      I had a terrible experience at the ************* location in **************** **************. There was a meal missing from my order and when I got home realized my 12-year-old did not have her chicken nuggets. So I called up there to ask them if they would deliver the missing meal since this was not my fault and they refused to do so not only that, but also refused to compensate me anything for my time or inconvenience, and instead patronize me by offering me one chocolate chip cookie for my inconvenience, even Burger King does better than this when they make a mistake this is very uncharacteristic I feel for how it Chick-fil-A would handle this type of situation

      I entered my gift cards into your app, and they are showing in my transitions history. I have a screenshot of it. I want my money that was in there put on a gift card where I can spend it. I called your customer service and they act like I was trying to steal from them.

      I think the fact that they say they are a ********* based corporation is a marketing strategy, as soon as I went into the store it was like a bunch of young working ants all over the place, with good attitudes and kind. I filled out a application and was called back and as soon as they found out about my background they shunned me.. My lord sat with sinners, outcasts, murders, etc my history wasn't that bad but once I gave my life to the lord and ***** followed him, he forgave me.. I did however got hired by a different company that listened to my story and didn't judge me still in the fast-food industry. I'll never eat at chick -fla again. God bless

      I received raw uncooked chicken at the Chick Fil A on Howell Mill RD in *******, ** the ending result was food poisoning. This particular location has taken no accountability and has passed it off to the suppliers. When I purchased it from them, its been a constant battle of back-and-forth. They have been very insensitive and Uncaring, and I have never known this to be the Chick Fil A Way.

      I ordered through my app even redeemed *************************************************************************************** the app it asks for my address and I put my address including that I was at *******************. Well when they sent my order to DoorDash they did not include that detail so the dasher took a picture of my food in front of the building and I never received my order and went searching for my order and its not where the picture was taken. I called chick fil a and they wont do anything and I also called ******** who wont do anything so now I have no food and no money to order from somewhere else

      I received a burnt breakfast sandwich on August 4th. This was also my first time trying Chick-fil-A breakfast. I purchased several breakfast items on August 4th but I did not eat all on August 4th. I saved some for the next morning. So, when I went to eat my last breakfast sandwich on August 5th, I realized it was burnt. Why would Chick-fil-A even serve this to someone. I tried calling the store several times, no answer. I wrote several times to Chick-fil-A on their ******* and ******** account. No Response! I even showed pictures of the burnt sandwich. I filled out the Cares form twice. I mean I just did not expect Chick-fil-A to ignore me when I'm the one who received burnt food! No refund, no acknowledgment. Very bad business and service! Disappointed.

      I went to this location against my better judgment as they are known for messing up and food quality and service just horrible. I always go out my way to other locations as I rarely have issues but if I do there are quickly resolved. So I ordered breakfast biscuits and as everyone knows chick-fil-a has the softest flavorful biscuits and juicy chicken. I ordered curbside still had to wait awhile for my food. Got it went to my destination and thought I was about to have a nice breakfast to start my long day. I opened the biscuits and when I say these biscuits looked like they been sitting in warmer for hours!!! They were burnt, chicken was 2 different colors and dry, it was trash all the way around. I was furious because ** not going to have time at all to go get lunch and wont eat again til dinner with the busyness of my day. So yea I was angry. I called up there because I just wanted my money back after seeing those I didnt want anymore food from that location. I asked for a manager some girl got on the phone. She asked if I could come back I said no I cant. She put me on hold and then a guy came on Im like what is going on who are you now I thought the last girl was the manager. So now the 3rd person Im talking to and he says its the owner of that particular restaurant who is requesting the food be brought back up there to get refund. As a consumer who frequently spends money at their restaurant (not that location particularly because they are the worst chick-fil-a ever) I was appalled. Ive been given refund immediately at other chick-fil-a stores without question of my integrity. I said you telling me that you want me to walk around work all day with old biscuits and the next day or however many days til I can get back out there just for a freaking $8 refund!!! He said yes. I called customer support and told them and all they could do was give me rewards on my account. This store needs to be shut down theres 60 other 1 star reviews nothing is being done!

      Worst experience ever.. work for **** went to pick up an order. Supervisor there was very disrespectful!! I was standing waiting for an employee to look at my order. Supervisor passes me which I was the first one there and attends someone else I speak to him abt it politely he gets mad and flicks his middle finger at me.. told the manager he told me I was lying.. gave the manager the time of incident told him to check the camera he told me he was to busi.. never once did he apologized for the behavior of his employee..

      This review is for the location at ********************************************************* I did a big breakfast order this morning. I called after it was placed to confirm it was received. I spoke to ***** and she assured me it would be ready by said time. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. From start to finish, ***** and her team made it quick and easy. I'm leaving a 5 star review because her and her TEAM were nice and very respectful to me and to the other guest. Being nice goes a long way. Thank you to everyone at this location!

      Filed a complaint with the BBB almost one year ago. Just received a letter stating that it was closed because "I wasn't satisfied with the business response." I NEVER GOT A RESPONSE! They screwed up my order, stole money by shorting me, lied about how they were going to fix it, ignored all attempts to contact them, and then lied to the BBB. Stay far away from these crooks.
