1 starIf I could give them a zero I would!! So they will build the house take your money then you have to deal with the ***************. My list is big on what is needed to be fix. They blame everything on the pandemic. Im sure the owner of Beazer took my money and is now enjoying it. Shame on you *****************************!!!! Do the job the right way from the beginning so the owners wont have problems. You ************** have taken my joy and my families also! SHAME ON YOUR COMPANY!!!!!!Review fromVARGHESE K

I bought a home in ******, ** I feel the home construction was very bad. The home was not built as per the contract. Int he contract shows the floor tile was 33% offset but what they built was not like that. Also they didn't installed prewire in the media room. When I call for maintenance they use bad quality workers, they don't even know how to fix the issues. I should l=have given negative points for these guys.

Beazer Homes has spoken with this homeowner and have previously explained the limitations in purchasing a spec home. It has been explained to the homeowner that some items will not be to their specifications as these items were installed in the home prior to purchase. We have confirmed with the installing electrical vendor that the wiring was installed correctly and have relayed this information to the homeowner as well as confirmed that the homeowner did not have the option at purchase to ************* layout due to them purchasing a spec home.Review fromJonathan H

Buyer beware, this company is not a quality builder and is not honest in that they don't do what they say they will do. From the annual inspection there were about 6 work orders open for rectification, only two were completed, after over a year delay on the others I received an email one day saying all items had been completed, they have nt been completed to date.Try another builder thsi one is not worth it, they don't back their work up or do what they say they will.Beazer Homes Corporation

Bought new build in a 55+ community. Ongoing issues - paint all over living room flooring (was told it was a natural irregularity), tub wouldnt drain (drywall stuffed down drain). Tile cracking in both bathrooms within months after move in, master bath counter has seam that looks horrible (another acceptable irregularity per contract), found 18 slice in carpet (down to concrete) in master bedroom and more.
