  I have been locked out of my Equifax account by simply changing my password. There is no assistance available online, by email, or by phone. I may have to file a suit in small claims court to get their attention. Has anyone else done this for any reason such as mine?

  I have been trying to cancel my membership last 3 months hasn't been cancelled they keep changing my card every time I called them they asked every personal questions credit card information and the sun card information they still didn't cancel my membership I think they are nothing but a scammer

  Cannot log in to my Equifax account to get my ********************** Report/Score:I've been trying for the past 3 days to log in - keep getting error: "We have experienced an issue processing your request.We're sorry, we are unable to process your request at this time. Please contact our ************* Team at ************** for additional help completing your request"I have called 3 times and spoke to 3 different agents who say my issue is resolved; however, it's not !My problem has been escalated and someone will get back to me within 5 days; however, I'm going to lose the apartment I was pursuing because landlord will only accept EQUIFAX credit report (!)SO frustrating

  Not surprised to see this agency has extremely poor reviews. I called multiple times trying to cancel my subscription. The first call the operator stated he would cancel my services and then the call hung up for whatever reason. I called back and the next operator requested more and more information to access my account, I explained I didnt have to provide it the first time and he stated it was procedure. After advising I want to speak with a supervisor I was told he would put me through to one, the operator did not put me to a supervisor and instead rerouted me to the beginning of the call. The next person I talked to stated a supervisor would call me back in one hour. To nobodys surprise I did not receive a call back. I called again and was told I cant speak with a supervisor for ***** hours. This operator just eventually hung up as I continued to insist I would like to be put through to a supervisor as I was no longer interested in providing every employee at equifax with my personal information. I called back and still could not contact a supervisor all of this.. to cancel my services. Perhaps allow consumers to cancel online like every other subscription service. This is extremely unprofessional and should not be legal. If I can sign up online, I should be able to cancel online. I will never sign up for their services again.

  Ma plainte est parce que ma femme a t lse, elle a t rejete pour plusieurs crdits parce que son dossier est crois avec celui d'une autre personne et j'ai essay mille faons et rien n'a t rsolu pour nous. Cela a caus beaucoup de Frustration chez ma femme car il lui est impossible d'obtenir un crdit auprs d'une quelconque entit

  Feb 12, 2025,, Equifax company caused so much pain for my family, with breach of data. My SIN was wrongly merged with another person causing the ******* to decline our home mortg application. Saying that my SIN was merged wrongly with another file, and that there is a collection on that another person. Need to fix that. Every time we call Equifax company, they are reluctant, saying that there is a process and takes upto 30 days to identify and fix their biggest negligence. We are risk on losing the home that we worked so hard for you.. This Equifax does not want to expedite it, saying there is a process , and need to wait.. Our family life is at stake loosing the home, all because of this company Equifax wrongly merged my sin with another person.. it is illegal to do so! I am now weak mentally and physically, dont know what is the next line to cross!

  Very poor customer **********************. Very poor technical service. Network system and phone system down almost all week making it impossible to log in to MyEquifax to freeze and check for fraudulent activity on my account.

Legal Rights and Expectations: Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and 15 USC 1681, I am entitled to: Accurate and verifiable information on my credit report. A prompt investigation (within 30 days). The removal or correction of inaccurate or unverifiable information. Requested Action: Conduct a thorough investigation of the disputed items. Remove or correct all inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable information. Provide me with an updated copy of my corrected credit report. Ensure that these corrections are shared with all entities that received my inaccurate report. Remove or correct all inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable information.
