NeighborWho has been charging monthly up to 823 dollars. It has done so by making it impossible to cancel a subscription I dont recall ever signing up for. There is no way of canceling the subscription. I want it to be clear I dont want to be ever charged again by this business. You cant contact anyone to make the cancellation. About Dec 16 I tried neighbour's who for 1$ understanding that if I didn't cancel it could cost me 4$ month. By Dec 24 I was billed ***** and again on Jan 23. The information in the ad they had for the app was not only vague but deceiving. This company appears to lure and prey on the unsuspecting to take as much money as they can get away with. I am rejecting this response because:
The business makes it very hard to cancel the service as there is no phone number provided. When i tried to log in to what was charged as my account,i was informed that there was no account on file and there was no way to contact the company by phone. In my opinion this company is just giving a trial period without a clear notification that you will receive a large charge after the trial period. My goal is that others are made aware of the problems dealing with this company. Buyer beware !
