      I have tried to contact Equifax about the inaccuracies of my account. I didn't have any late payments on this account. There are two Navy Federal accounts , JPMCB and ************* are charge offs on my account that don't belong to me.

      Equifax is reporting the wrong personal information, *********** account and one hard inquiry CNAC_AL106 on my credit. I have disputed this personal information and accounts and hard inquires with the credit bureaus and it came back verified I have since then ask for verification and haven't received it. Where are the documents that your company used to verify that you are reporting these accounts accurately? What is the name of the person in your company who verified the accuracy of this account? What documents did they use to verify them? Please provide me with the name of that individual, their company title, and telephone number as well as copies of the documents that they used to verify that this disputed item are being reported accurately. Please be further advised, I dispute the validity of the alleged accounts and personal information and hard inquires in its entirety. Further I request verification of the alleged accounts and personal information and hard inquires, including, the name and address of the original creditors, along with a copy of a signed contract with the creditor. You are illegally reporting alleged debts and money that I do not owe. As per the law, cease and desist all collection activity, including credit reporting. This agency is in violation of 15 U.S.C. 1692G. They were to notify me of this in writing 5 days prior, I was not. As the original creditor, only I can validate this Debt. I do not validate this debt. Therefore, the following accounts must be deleted from my report. I do not consent to e-***** or any means of automated verification.

      On June 20, 2022 I sent out a certified letter # **** **** **** **** **** 22 to Equifax to investigate my inaccurate accounts. On June 28, 2022 Equifax received my letter. I,***** Lynrobles ******, consumer, and natural person, am aware of all rights that I have, and which are protected by The Congress under the Fair CreditReporting Act(FCRA). Equifax has violated my federally protected consumer rights to privacy and confidentiality under15 USC ****. Equifax has also violated my rights to a proper investigation under 15 USC ****i (5) (A) (i).       All three of the credit bureaus have put an extreme strain on my families life. I have been denied jobs, cars, rental properties, lost finances, my lively hood has been destroyed all the way around. My character has been questioned which is holding my business back from growing which is not fair when they are breaking all the laws that congress has created to protect the consumer. All consumer reports shall be reporting accurate information in a fair manner. They have violated many of my rights as a consumer by reporting inaccurate information and falsified documentation knowingly that has caused a lot of trouble in my life in the last 12 months

      I am rejecting this response because: The information that is included in the credit profile is in fact invalid, in accurate and has not been properly verified. Equifax SHALL do a proper investigation. They are not allowed to report anything on my consumer credit report without my consent. I have not given then any notice to add the information to why report which they have and it is not correct. I want it removed as its a violation of natural rights as a consumer. This is why they are being sued and on the news do the all the fraudulent acts that they are committing! They are some b****** and liars and I will be taking them to court for falsification of documentation!

      Having problems establishing a line of Credit because Equifax has some kind of an alert on my credit profile that no one can seem to find. I'll been dealing with the situation for a yr now. Each time only getting hit with an inquiry on my profile with no action being taken. I will attach the letter I received from Chase Business Card services related to this matter.

      I got a pre-approval for a mortgage, found a house and did a deposit, but now I can t close the deal because Equifax messed up my report and my husbands report. A am desperate because I can lose my deposit and be sued by the seller.I already waited for 15 business days and another 48h but nothing was done.Our investigation numbers are ******* and ******* Help me please, I dont want to look for a lawyer to take care of it.

      Equifax reporting information on my credit report and I have disputed these accounts and inquiries several times and I have yet to receive any validation of owing this debt. I have tried calling asking for information and was met with hostile customer ********************** reps and they weren't able to provide any information in regards to these accounts or inquiries I'm asking Equifax to provide how these accounts and inquiries were validated which is required per FCRA to validate a debt. Per FCRA if Equifax can't provide a signed contract any information being provided to any credit reporting agencies must be deleted. Equifax is using electronic verification which does not provide any form or source of verification as to the information being reported on my account. I have spent hours calling and disputing accounts and inquiries and Equifax is refusing to provide any method of verification. How can these items continued to be verified if their isn't any signed contracts being provided or any documents to support what's being provided.       Error as shown in my pictures. They are reporting I have had recent missed payments as shown as 0 months since last missed payments. The other image is TransUnion which has it accurate at last missed payment being 3 years 5 months. Nothing on my report had changed and no payments have been missed. When I tried to contact them they didnt listen to my complaint and kept trying to get me to reference previous disputes.

      I have filed several disputes pertaining to three credit inquiries on my Equifax credit profile. In the initial dispute filed with complaint ID ********** on 05/01/2022, Equifax sent me dispute results that stated the three inquires were DELETED. After reviewing my credit profile I realized the three inquires were still there. I then filed a complaint with CFPB, complaint ID **************, and on 6/30/22 Equifax also responded saying that they Deleted the three inquires.       I am rejecting this response because:

      Equifax has on multiple occasions sent me confirmation that all three of the i quotes were deleted, however they still appear on my profile. Secondly, I know that according to FCRA I have the right to an investigation that provides proof from the creditor that there was in fact a proper investigation were factual information was proven to be or not to be mine. Equifax has not provided me with any proof that there was a proper investigation. Thirdly, I also know that according to FCRA a credit reporting agency is not allowed to put any information on my profile that was said to be deleted under their own decisions and that intact the only way the information could have been added back to my profile is if the creditor has furnished proof of the item. Equifax has already on multiple occasions claimed to have deleted the inquiries which leads me to believe that they did not perform a proper and factual investigation of the inaccuracies.

      I am rejecting this response because:
       
      I received their correspondence today in the mail. I was sent and investigation dispute results, confirmation #********** dated July 14th. The investigation results I received states that the three inquires I disputes were deleted. However, upon receiving my credit profile today 7/30/22, the same three inquires are still reporting to my credit profile. I have attached photo scans of the investigation results that state the inquires were deleted. I was want actual resolve with this situation and Equifax is not properly handling my case, the investigation or my personal information. This is a violation of my consumer rights and  want something done about it.
