    I signed up for NOTHING AND RECENTLY WAS CHARGED 50? Im calling my bank now and will be reporting them to the federal trade commission, the police and letting them know all this.

    They are crooks. I had 7 days to cancel and sent my request within 5 days. I didn't receive a response so I followed up again the next day asking for confirmation. I still did not receive a response. I then noticed on my CC statement that they charged me the following day. I disputed with my CC and got it reversed but beware of this garbage company.

    I was going to cancel it before the free date but they did it at 12 midnight and now theres nothing I can do. I called and canceled but I cant get my money back. So they could at least let me use it since I payed, but I cant it wants me to sign up again. This app definitely did not help me at all

    Don't do it!! Says a $1 fee, says nothing about them charging you AT LEAST $1.95 EVERY month after!! You can cancel, does no good, they still keep doing it!!

    Do not do the 1 or 5 dollar trials at the site as you will be charged until you have your bank get involved. Dont do any business with a company that is shady.

    I had never heard of NeighborWho until my Venmo account was hacked by them.. in which they first took $1. And then $49.46 Ive been working with Venmo & bank on trying to reverse these charges. This company sends out Ad emails. Spam. Do not open. I never opened, But they still were able to hack into my bank account.

    I'm being charged monthly without my consent for $44.86. I've reached out to them multiple times and haven't been able to get a response. I am not aware of this agreement nor did I approve this transaction. They are a scam and fraud! DO NOT AGREE TO THE $1.00 RECORD SEARCH!

    i have a 7 days trail for $5dollars and $1 dollar per search up to 20 search in the seven days trail ,canceling any time. now they charge my $37 dollars convenience fee .not disclosure in my application [ hidden fee] [rip off]
