      Dear Better Business Bureau I am writing a complaint about the Equifax bureau, I sent a letter on 04/06/22 stating I had some accounts and information that did not belong to me which I consider it is inappropriate activity. I also sent them some documents to prove my request.I have attempted to contact EQUIFAX so many times via phone and mail so they can resolve this issue as soon as possible but have not responded to ANY of my requests. Please let me know the best option to resolve this issue with them. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

      I am drafting this letter as a follow up to a complaint I filed with the **** on 4/23/2022 (complaint ID # *************** asking for Experian, Transunion and Equifax to conduct a proper investigation as listed in the fair credit reporting act, to ensure all of the information listed on my credit report has been verified and reported as factual and accurate. Since then, I have received notices from Experian, Transunion and Equifax stating that the investigations have been completed and all information has been verified and reports are accurate. However, after the completion of their investigation, the same inaccuracies that existed before the investigation are still listed after their investigation . There is a job I am applying for and these items are hurting my credit score. Below are a list of all accounts that have multiple inaccuracies and I am requesting to have them permanently removed from my Experian, Transunion, and Equifax credit report immediately.       Hello i submitted my dispute to the bureaus on 04/20/2022 and on 06/02/2022 about an account called AES/Grants. I demanded this account be removed because and to send me verifiable proof of these accounts, any application or documents baring my signature and they have yet to provide me with this. I tried to resolve this with this bureau multiple times but each time is futile. please help me with this matter. I know as well as equifax know that they are not suppose to even be putting anything on my report without my written permission. Demand the account AES/GRANTS account number : *****************. I want them to remove this account from my report.

      Hello, my name is *********************, and I am writing to delete the unauthorized information in my file. The items I need deleted are stated in the report. I am a victim of identity theft and did not make the charge. I ask that the items be deleted to correct my credit report. I reported the theft of my identity to the ************************ and I also have enclosed copies of the ************************s Identity Theft Affidavit.       Recently, I asked Equifax to conduct a full investigation into every element of my credit report to ensure that everything was 100% correct. I received there letter in the mail stating they did a full investigation; however, upon a pull of my credit report after receiving there letter I found unverifiable, invalidated, inaccurate, and questionable items that your agency didn't make sure was reporting 100% correct which caused severe depression. This is not the time to update because you said you already investigated everything so PLEASE DELETE THESE ITEM Equifax You are in violation under?15 U.S. Code 1681i?(5)?Removal of Inaccurate/invalidated Credit Information and 15 U.S. Code 1681e(b) - Compliance procedures maximum possible accuracy. Under 15 U.S. Code 1681e(b) (b)Accuracy of report Whenever a?consumer reporting agency?prepares a?consumer report?it shall follow reasonable procedures to assure maximum possible accuracy of the information concerning the individual about whom the report relates. I know that Under 15 U.S. Code 1681i?(5) Treatment of inaccurate or unverifiable information(A)In general If, after any reinvestigation under paragraph (1) of any information disputed by a?consumer, an item of the information is found to be inaccurate or incomplete or cannot be verified, the?consumer reporting agency?shall(i)promptly delete that item of information from the?file?of the?consumer, or modify that item of information, as appropriate, based on the results of the reinvestigation; and(ii)promptly notify the furnisher of that information that the information has been modified or deleted from the?file?of the?consumer.?       I am rejecting this response because: On 4/27/2022 I ********************* sent a certified letter which was sign by a notary asking Equifax to investigate these account and make sure they were 100% accurate I attached the proof that they sent me there investigation on the 5/27/2022 and stated that everything was 100% accurate but after receiving there letter I did a check on my credit report and still found inaccurate information how is it that your first investigation was 100% accurate and now you going to do another investigation its not time for that you can not go back on your words I am a consumer and I got rights. 

      Under 15 U.S. Code 1681e(b) and 15 U.S. Code 1681i (5) this account in violation not reporting 100% accurate.
