      On 11/8 I went online and made a purchase from edible arrangements which was scheduled to be delivered 11/9. I never received my delivery and each time I reached out to customer service I was given the runaround about the delivery and denied any explanation as to the whereabouts of my delivery. I was denied to speak to a supervisor and/or the corporate number as well. The call was ended with no resolution and no further info on my purchase or refund offered.

      I sent an arrrangement to my elderly aunt who is homebound. When she received the arrangement the fruit was rotten. She called me to inform me that the fruit was bad. I called the store and corporate to inform them of this issue and they asked for pictures. My aunt does not have a smart phone to send me a picture. I do not live near her to take a picture to send them. Edible arrangements did not take my word or make good for the bad fruit that they sent. They ruined a special day for my aunt and made me look bad with the fruit I sent. My credit card company would not assist me with the dispute that I filed. I want a refund for my arrangement.

      On September 16 of this year, I ordered an edible arrangement for my mother in a nursing home in ********. A copy of the order is attached. The order was delivered to the wrong address. Approximately 4 or 5 days later, the package was given back to the ***** driver who re-delivered it to the correct address which is the nursing home my mother is in but by this time the package due to heat was rotten and was thrown away. For close to two months now Ive been trying to get a refund and Edible Arrangements refuses to do anything because of the date showing it was delivered. ***** has called edible arrangement and told them it was not delivered on time but they still go bye the tracking number information which is false. I tell them this every week when I call and I get different stories and am told that I have to go to ***** its hard to believe that a multi million dollar company will not refund my $75 is this how they make their money? Please provide me with a full refund. thank you.

      Ordered on 9/8/2022, Big Day Balloon Bundle - Half Dozen with assorted bake dessert and fruits for delivery on 9/9/2022 delivery for my nephew's 6th Birthday. When the order was received, it was incomplete; they were short 3 balloons. Contacted the store immediately, but they were closed. At 5:30 pm contacted the Edible arrangement customer service and requested to speak to a Manager, because I was not getting anywhere with Rep ******** I requested to speak with a Manager who was too busy in a meeting to call me back. Although it was promised, nothing happened - no return phone call. Extremely unprofessional. Today, 9/10/2022 contacted the store because I knew I will not get back this special day for my nephew. They apologizes and said they do not know what happened. I was told by the Manager if I need the 3 balloons, I should come pick them up. Not acceptable. After back and forth a refund was issued for approx. $15 for the balloon. It was not all about the partial refund, it was the principle behind the occasion to disappoint a child. Picture your child being disappointed on his special day. It became a shouting match. It reached a point where race became an issue. Store #*** does not pay attention to detail and when you complain to customer service, nothing is done. This is not the first time. As a dissatisfied customer, I contacted customer service once again and refusing to speak to the Rep on the line who could not help me, I requested a Manager. After waiting a while, I spoke to Manager ****. He apologizes. He said he will contact the store, but could not do anything for the inconvenience, because $15 was already refunded. THIS STORE CONTINUES TO DICTATE WHAT THEY WANT AND NOT WHAT THE CUSTOMER WANTS.

      I ordered an arrangement which was not delivered on the day I paid for it to be delivered. Nobody called to tell me. I had to call the next day which nobody knew anything about the situation and was advised they would have to make another one and deliver the next day. That is two days late which I agreed to but upon the delivery it was not complete with everything I paid for. I requested they just refund me for what wasnt delivered which was a bouquet. It was never refunded. I have created a case and was told Id be contacted about the refund but never was and its been since the end of June and I have yet to hear from the business or get a refund for a product I pre paid for and didnt receive. I have emails stating I would be contacted and the only thing I got was an automated email saying a case was created. At this point I feel I should have received a full refund for not getting the arrangement delivered on time and for being the one who had to constantly reach out. It was delivered 2 days after (incomplete) and I truly believe had i not reached out to them it would have gone undelivered as they seemed completely unaware of the delivery status. *** made multiple attempts to receive a refund for a product I paid for and did not receive which I think is fair to request but nobody has reached out and no refund has been issued.

