      I ordered a valentines day gift for my daughters and paid $60 for overnight delivery. They never sent it and so my girls didn't get their gifts... then they offered to redeliver it but wouldn't refund the overnight shipping that they didn't do.

      I purchased an online order for valentines delivery. Was called about 3pm on valentines stating they did not carry what I ordered online from their website and they were not fulfilling the order. They with held 125 dollars from my account for something they could not provide. That's false advertising and **** poor customer service. Too late at 3pm to order from any where else. Thanks for ruining my holiday

      I had two orders to be delivered today (Valentines day) and none of them where delivered. These orders were placed more than 2 weeks ago to be delivered one to my husbands work in ***** ** ( never delivered and the office closed at 5:30pm))and the other to my moms house in PR it is 9pm in *********** and it has not been delivered. What a terrible service and experience, so unreliable and literally affected the valentines surprise we had. I will never buy from edible arrangements again and I want my money back no one answers, terrible customer service. Orders : and Best regards

      Absolutely terrible experience. Delivered bad fruit to my wife and when I called store the lady became combative over the phone. Im putting EA on the news.

      Bought two dozen chocolate covered strawberries at *************************************************** location for my wifes birthday on Jan 5 2022 and the strawberries were bad. I couldnt get a refund ** it was passed the 24 hour refund window. I will never ever buy from them again. I never had a problem with them ** but I spent 70 plus $s on this product and cant get a refund. Crazy tho

      It is very disheartening to hear all of the bad reviews as when we owned the franchise in ************** and ********* we never had reviews like this. The business was very successful and we treated our customers with much more respect. How sad that the new owners ruined such a great business. We would love to reopen a franchise to restore the successful business it should be.

      After a shower I came out of my home to find a delivery card on my door. It was from Edible stating a delivery attempt at 3:05. It was 3:12. It stated to call the number and I did. The man struggled with the English language but I was patient. He kept asking if i called the right place? I got the number off the card left on my door. Then he said my order number was not right. Again I told him that I'm reading off the card left on my door by Edible. I gave him my name, address and phone number...nope... not in the system. The senders name, my sister. Nope...not in the system. She uses Edible a lot. (Cape Canaveral area). So he said he cannot help me till I give him a correct order number. The one left on my door by Edible delivery is not good. I contacted my sister and thanked her for the attempted birthday gift that I didn't receive. She apologized for the mess and called Edible to canceled the order. A kind gesture gone very bad. Thanks for the birthday greeting Edible.Order #****

      I ordered a very expensive arrangement for my sister's birthday on October 6, 2022. It stated it would be delivered to her home on that date.I was called and reached out to by the deliver that the address was a post office. So I apologized and called my sister right away to get the right address.The address she gave me was another store and the person says they dont deliver there. Honestly its not that far from each other.Okay I called the other store and gave them the information and apologize and said they would deliver it the next day which was on the October 7.The order was never delivered to my sister.So I call the store today to find out why and they told me the address was at the other store.Ok unbelievable they where given the correct address and they told me to call the other store to change the address because they couldn't.I then called the other store and they stated, " Oh the order was refunded" No no-one told them that. The other store was given the right address etc.The sales person states it not for me to call another store to have the address change. We are to reach out to each other.This company has caused me aggravation and not right! You want something special for someone and you charge alot and cant deliver on your product.I am upset right now.

      Edible Arrangements # **** closed still processed my money out of my account still says order received by store on 09/20. I have emailed, I have filed out the cancel order form on website. and now on the first calling the store routed to customer service and they say the managers aren't in right now call back. How is it legal to be closed and take my money like this?

      This place is horrific! I placed a $200 order for a next day delivery (a coworker lost a family member). On the day of my scheduled delivery, the business opens at 9am, and at 1:30pm the gal working calls me and says that they will not be able to deliver my order today, they will have to deliver it at some point tomorrow. When I asked why I was just now being made aware of this, and now put in a situation to have very ************** of finding a back up plan, she let's me know she was late for work so her delivery driver left for the day. This is also after she told me she was the only one working there. Either she showed up four hours late for work, which is a possibility as when I asked to speak to her manager she said she does not come in often so I will not be able to get in touch with her, or she missed my order somehow, calling me that late in advance is unacceptable. I asked if there was another store I could contact to see if they could make my order, at which point she said no and that I would not be able to find another store to that delivers to my location. After talking with Corporate, that was also a lie. I was offered $5 off for the trouble.... Avoid this poorly ran business AT ALL COSTS! Go the Edible Arrangement location that is about a mile away instead, trust me. What a nightmare.
