My bank called me telling me that they declined a fraudulent Attempt from neighbor who trying to collect $45 from my ****** account And had me signed up for a Subscription I never knew about. And this debit card was Brand new and placed in my ****** account only yesterday, I believe they compromised my bank card information so my bank froze my card and ****** canceled their account Indefinitely. I will not use ****** ever again.

Company is a total scam. I did one free search on 4/18/23 and we never signed up for a subscription. I just found that they have been charging me $44.86 per month for the past 12 months since 4/25/23 thru 3/14/24 and they refuse to refund the charges, even though I never accessed the site since my only search on 4/18/23.They know what they are doing, as they offered 1 month credit, then after I complained they offered 4 months credit, but your credit card company will do that for you and they know this. This company is a fraud! Do not use them for free search and I never signed anything stating my acceptance to a subscription.Total refund due. $538.32. ******** should shut them down, as I bet they are doing this to many people.*******

The support was prompt and thorough. I havent received a refund yet, but Ive been assured it is forthcoming. However, I feel like this was false advertising. The service is supposed to aggregate property records for you. During the initial loading process, it seemed to reveal that there were plenty of records on the address I needed. But that was before I paid the money. After I paid, it said there were no records. I double and triple checked the address, still no records. There are records on the Zillow listing, but none on this service. The county website has records on this property, but the service doesnt. I believe *********** is a scam designed to capture addresses, emails, and phone numbers. Most people wont follow up over $1, they will just cancel it. But if you forget to cancel, you will get charged $44 or something. So I think it is also preying on people who might forget to cancel. I recommend you stay away.

Good day I was searching for an address and ****** sent me to a site; I never signed up for a 7 day trial subscription and all of a sudden I received my bank statement to see a charge of $44.86. I have read many reviews with the same complaint I would like an apology and a full refund. In todays economic situation this is bad, very bad!! Thank you for your time and support~

I agreed to a $1.00 fee for Neighborhood Who to do a search on my House Title. They provided NOTHING ?? Just found out last night. 9-29-2023 that they took out 2 additional payments that I Did Not Agree To for $47.73. Total $95.46. They Cheated me out of that money. And of course when I called to cancel my account I couldn't speak to a person or get a refund! ****** Off in *******, *****!
