      We received an editable arrangement from your ********** ** franchise on Sat July 30th . The fruit arrangement was left outside in 90 degree weather. When we came home we found the arrangement all melted and hot from the being left outside. We call the ********** location and were told my your manager that the delivery driver was told to leave it outside by the sender. My COMPLAINT to them was no matter what the sender says you should have a policy in place to not leave food in the sun, no matter how long it will be out there. But your manager did not want to hear that all they kept telling us , the sender said to leave it. Well it food and when you take a food safety course in the *********** you learn the most important thing is food temperature. You really need to educate your employee better. I have also filed a complaint with the ST of ** Health District !!! I expect a full refund be issued to the sender. Thank you !!!

      On July 22, 2022, I contacted Edible Fruits, located in *******, ********. tel# *************. I informed the representative that I wanted to place an order for my Rev. ***** *************************, who resides at *************************************************************************************, tel#************. and who was celebrating a birthday on 7/25/22. I placed an order for edible fruits to be delivered on 7/25/22, I paid $99.51.. via credit card, **** of ******** **** #****. Edible Fruits delivered the fruits, but the fruits was not what i had ordered. ************************* sent me a picture of the fruits that Edible Fruits sent as the delivery, but the delivery was not what I had ordered, they changed the order. Furthermore, ****** informed me that the fruits were old, rotten and had a stink and unhealthy order. The fruits were so stink that they could not be eaten and had to be thrown away. I was embarrassed, humiliated and very disappointed. I called the company to file a complaint. The customer representative was very nasty, obnoxious , discourteous and agitating, and informed me that since I was not satisfied with the delivery, that " I should take a plane from *******, go to where my friend resides in ******** and collect the delivery; and after I do that, then take them to the ******* office where they were delivered from." This remark was very toxic, anger provoking, insulting and unsatisfactory. I did not expect to hear such negative remarks from such a lucrative business like Edible Fruits, as these remarks do not speak or reflect a positive image of this company. Edible Fruits display beautiful pictures in their ads but what they sent out was deplorable and despicable. I am hoping that you will be able to resolve this situation, so that this incident will never happen to anyone else, because it was truly embarrassing.       Edible Arrangements not only charged me twice for my order but did not deliver it even though they sent a confirmation. I filed two complaints asking for a refund but they will not return my calls. I ordered "Happy Birthday Chocolate *************** Dipped Fruit Bundle and Chocolate Dipped Strawberries," but the ***** NUMBER - W2007014689-1 was never delivered. These complaints were also filed but NO RESPONSE (Your Case Reference Number: ******* Thank you for contacting Edible Arrangements! We wanted to confirm that we've received your comments. I spoke to an Edible Arrangements employee shortly after the order was placed and he said he called to tell them to not charge me twice. I believe his name was **** and I even spoke to his manager to tell her of his great service in acknowledging I had been charged twice and she thanked me for alerting her of his fine work. Edible Arrangements is obviously a fraudulent company only out to steal money from customers and they should not be allowed to operate.Below I have attached my order number and description of what should have been delivered. Instead they sent a picture of someone delivering chocolates in red wrappers. I, as well as the person I sent the birthday gift to are journalists. We both hope I will receive a refund so that we will not have to use our platforms to address this issue. She even posted a thank you to me on social media not knowing that which she received was not what I ordered for her. ALSO, it should be noted on the picture Edible Arrangements sent claiming my order had been delivered, they state Conference #E1418124026-2 and that is not my Order number of W2007014689-1! THIS SORT OF BEHAVIOR IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!!

      -Transition Date: 7/12/22 -Amount of money paid to the business: $107.11 -Whats the business committed to provide you: "Fruit flowers bouquet: Designers choice with vase".-What the nature of the dispute is: This transaction was never completed despite the email correspondence provided reporting that it was completed. -Whether or not the business has tried to resolve the problem: For the past week, I have been leaving voicemails and online tickets through the adequate channels provided on their website in attempts to resolve this problem. I have created multiple case tickets via their website, yet not one email or phone call has been returned. I was able to speak with someone on the phone named, *****. ***** reported that he did not have the product in store for delivery; he even placed blame on the delivery man personally. ***** promised to resolve the issue that day, however it was never resolved, and I have been unsuccessful in making further contact with this company.-Order number: W0107099662-1
