      I DO NOT BELIEVE THAT ANY OF THE BUSINESS BUREAUS HAVE LIVING BREATHING AGENTS ANYMORE? I AM IN AN A.I. BLOCKING TECHNOLOGY LOOP THAT IS NOT ALLOWING ME ACCESS TO MY CREDIT REPORT, HAS LOWERED MY CREDIT REPORT OVER 100 POINTS WHEN I HAVE NEVER MISSED A BILL PAYMENT, AND CURRENTLY IS HANGING UP ON ME AND NOT ALLOWING AN APARTMENT COMPLEX TO RUN MY CREDIT AFTER I UNFROZE MY ACCOUNT. I FROZE MY ACCOUNTS DURING COVID THINKING I HAD A HUMAN HACKER. THE HACKERS ARE ALL A.I. AND V2K TECHNOLOGY WITHOUT A DOUBT. THE ***** IS HACKED BY A.I. SOFTWARE THAT REPLACED HUMANS AND NOW ASSIGNS JOBS TO HUMANITY USING V2K AND LOSS OF FREE WILL.

      I am a confirmed victim of the 2017 Equifax data breach they even paid me. Despite that, Equifax is still reporting fraudulent data tied to ************ on my credit file.I submitted a full identity theft package (FTC report, affidavit, ID), and ********************** ignored federal law by reinserting the account and continuing to report false and damaging information.This isn't a mistake. This is willful noncompliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act. *** had to take legal action and submit formal complaints to the **** and BBB to stop the harm.Equifax cannot keep failing consumers after already compromising our identities.

      HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE **** are unable to lift freeze on my file (which I placed) to allow creditor pull my credit report. As of today, and 3 times - creditor is unable to pull report. Even though Equifax is telling me there is no freeze and one report did the lift freeze but when I log in the status is still saying "account is frozen". This has created a hardship for me as the creditor is unable to approve me for credit due to this issue and keeps getting charged a fee every time they attempt to pull the report. VERY UNHAPPY WITH THIS ISSUE!

      I was considering cancelling but Equifax convinced me to stay after offering to reduce me fee by 30% (from $15 to $10 per month). Both my wife and I were registered. Now, we see that only a few months after we had accepted this deal, they increased the rate for each of us to $25 per month. That was 2 years ago and we were shocked to find out they had done this. I will consider amending this if they are able to resolve the issue. I hope this was a misunderstanding and we can be refunded the amount we were erroneously charged.

      Absolutely terrible customer **********************. They have my credit locked and I can't get them to unlock it. They have falsely told me numberous times that it is unlocked but that is not true, I am unable to get mobile phone service because of this.

      They hire people who intentionally jumble up words and sentences, cant understand explanations, refuse to provide resolutions or information to do so, and just quote reject policies while ignoring and not caring to hear what you are saying, just reading scripts for job safety and to answer as many calls as possible for quota. This company is paying people to provide poor, gaslighting and antagonizing service. They hang up, give you attitude when you cant understand them or them refusing to listen to your explanations/concerns, and put you on hold for long times, as if you are providing them with customer **********************, and have the free time to accommodate their need to short staff and outsource cheap labor. Hiring people to do customer ********************** who cant speak well and have terrible customer **********************, communication and conflict resolution skills. This is a scam and abuse of customer rights. This company needs to feel some heat.

      I wanted a credit score report and the company charge a fee for this information. However, I did not want the credit protection service. Somehow I was charged for this service. I called and asked for a cancellation. The agent issued a refund and said they have cancelled my credit protection service and won't be charge again. It turned out that the agent put me on another class of service. I am charged again the following month for credit protection service. I have asked the agent to cancelled and refund as I did not agree to the service. They said they have no way of issuing a refund. I asked them to remove my credit card information, but they said they cannot do it. This is very unethical. A website company that doesn't allow customer to remove their own ********************** card **********************!!! And continue to mislead customer and charge people of ********************** that they did not agree to. Unbelievable. How can a big company behave like this?

      Equifax is THE WORST, ABSOLUTE WORST, HANDS DOWN THE WORST company to do business with. Signed up for online account access and have never been able to access my report. Called customer **********************, yeah right, if that is what they are called, over 9 times and was told on the last 2 calls that it was MY fault. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!! Technical support never called which I was told they would. Took over 1 hour on phone to get a refund. STAY AWAY from signing up to Equifax to check your score. Go to Experian for a free, detailed report.

      I have been the victim of identity theft, and provided the valid proof and documents. Experian and ********** removed these fraudulent accounts from my report, however Equifax is not removing a fraud account, even though they received all the required fraud paperwork they requested in order to remove this item. VERY DIFFICULT COMPANY, I would give them an F for sure. 0/10.

      After being unable to log into my account *********************** Complete Premier) for over two (2) weeks, I attempted to resolve the issue through Equifax Customer **********************. (Mind you, they billed me 15 days prior for this service I have obtained for over a year now). I received the same error message as others in this thread and proceeded to call the number listed on the error page, but I waited for well over an hour. Their automated system tried to prove my identity by asking about loans or accounts that I have never opened, then said that my identity couldn't be proven due to their bogus prompts. I found another number listed for their Customer **********************, tried that, and finally talked to someone after waiting about 40 minutes. The Customer ********************** representative was borderline malevolent. He insisted that I send a picture of my driver's license along with a selfie to prove my identity! No thanks. I know exactly what my report says, which accounts I have open, how much credit I have utilized, my Social Security number, where I have lived, etc. I'm certainly not sending a picture of my license to a company with such a shoddy history of protecting their client's information. Finally, I just gave up and contacted the credit card that I have Equifax bill every month and had them block any further charges from them. I'm done with them for life and will never recommend their "services" to anyone.
