      I received a $100 gift card for Christmas and when I went to use it there was no security code number on the back called on Jan 13th and said a case would be filed and should receive an email in about 3-5 business days still no email and its Jan 26th and I called back and got told that I would have to submit documents to a strange email address and that the process would take yet again another 3-5 business days before anything is resolved. Like this isnt my mistake they are the ones who provided a faulty card why is all these hoops you gotta jump through just to make it right. Almost to the point of just saying it aint worth it and take the loss.

      Worst Experience Ever!!! If you purchased these cards, you can consider your money gone. This is a multimillion dollar scam. An expensive ****** learned. I will never buy one of these ************ Cards. This is all a scam as well as the company providing support for this issue. BUYER BEWARE

      If I could I would give this company 0 stars I bought a vanilla **** gift card and when I tried to use it I couldn't and when I called them to find out what was going on they said that they noticed suspicious activity on the card so they cancelled the one I bought and they said that they were going to send a replacement one through ***** and that I should get it in 3-5 business days and I never received it so I called them back and they said that they would send another replacement card again through ***** and didn't get it either and when I called them and asked for the tracking number they said that they didn't have one for either card so they got $150.00 of my money until I can figure out how to get the money back from them never again will I deal with such a horrible and worthless company like them and I don't think anyone else should either

      I received a $200 as a gift card The card inside had no cvv number and the credit card had only 12 numbers The customer ********************** is asking for the proof of purchase to investigate this further Now I had to reach out to the person who gifted me to find the receipt Now I have to jump through their hoops for their mistake . I have provided the serial number but still not sure why they are asking for proof of purchase

      Bought a $50 **** Vanilla Debit Card at *******. I tried using it everywhere I usually shop at, it was all declined. I checked their website on the status of it. It says it's activated but when I look at the attempted transactions, all of them have "ON HOLD" at the end of them. I contacted customer **********************, and they were no help whatsoever. So, I'm basically out of $50 for the time being. I hear they put a hold on them for "security reasons" but that doesn't help me when I need the money.

      I bought a gift card for $200 to pay for something online I try to use it they told me that there was a hold on it because the fact that I use the card within the hour after purchasing it never never buy one of these vanilla gift cards

      Absolutely furious! I received a $500 gift card from friends for my birthday. The beauty of my birthday being in November is that I use any birthday money I receive for holiday shopping. This card meant the world to me as it has been a rather lean year. Anyway, I used it maybe twice, small purchases and then on the next try, it was declined, At Amazon!. I tried several more times with the same order and finally got the purchase through. (Please note, they do not send any kind of notice to let you know they declined a purchase and I went about my night thinking it was all ok.) Tried to order more stuff from other places, declined again. I was maybe able to use about $80 of it before it just stopped working, including ******. Well, for me that is. When I went into check the balance, I found that someone in another state had used my card number at an Exxon station in another state! I dont even drive! So I tried their customer ********************** and couldnt get a hold of an actual person. I tried several times and even the recording hung up on me! Then I tried their ******* where they claim thats where they now take claims (really? Nothing on the site says this, I just happened to stumble on it) and tried for several days to get a hold of someone and yet no response at all. And heres another twist, and something EVERYONE should know about these ********* dont find out until you file a claim that they put a ***** hold on your account until the claim clears! So now for about 2 months, I cant use the over $400 I still have left on this card! Not to mention the fact that while you can log into your account, you cant access the card info when you use check your balance (their version of card account dashboard) because as soon as you hit enter, it claims there is a system error and wont let you go into any information about your card whatsoever. So now Im missing out on the money I needed for holiday shopping & paying off a couple of bills. Some happy holiday. **** ALERT!

      Bought a 100 vanilla **** gift card from ***** club. I went to spend it 20 minutes after purchasing it, and they declined the transaction. I called the number on back and they said that someone tried to spend the card before the activation occurred. I asked then why would you allow the activation to happen? Of course they couldn't provide me answer. So, I followed the steps they said needed to be done for the investigation. They have emailed me twice saying that they haven't received an email from me and I have sent it 5 times. This is 100% a scam. Why would you allow activation if you know a card has been comprised. Then tell me I have to wait 30 days for a response if I'm going to get a replacement. Also when I asked for the transaction history of the property that I purchased I was denied. This needs to be brought to the attention of the states where these are sold.

      Incomm, ****** and any other corporate criminal enterprises that continue to steal from their customers should be prosecuted. I've been in the same fight with Incomm(Visa Gift Cards) for over a year. I've contacted Managers in both organizations who finger point at the other refusing to accept they stole $85 dollars from my Grandkids in the form of faulty gift cards and refusing to accept responsibility. I have a taped statement from a higher up at Incomm who says both cards were bad from the jump and still after a year plus has not returned the money or the working cards. So imagine being a Grandparent of 3 fabulous grandchildren and taking them shopping with their gift cards only to be told they don't work and it'll be 4-6 weeks before an answer will come from Incomm. My ******* were crushed and I was told by Target Managers they could do nothing. I call ********....you sell a product in your stores you know is problematic - have the customer ********************** department deal with the problem Not the customer who was fooled by your organization and product. You should all be prosecuted because if an investigation comes to pass I guarantee you that someone in these companies is making money from our losses. Sad state for ***** Incomm and ****** to be blaming other companies for this criminal behavior.Feel free to contact me if you have questions or courage to face the truth of this problem. And I know that there are many other people dealing with this issue.

      I would give them zero stars if I could. I received a $200 gift card and when I tried to use it the card declined multiple times. I spoke with an agent and they informed me the card was compromised. They issued me a new card and when I went to activate and use the new card they told me that again the card was compromised and that someone else called about the same card, saying it was theirs. They informed me the best they could do is open a case for me, in which I would need to submit my drivers license (which wouldnt even be linked to the gift card), a front and back photo of the gift card and the original receipt. When I explained to them that this was a gift and the receipt would be over a year old and that they definitely had thrown it out. They explained to me there would be nothing they could do for me if I cant get the original receipt. This company is a scam and just ate over $200 of my mother in laws money. They should not be allowed to sell these gift cards. This same situation happened with my mom a week before it happened to me from a gift card she was given from her coworkers. Seems to be a constant repeat of the same behavior.