      On 8/29 I placed an order at the ***************, ** location for same day delivery. What should have been an easy order has turned into a 3 day ordeal in which no one will return my call or refund me for a delivery that was never received. Issue 1:the franchise I made the order at is closed, yet it still processed the order. When it did not show up I called the contact number to be informed that my order was routed to another franchise over 40 minutes away. They called me back at 450 pm to tell me that they would not make the same day delivery as the van broke down. I asked for a partial refund and if they could deliver to the home address.I received an email at 709 stating that they made an attempt to deliver but the recipient was home and stated no one delivered anything. I called the very next morning and spoke with ***** the manager of the ************* ** location where he told me he did not know anything about the order other than they had that they tried to deliver it. He then told me that he didn't think he could deliver it that day but would try. At 1pm I received a call from a 3rd franchise telling me that I was not going to get this order but if I paid them at their location they would get it to me. I did not do so as I have no trust in a company that has a mission statement that promotes that they want to WOW their customer but doesn't even get on the phone to communicate or address issues. Do order from them! They do not stand behind their service and their franchise owners have no idea what service recovery looks like.

      I placed an order for a cookie tray for my spouse's birthday at 9:02 when the store opened. My order went through corporate because the store didn't answer the phone. The total was *****. I received the invoice via email at 9:21 a.m. and immediately called back because the last name was completely incorrect and they attempted to contact the store with no response so they sent them a message. I called 3 more times throughout the day and have several emails confirming those calls because the order was never delivered. The last phone call I asked for a supervisor and was told bt the csr he would handle this issue and follow up with me. I cancelled the order and again attempts were made to contact the store. I was then informed, my order had been transferred to a different store that was further away and they could not be reached. I was to receive a callback at 2pm today to follow up and it did not happen. The order was apparently delivered to my spouse's work, all names still incorrect at 345 yesterday afternoon after he had left. I was forced to drive 23 miles in afterwork traffic through *********** from ******* ******** to retrieve it. I called again today and demanded to speak with a manager and now there are none available. I waited for 24 minutes on hold to get told they would schedule a callback for another time. We did not get the product as promised either correct or on time and they have not allowed me to speak with anyone to fix this matter or address it. The store had messages to contact me and never has. I am owed a refund for this fiasco. This was truly poor business ethics and I have made half a dozen attempts on my own to get this addressed. Having to drive in white knuckle traffic to pickup a ridiculous mistake was absolutely frustrating to boot. I have made every effort to resolve this matter on my own and have not yet been communicated with by the company. I have the incorrect card and names in hand now, the invoices and emails showing reference #s.

      I ordered an arrangement for my sister birthday. And the arrangement was to be delivered on 8/22/2022 the item was never delivered and I got the run around about the order. I contacted the store directly and the store has not been open. I contacted corporate and got no where I have asked for my refund since each time I called (hundreds of times) and still saying the store has to process the refund. Well the store isnt open apparently and I have no arrangement or money. I spoke with a manager ** still did not process my refund. I have to dispute with my financial institution now to get my money back. They know the items was never delivered yet they wont issue my refund.

      I ordered an Edible Arrangement online from an Edible Arrangement location in ****** **. on August 3, 2022. I Ordered a 49.99$ arrangement which totaled 59.99$ with tax and delivery. This arrangement was a thank you gift. I received a picture from the recipients on August 4th. The arrangement delivered did not look like the arrangement I ordered. A large amount of bib/kale type lettuce was used as filler. The arrangement delivered looked awful. I was embarrassed by the gift. I spent 60$ on an arrangement that looked horrendous. I wanted a lovely fruit flower thank you basket, but my friend received was a poorly put together arrangement, without consideration or thought. I placed two complaints online with the store on August 4 and August 10 reference #******* and #*******. I never heard back from the ****** store. I called customer on August 19. I explained the poor quality of the arrangement. The **** ******* called the store and spoke with the owner. The owner said that the fruit count was correct and that he would not do anything additional with my dissatisfaction of his product.

      I have called and emailed for a entire week now. They REFUSE to refund me for a scam they are trying to commit. I ordered several hours before close to get a delivery. It was accepted and then they waited until 15 min before they closed to say they refused to deliver. Which is unprofessional and pathetic on its own. I WANT MY MONEY!!! This company WILL NOT HELP OR RESPOND nor will the store. If it even exists
