I had the account for a few months and used it once or twice. I went to cancel the service and they want to charge a $37 cancellation fee which is ridiculous!
Neighbor Who should be thrilled they got $44.86 from me for very little use.
If there is a phone number for this company, please let me know.

My credit card is being charged a large amount, much more than what I was told online by neighborwho. I am going to ask for a refund because I never received an itemized receipt for the exorbitant charges.

A charge of 44,86$ appeared from nowhere. Don't do business with them. They will steal your money.

I used Neightborwho.com to find out when my home was built. I needed this information to see if my Milgard windows were covered by their lifetime warranty. The $1 fee seemed reasonable and easy compared to driving to the local permits ***** The terms and conditions check box made the process too easy!!! The website is not clear that you are actually signing up for a subscription. They did send an email confirmation email that again did not make it clear that this was a subscription. Legally they did include the terms and conditions at the bottom of the email in small print. The $44.86 that I was charged is a ****** that I will remember. This company is not doing anything to earn what most of us are paying. This website practice should not be allowed. The Better Business Bureau should have a way to force or pressure Neighborwho to make changes to their website.

They said I would be charged $1 to find out who the owners of a property were. Next thing I know I was charged an additional $47.55 on my credit card as well. I did not realize I was signing up for a monthly service.
