      Centex Homes... After working from home 1 day a week for 4 months, the cheap vinyl flooring has come unglued. It's not covered under warranty and is considered wear and tear. It's very cheap material. They didn't even bother to put a backsplash around the master bathtub (an upgrade) and caused water damage. The lip is very short around the top of the tub. We are the ones responsible for adding something to protect the wall. The garden tub is very shallow, but wide, and sits on top of cold cement. We can't soak in it. In the winter, the bottom is cold with no layer of insulation between the cement and the tub that we paid extra for. It feels like everything was made as cheaply as possible. It's as if we all were lucky to get granite countertops. If we had to buy a house again, we would buy an older home with bigger rooms, more yard, and a home that already had fans, a garage door opener, grass in the backyard, fire alarms with batteries that work longer than a few months, electric outlets that allowed us to plug things in, carpet that wasn't showing wear after 8 months, and so many other things. You will get the bare minimum for a high price. You won't realize it until you're already living there. It's also the little things like the garage door handle that is so painful to use to lift and close. You need to buy your own since there isn't a garage door opener. There's no room to park on the street because the houses are too close together. We wish we could afford to sell the house and buy somewhere else. Zero amenities! There should be a pool. I want to mention the flooring again... it's the worst cheap flooring that I have ever seen in my life!!!!!!! The homes are overpriced.

      If I could give negative stars to Pulte, I would gladly do so. Most pathetic company and the worst customer service. We bought the home in good faith last Dec 2022 even though it was not completed as Pulte assured us they would complete everything properly. Moved in and a barrage of issues from a urine stained shower, sloppy paint job, to unfinished and badly installed carpets to cracks in a new driveway and more. The worst was an internal irrigation leak which lead to $1,500 water bill for 34 months for a family of 2 adults only living in the home without a pool. I called/emailed Pulte for help and no help. After 6 months of little to no assistance and escalating the issue to their CEO, Pulte director ************************* called and horrible customer service. From saying it is my fault to saying I was responsible for not paying attention to the timer. After the repair, no assistance was given into how to manage and set the timer and we are not subject matter experts. Requests for reimbursement was a headache and after 7 months a check was issued for $1K still leaving me in the hole for $500. My neighbors also had the same complaint. Our water bill has now normalized to $85 but had I known it would be such a nightmare we would have never bought from this company. I wrote several times for assistance from *************************** - the National customer service manager but not a single reply of assistance rather pushing is down to get help from a local branch. Buyer beware and stay away from new builds offered from Pulte. They are the worst. They take your money by talking very courteously but once they have your hard earned $, they forget that you are a customer.

      We thought Pulte/******** West is the best builder in town. Came from ********** hoping we can move to ********* bought brand new house, no stress and problem, pay bills and happy life. We made a mistake big time. Moved to ********* for good in April, 2023 not even a month we found so many issues. The worst happen was the microwave almost fell down to the stove any time. I reported to the warranty ***** got the response wait for ***** hours to reply. Texted the warranty manager (*********************) called him and said be there the following week. I told him this is urgent matter, he came May 9 to check and realized that it was an urgent, he ordered the guy to take the microwave down that day. We found out that the cabinet was poorly done, poor quality of wood they used. Unsafety and inconvenience to the homeowner. Calling and texting every week to check when the cabinet be fixed no positive response, it's hard to find the *********. Just last month they provided me the microwave countertop but I need my stove and exhauster back. Every time we used the stove to cook our house smells stinks we can't open the window because of the heat. Stressful, inconvenience, unsafety and stuck here waiting for the cabinet to get fix.PLEASE DON'T BUY PULTE HOMES!!! YOU'LL REGRET FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE. YES, DISHONEST, LIE AFTER LIE...

      Most dishonest builder. Buyer beware! Pulte does not care about their customers. their main goal is to just sell houses and move on. I have many unresolved warranty issues from the date I moved in and from settlement date inspection and my Pulte filed representative assigned is unaccountable, ignores all types of communication. Some of the items needing repair that are on my list continuously get ignored. It is almost as if they don't mention them then maybe I won't keep bringing them up and they won't have to repair them. Very sloppy work, no pride in their work. Forced to close and nothing fixed afterwards..

