    I authorized a one time fee and did not see anything stating my account would be charged 44 dollars. I would never pay ***** for this service I dont even know how to get into the account to even cancel it.

    Hi ******,

    The account was created on 09/16/24 with our $1.00 7-day trial.  Upon further review, it appears we did not receive a request to cancel prior to the end of the trial. In that event, your account was automatically renewed to the monthly subscription of $44.86.

    When signing up for our background reports, the subscription does outline that it will auto-renew until elected to cancel. You can contact us to cancel at any time, and will not be billed for your next billing cycle.

    Please be assured that your account was canceled and you were issued a refund of $44.86. The refund was processed immediately on our end, however, please note that it may take up to 10 days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement depending on your financial institution.

    I never signed up for Neighborwho and theyve charged my account $44.86 I did not authorize this charge and would like a refund. I have never heard of this company nor have I attempted to sign up for any kind of subscription. This is not ok. I am not rich and dont have the funds for a random $50 charge.

    We never signed up for or used any services from this company (NeighborWho). This company made a $1.00 charge against my wife's account on 10/23/2022. Then they charged $47.55 to her card 10/22/2022 and every month after. With the company's cryptic name, my wife assumed it was related to something else. Only now we are discovering it is a fraudulant charge. Her card has been fraudulantly charged a total of $1,094.65. I can supply creditcard statements.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I can't believe the business model of NeighborWho doesn't rely partly on taking people in who do not carefully examine the "7 Day Trial Membership...$1.00."  Whatever the legal standing this is abusive morally. Their note says that "in good faith" they will refund us $190.20. So we only paid ****** for nothing at all rather than $1,094.65. Obviously the system is pretty lucrative.

    I am rejecting this response because:  I filed a complaint against neighbor who and requested a refund for 4 months ******* **** June, July) charging me $44.86 per month) Now need to file another complaint, since they charged me $44.86 again in August. The total of the 5 months is $224.30. I never signed up for this, and can't cancel on their website since I have no password. I would like a refund for $224.30.
