I placed an order on 5/4/25 to send a delivery to my daughter for Mother's Day to be delivered on 5/11/25.When the order was not delivered on 5/11/25 by 7/8pm, I left several messages on the store's voicemail and sent emails. No response.The order was delivered on 5/11/24 around 10:30 pm to a residential address (waking up all the children and adults in the apartment). Since this was a surprise for my daughter, she was not aware of a delivery or what was ordered. The Edible Arrangement websites states "During busy holiday times, you can expect that residential deliveries may be made as late as 9:00 PM."I received a call from **** from the store the next day on 5/12/25.I informed **** that the order was delivered to residential address at 10:30 pm and the three balloons that were on the order were not received. He asked me to send him pictures of what was received and gave me a number to send via text. I sent a text at 7:07 pm on 5/12/25 when my daughter returned home from work with 2 pictures of what was delivered. He did not responded to my text and has not responded since. The order total was $97.61 and the three balloons not received were $14.95. Unacceptable to be delivering to a residential address at 10:30 pm and the entire order was not delivered.Initial Complaint

May 21, 2025 at 9:38 am, I ordered an edible arrangement to be delivered to a school with one hour delivery. At around 1:09 pm, I tracked the status of the ordered and it was still on the status of order received. I called the store, there was no answer. I called again and a woman answered and said they have been busy but the order will be delivered in 20 minutes. I told her I paid for one hour delivery because it needed to be delivered to the school before it released at 3. She again stated it would be delivered in 20 minutes. I then asked would they refund the one hour delivery fee and she said yes, which was not done. I checked again at 3:17pm and they were just then crafting the order. I called the store and customer service line various times between 3:17 and 5pm to attempt to cancel the order since it was no longer in the window. No answer. I submitted a cancellation request online as well. At 5 pm the delivery calls and states they couldnt delivery. He then sends me a voice note via text stating he cant deliver in which I sent the screenshot of the delivery status and ask for a refund. He then send me a series of rude and bullying voice notes telling me we dont live in ********* **** where theres no traffic, called me a M*F* stating I only spent $40 said next time dont order at his F* store and before placing an order let my F* people know and texted me to STFUP. I had not cursed or yelled I just requested they refund and he have the store call me. At 5:16 the order was marked delivered even though it was not. At 1:10 am I received an email stating I was still charged $38.29 of the $70.08. I want all of my money back because not only was the service not rendered but I was treated terribly by the store driver or owner not sure if the title. I have a video of the text exchange I wanted to share with corporate but I have no way of sending it to them. I cant file a complaint on the site because they keep sending it directly to the store.Initial Complaint

Worst service and store ever I placed an order for delivery on ******** for a friends birthday never showed up never even showed that they started to work on it not a message saying sorry we cant fill your order I called left a message still nothing next day May 20th at 12pm says it was crafted and out for delivery with driver 4 stops away guess what its 8:57 pm NO DELIVERY no communication I called 2 times left messages sent a email to customer service still nothing 2 days later after the birthday and still NO DELIVERY no email no call back not a **** thing STAY AWAY from the store Its store 823 in **********Initial Complaint

Ordered Chocolate covered strawberries for mothers day. When they arrived , my mother went to take a bite and a big ant came running out of the strawberry. She threw them away. I have called 5 times and left a message for them to call me about it and no one ever answers the phone there and no one calls you back. Complaint Against: Edible Arrangements ********, ** Location On May 15, 2025, I placed an order with Edible Arrangements for $42.10 and scheduled it to be delivered on May 18, 2025. After completing the purchase, I received an email confirmation stating that the delivery could occur any time before 7 PM. I had a reservation out of town that afternoon and was concerned the arrangement would arrive while we were away.I attempted to contact the ********, ** location multiple times by phone, as well as the Edible Arrangements call center, but received no response. I then visited the store in person, only to find a handwritten sign on the door stating that the location was temporarily closed.I submitted a cancellation request through the companys website the same day but have not received any follow-up communication. After checking the website and the companys ******** page, I saw numerous complaints from other customers experiencing the same issuemissed or undelivered orders, no responses, and no refunds ********* of today, I have not received a refund, or any contact from the company. This experience has been frustrating and unacceptable, and it reflects a broader pattern of neglectful and misleading business practices at this location.I am requesting the BBBs assistance in obtaining a full refund and ensuring accountability from this business.Initial Complaint

I ordered a same day arrangement to be delivered on 5/9/25 from Edible Arrangements in *********. The arrangement arrived on 5/10/25 and all of the fruit was sour. I immediately called edible arrangements and the store *** said they were very busy and someone would call me back. No one called back. I called on 5/11/25 and they didnt answer the phones. I called back on 5/12/25 in the morning and asked for the store manager or supervisor and the store *** said there was no one there and sheets have someone call me back. No one called me. I called back in the afternoon around 3/4 and s/w *****. She said I cant refund you so I asked her can she redeliver a fresh one that wasnt sour. She said she couldnt and the manager wasnt available and she would have him call me back. On 5/13/25 no one called. I called back and explained again and asked for a manager. The gentleman was very rude and said you can talk to me. I told him my fruit was delivered sour and he said you didnt have any fruit just strawberries. I told him I had the Mothers Day platter which included grapes, and strawberries and pineapples that spell mom and I told him this point I would like a refund and he said whatever Ill refund it and while I was still speaking, he hung up on me. May ****** I placed an order for delivery to my elderly mom for Mothers Day. This may be her last Mothers Day. I wanted to be there with her but I could not so I scheduled a nice edible arrangement to be delivered on Friday May 11. My order number was W1011283094-1. On Friday May ******* at 1210 pm I re cover an email stating the order had been delivered. I called my mom at 4pm to see how she liked it and was told it was not delivered. I contacted the Grapevine store to determine what happened and they advised the order was sent to the colony store to be completed. They advised the order showed in transit in their system. I contacted the Colony location and after speaking with two different employees they were unable to provide any help. I then asked to speak to the manager. I was told there was no one available. I then went online and started the complaint process. It was documented under reference number *******. It indicated I would receive a call within ***** hours. That did not happen. At approximately 7pm Friday someone rang the doorbell at my parents house. When my dad answered, the edible arrangement was left outside and the driver was gone. This is what I ordered and this is what was delivered. Needless to say what was delivered looked like the went to the grocery store and threw some fruit in a bowl. It has now been four days since I requested a call reference this matter. I have tried calling into the customer service center but it then routes me to the grapevine store. When I call grapevine I get the answering machine and have left several messages. Ultimately it is the colony location that did this to my mom. However they refuse to call me. Edible arrangements states they offer a full refund if not 100 percent satisfied. I am far from satisfied. I would like a full refund.Initial Complaint

I am beyond furious. I placed an order through your *******************, ** location to be delivered on Mothers Day one of the most important days of the year and guess what? Nothing showed up. No call, no update, just silence.I had to follow up myself the next day, and the store casually offered to redeliver. Fine. But then it gets worse when the order finally arrived, it was filled with disgusting, old, rotten fruit. Completely inedible and downright ************* dare your company promote a premium service it clearly cant provide? You ruined a moment that cannot be redone, and there is absolutely no excuse for this level of negligence especially from a location representing your ******* am livid. This needs to be made right immediately.
