      I closed almost 3 monrhs ago and I have more problems that ever imagined. Still waiting for cabinet door replace, patio sliding door fixed, grass to be replaced since its been dead since we moved due to lack of irrigation system. They just install side of y house grass after months without it and they messed up driveway, breaking concrete frame and bricks. Dents all over the house, damaged and unlevel drywalls *** windows. Tile floor was repaired 4 times, including replaced of tiles since floor was unlevel. House still dirty and muddy due to some repair. It is embarrassing to say we bought a new house because there is nothing that feels like new. The only new is a headache every day yrying to solve and they have no idea how to deal or organize with vendors.

      They would have to improve a lot just to get to bad. I reported so many problems, too many to get into. An example is my upstairs bedroom shaking vigorously when walked on, nails coming up from under the floorboards and carpet, they gave me the wrong flooring and refused to fix it, and much more. They recently tried fixing the shakiness after the 1 yr ownership ***** couldn't fix it, then wouldn't try again as they said it's past the 1 year warranty. I reported this nearly a year ago. Stay away!!

      Do you accept a new home like that? The garageconcrete floor cracked and the cabinets's color *** messed up. This house was built by the Pulte home builder and cost more than half a million in ****

      I settled on my Pulte home in July after a long delay due to not obtaining permits for were and water per their email. Its a beautiful house with a few issues that I sent in request for a month after moving in. I gave the home a 10. Not long moving in, flooding started on side of my home and they quickly added a French drain. I gave the a four star for this. The flooding at the back was not addressed. They said if the water stays more than 48 hours, then they would do something. My neighbors house was completely and flooding started between our home. The service department refused to acknowledge. No response from them. To add to the issue, they used cheap ceramic tiles on my floor instead of the porcelain tiles, ********************* I paid for. No response from this company. The flooding is not only at my house. Other houses are affected. I was not told of the flooding nor is it noted anywhere in my contract. One of my neighbors notified me that water was stagnant in my yard during building but the Community manager assured me that when they get the permit for sewer its going to fine. I had a new built **** homes without any issues. I do not have the same experience with this company.

      I bought a house from Pulte, Pulte is not honest in dealing with the new home buyers and they give false information about the home/community features they offer you when you want to buy a new home from them.

      From the outset, our expectations were consistently unmet. Promised pricing never aligned with the paperwork, even on the closing day, with issues as minor as a name misspelling. Such inaccuracies, no matter how small, ***** trust and breed frustration.Our interactions with ********************* were a nightmare. Her rudeness and disorganized approach fell far short of the professionalism expected in the home-buying process.Pulte Mortgage knew about *****'s marriage eight months before closing, but paperwork involving his spouse was ignored until the last minute. His wife had to rush from a work trip to sign documents on closing day. ******'s colleagues had informed her months in advance of this step's importance, yet it was neglected. We were never told that, even though his wife wasn't on the mortgage, her presence was required at closing.Amidst these challenges, a few individuals shone. *********************, *********************, and **** went above and beyond, mitigating issues and making the process bearable.In summary, our Pulte ******************* was marked by disorganization, inconsistency, and poor customer service. We hope ***************/********************************************* takes this feedback constructively to assess employee performance and processes. The 55+ demographic deserves the same care and consideration as any other customer, but unfortunately, this was not our experience.

      I bought a house from Pulte since 8/2020 till now is 3 years already but the one-year warranty repair has not been resolved. I have contacted ************* and also field manager both of them keeping saying contractors are not available then; the weather does not permit... Now ************* told field manager to submit the order to finish the repair but field manager has never replied. Pulte Home is the worst builder because after they got your money, they will no longer responsible for their products/quality.

      would not recommend anyone purchase a home from Pulte/centex. My husband and purchased a home in April of 2022 and have lived here for a little over a year. We have many unresolved warranty issues from the one year inspection and Pulte representative assigned has poor communication. I even got in contact with the warranty rep **** still nothing getting done,both parties are pointing the finger and playing the blame game. Both parties are to blame for my family being displaced out of our home and my husband having to miss work with out pay for a whole week, still nothing done in going in to the 2nd week recommend looking for a different builder other than Pulte/centex when looking buy a new construction home. I would post pictures. They have cheated many people out of warranty repairs. They don't care the and they just keep saying I understand, no you don't. They go home evernight. This has been stressful on my family my fur baby and myself.

      Bait and switch. Buyer beware. They dont care. Im convinced that keeping the deposits of dissatisfied buyers is a routine part of their business plan and revenue stream.

      Company not keeping commitment and time frames for scheduled Warranty Repairs.It took about 2 weeks to even have someone come look and ***** the items. We Initiated a warranty request on 7/7. I had my first repairs scheduled for today 8/7 and of the 3 scheduled repairs, only 1 even showed up. ****** has been my point of contact.The number of Warranty issues we currently have is staggering.
