My mother received a text her order was delivered, she looked outside and there was nothing. I texted her shortly after receiving email of delivery and she said no one was ever there. No cars even came through. So they took my money and never delivered or they delivered to wrong person. Will not answer phone calls or emails.Initial Complaint

I ordered online got a email after saying it was a problem delivery has no one was home my mom is sitting there waiting I called she said it was never delivered or has never left the store I said ok so what now shes on the phone arguing with her driver a lady in the background is saying just lie you sent it I can hear everything there saying they start laughing and said I should just pee on this ladys strawberrys I was in a shock she comes back I said that not the way u talk to customers she said idk what your talking about and said shes gonna get it delivered a guy calls me and talks about they are not letting him in the store and its closed I called again cici the manager answered and started cursing like they were on something I said why is **** contacting me when I ordered from a website and paid for delivery they said thats the way her f****** store does business started giving a attitude scarming I ask for my refund and not to have my personal info delivered to a **** I didnt call this is not my problem this is the worst human I have ever talked to in my life and my mom dont have a gift for mothers days she was told to sit on a porch and wait shes 87 Im so sorry I used this store saying there gonna pee on the food I should have read the rewies on ****** please look into this store this is supposed to be a memorable experience with kind hearted people working there, loving and caring, gifting, others not people, cursing and screaming. Denial of Free Chocolate-Dipped Fruit Cone *******, ** Location Dear Edible Arrangements Customer Service,Im writing to share a disappointing experience I had at your *******, ** location at *********************I visited the store to redeem your advertised offer for a free chocolate-dipped fruit cone, but I was told they were not participating. The employee also mentioned that most of the stores arent, which was both confusing and frustrating. There was no indication in your promotion that participation might vary by *********** a customer who enjoys your products, I made a special trip based on the belief that the promotion was honored chain-wide. If individual stores can opt out, that should be clearly stated to avoid misleading ************ appreciate clarification on this promotion and hope this concern will be addressed appropriately. Im a regular customer of ********************************************* based in ******** .on ******** I ordered a birthday gift for my sister based in ****** ***** . The birthday gift I ordered was fruit basket and 2 bouquet of flowers arrangement.after my sister received the delivery she informed me next day that the fruit basket was not fresh at all and tasted very bad and old .the pineapple was very hard in texture and very old /not fresh and not sweet at all ,same applies with the strawberries and cantaloupe. The chocolate used to cover the fruit was also bad quality it tasted like plastic , and if you remove the chocolate that covers the strawberries you will see the old strawberries under it , the fruit that was covered in chocolate was more old.the flowers were also not fresh enough as they promised. The flower leaves was a bit old . When my sister informed me about this ,the very next day I called the edible store that I placed my order with to file a complaint I spoke to a man maybe it was the owner of this branch and to my surprise ,the man got very defensive and rude . And after explaining the situation to him he refused to take responsibility and refund me .I requested a full refund , but owner refused and got more upset and more angry .This experience was very disappointing especially we are regular customers and expected a much better response than the poor treatment we received from this store owner. We expect you would take the appropriate action by refunding me full amount paid and apology for lack of professionalism.I paid $156.79 and I expect a perfect fruit tray and flowers. I tryed to talk to the owner himself and he said everyone eats non edible fruit.And then tryed to give me 6 strawberries chocolate covered i told him to keep them and I will just take my problem to the BBB then he just laughed and said do what you got to do.Then hung up the phone this man is just ripping off people.This is a true scammer.just can't understand a place that sells edible arrangements that are not edible.Initial Complaint

I placed an order on April 24th 11pm for delivery on April 25th.The email and website states it would be delivered before 7pm for residential orders. However, on the day of delivery, I tried multiple times to contact the store to confirm the status of my order but received no response. I also attempted to reach the call center, but I was automatically redirected back to the store, where my calls continued to go unanswered. I made these calls in the morning, at 1 p.m., and again at 3 p.m., but was unable to get through.After researching the issue, I discovered numerous reviews from other customers with similar complaints about orders not arriving on time or at all and the store failing to respond. Given this and the fact that it was already 5 p.m., I decided to cancel my order since I would be out of town that weekend. I clicked the "cancel" button on my order and submitted a form.Despite canceling, I received an unexpected call and text from a delivery driver the following day, April 26th, at 12:53 p.m., stating that the order had been delivered and advising that the items needed refrigeration immediately. As I was already out of town, I was unable to refrigerate the items. I contacted the driver via call and text to explain that I had canceled the order and was not in town, requesting that the order be returned. On the phone, the driver stated they would send someone to pick it up. However, by 7:30 p.m., no one had retrieved the order.Given that the fruit arrangement was left unrefrigerated for an extended period, it was no longer safe to consume. According to food safety guidelines, perishable items such as fruits should not be left unrefrigerated for more than two ******** a result, I had to ask a friend to retrieve the order and take it back to the store. This entire situation has caused significant inconvenience, and I am requesting a full refund for the order.Initial Complaint

I have placed 2 orders within the last 3 months and both times the recipient did not receive what I ordered but I was still charged as if all items were delivered. In addition the fruit that was delivered had changed colors when the person received it. I let the 1st order go but now it's happened again at 2 separate locations. I called to the store assigned to the order and a worker named ***** answered the phone. When I asked him what was his name he stated "no esta el Espaol". My arrangement was inedible. I received for my birthday and was horrified received at work on 3/13/25 I do not know the price my daughter paid as it was a ********** #************************** # *******, *******, ******* I called the store daily. I left several *********** one has even given a curtesy return call.