      Most dishonest builder. Buyer beware! I moved into my Pulte home in December. I was told driveways, sidewalks, landscaping, and sod couldn't be done until spring. It's now end of June and I still don't have landscaping and sod, which on Friday will be in violation of our contract. Pulte does not care about their customers. their main goal is to just sell houses and move on. It's obvious by the fact that homeowners just moving in already have their landscaping and sod. DON"T BUY A PULTE HOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!They should have a zero rating with the BBB.

      I would not recommend anyone purchase a home from Pulte. I purchased a home in ********** and have lived here for over a year. I have many unresolved warranty issues from the date I moved in and from my built to last one year inspection and my Pulte filed representative assigned is rude, aggressive and a poor communicator. Some of the items needing repair that are on my list continuously get ignored. It is almost as if they don't mention them then maybe I won't keep brining them up and they won't have to repair them. I have been told that a few of my warranty issues have been scheduled but no trade workers show up on the date provided. I am currently on my third day off of work for no reason and will need to take a fourth day off for the rescheduling again. When asking about why and if it can be rescheduled I am met with attitude and made to feel as if this is somehow my fault. I am forced to send photos of my repair requests for a second and sometimes third time because my field rep is unorganized. I am always met with some kind of rude excuse. Some of the trades that are sent to complete some jobs are inexperienced and careless when completing the repair. Painters splatter paint everywhere and paint the bathroom fixtures because they refuse to prep before painting. Pulte does not extensively inspect the quality of work that is being performed during the building process. It is almost impossible to get repairs completed once you move in. I would recommend looking for a different builder other than Pulte when looking to build a new home.

      Pulte is Pathetic!Poor quality, poor communication and full of unfulfilled promises.If I could do it all over, I would not use Pulte to build my home.Many of my new neighbors feel the same.Too many problems to list in the space provided.Please think carefully before you choose Pulte.If you are currently under contract with Pulte, do NOT close until all your issues have been resolved.Will be updating as work gets completed or not.

      I purchased a new home from Pulte in June 2021 at cottage grove, ** *********************** community. I am having issue with unresolved warranty since I moved in two years ago. One of the major concerns is water accumulation and improper drainage in the yard, which has persisted for the past two years. Despite submitting multiple work orders and I reached out to the Warranty manager (****). He visited my house and said this does not look right and said that There is issue with drainage and said he would send someone to get it fixed, no action has been taken. The water that drains from the neighboring and my sprinkler water or rain water seats in 4 corners of the house . This has prevented me and my children from enjoying outdoor activities. The whole two years me and my family didn't use the back yard, I have to little ones who would like to go outside and play more often , but they couldn't. Because the turf always wet and danger walking in my yard. I don't usually open my water because of this issue ; however I still have water sitting in the yard not draining out to the ground. This also caused the higher part of the lawn suffers from insufficient water, leading to the death of grass. There were many times that I slip and fall cutting my grass. The lack of resolution goes against the warranty promised by Pulte Homes during the house purchase. I am seeking a prompt resolution to these issues. This is one of many unresolved issues , I have multiple issue that I am still waiting to resolved( door air liking, basement crack, defect windows etc)

      Very sloppy work, no pride in their work. Forced to close and nothing fixed afterwards. It looks like I moved into a 10 year old house that a beginner painted and patched. Virtually no customer service, they get your money and are gone.

      Before buying I thought that I had done my due diligence. I had a building inspector inspect and report on many problems. I submitted these to the building supervisor who promised to take care of everything.On the day of closing, they were not. I had to close as I had sold my previous home the day before.When I complained, I was told I had to start a new list with the warranty department. I called them and was told that the warranty supervisor would get back to me. Now over three months later, with some initial problems remaining, more problems have cropped up.The property is improperly graded; water was is directed TOWARD my house. Water was coming into my lanai. I was told that their "warranty" allow this to happen for 48 hours! If it isn't gone by then, they would come out to inspect it. It's rainy season in *******. It rains every other day, or more!. I would have to **** through 4" of water to use my backyard for the next three months.So I brought in crews to alleviate the problem. With a paver patio and landscaping I could get out my back door. Then I was told that since I had fixed the symptoms, they didn't have to solve the causes of poor grading.Delay, delay, delay. Broken promises.This is what you can expect from Pulte.
