit regarding the inaccurate information in my consumer report and right to privacy. I mailed my affidavit to EQUIFAX, certified mail #**** **** **** **** **** on Oct 17, 2022, requesting removal of ALL inaccurate in my consumer report. EQUIFAX received correspondence on Oct 21, 2022 completed their reinvestigation on Nov 9, 2022 Report Number ************ to which they corrected my name, which is NOT *************************. The inaccurate entries stem from a name that is not mine. EQUIFA did not correct items from my consumer report and their response was "the data furnisher certified the information was accurate" and "updated" inaccurate information. They had my current driver's license, correct mailing address and my SSN from my Affidavit. They failed to remove multiple inaccurate accounts and addresses and are continuing to cause me to suffer gravely. I was recently denied and loan based on information contained in my consumer report. As a result I am unable to move forward due to these inaccuracies. I am unable to acquire any loans or credit and it is causing me mental distress and anxiety. As a federally protected consumer Congress signed into law the **** to protect my rights from this type of abuse. 15 USC **** s-2 inaccurate and adverse information. I froze ***** Nexis and Sage Stream due to ID theft and they are also reporting my personal information without my consent. I need help!. As of 11/29/2022 EQUIFAX is reporting open accounts and I DO NOT have ANY open accounts. I'm suffering from identity theft and my privacy is being violated.

      These are the same violations committed by the agencies previously attempted to resolve. The wording is the same because each of the agencies I filled against committed the same act and they have to be settled independently. There are three different complaints with CFPB and I sent them to each agency who refused to take any action to correct the information as leaving by law. This is/was not a third party filing and I need help because I'm the only one that has first hand knowledge of the violations.
