      placed an order on **** for same day delivery at the Riverview store my order was never received. i called on 11th customer serviced filed an open case i was told there were issues at store order was transferred to ******* store called there promised it would go out that eve before 7pm wasnt delivered this has continued for 6 days. Yesterday spoke with manager of another store order was sent out never got delivered. 4 open cases on order they refuse to give refund the receipant has missed 4 days of work waiting to receive bday gift as they can not state a time of delivery. spoke to 2 district managers who all apologize and say we will file a case but nothing is done. was told refund is cancelled and order will go out tomorrow if she stays home from work again to receive the order no compensation only i sorry i dont know whats happening! three stores and still no delivery no refund i am furious not to mention you call the stores it goes directly to customer service not the actual store so you tell the story several times only to receive same answers

      Its unfortunate that Edible Arrangements have good fruit, but poor customer service .I contacted the Collinsville store on July 1st to have fruit delivered to someone who lost a family member. I pressed 2 to speak with a fruit expert and I explained to the person that I I had looked online at some options , however I would like some assistance in the best option . The lady at asked me if I knew what I wanted , because she didnt have a lot of time . I could not believe the lack of empathy and professionalism. She talked over me, seemed very impatient and annoyed and I did not appreciate this . Im calling a business.I went to explain how I didnt like how she was speaking to me and asked if she was the manager. She said mmm mmmm . At this time I asked for corporate number she abruptly put me on hold and came back and rattled the number off so fast . Of course I didnt get it . I called back and the phone went to a voicemail. Needless to say I called the Edwardsville store , which is also owned by the franchise owner ***** .I had to have the Edwardsville location call the store to give them my order . By the way ******** from the Edwardsville store was very professional. As a customer I felt that this level of customer service needed to be addressed . I called the Edwardsville and Collinsville store requesting for The owner to contact me to address my concern. No call from her . So I contacted the corporate office in ******* and explained my issues and concern . I was told that the owner ***** would call me . This was a joke . As of today she has not called me. Today is August 3rd.

      Their customer service is very rude. They never delivered the order and upon complaint they kept on expediting the issue for ******************************************************************************************************************* resolving the issue. As a customer I have to just keep on trying . Dont order anything from Edible Arrangements ever.

      BUYER BEWARE! I don't think this is a legitimate business. Their phone number is never answered and goes to a 'mailbox' that is always full, so you cannot leave a message. My order was not delivered, and when I tried to call to find out why, I could not get through. I went to the Edible Arrangements site to try to get more information, and found this number: ************, and surprise! It went to the same voicemail box that was full. When I googled the business at *****************. in *******, I found numerous complaints against it. I then filed a complaint with Edible Arrangements, and an email told me I could also call them to register my complaint. Guess which number they gave me to call? The 877 number listed above. I finally googled to find the national customer service number for ********************, ************. I called that at 5pm on the day my order was supposed to be delivered. This is the time the business at Ashland Ave. would have closed. The rep told me to wait until 7pm because orders could still be delivered. My email confirmation that gave me a 'track my order' number kept saying the same thing: 'Your order is being processed.' Needless to say, it is now the next day and nothing has happened. I called the national customer service number again today, and the rep told me that I had to contact the business at Ashland Avenue for a refund. I said that's not possible because they don't answer their phone, and that I want Edible to refund my money. She said they could not do that; that the refund comes from the private business. I said that I don't think the business is legitimate, so how are they going to refund my money? She said to wait another few days, and then call them back and she'd see what she could do. I finally said I don't trust Edible, and I'm going to open up a fraud claim through my credit card company. That is now in the works. I'M EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED AND FRUSTRATED WITH EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS.
