      I am filing a complaint on Holiday Inn/ Staybridge Suites.. I stayed there for a total of 6 days and they took ***** per day from me for incidental Charges. I have been fighting with them for almost 2 most trying to get my ******. They told me tht they do not give out receipts nor invoices for Proof of Payment. Everyone is obligated to receive a receipt or an Invoice. I am reporting them as one of the worst hotels I have stayed at. Its like the stole my money because they cannot provide any information on Payment. Please anyone tht is looking to reside at a Hotel rather its Business or Leisure DO NOT I repeat DO NOT reside at this Hotel whatever you do.

      They charged my card ***** after I had a prepaid booking of $144.00. The manager refuses to give me the money back and blaming it on *******. ******* is not responsible for you charging my card when it was prepaid booking. I need my money back.

      This hotel is a dump. It's filthy. I have had to change rooms now twice because of cockroaches. They are now in my second room. Housekeeping doesn't clean the rooms when they are supposed to and act like they are put out if you hold them to it. Even then, half the room isn't touched, and they fail to leave toilet paper and other necessities. Half of the washers in the laundry room are broken, along with all of the entrance doors, so there is only one entrance in and out of the hotel. The grounds have discarded grocery carts on it and other trash.I've tried discussing this with the manager, **** *****, and all I get is excuses with no resolution. He doesn't come to the phone. Don't even bother calling the front desk. Half the time, they aren't there; when they do, they fail to deliver messages and never know the answer. Nothing ever gets resolved. It's disgusting. I've had problems with the bill being incorrect. They lost the money my corporation sent to pay for the first two weeks. I had to go through a battle to get them to look for it and apply it to my bill. They couldn't wait to charge my card even after they told me at check-in that they received the money from my employer and my card wouldn't be charged for another week. They don't understand what it means to do what they say they will, and their ethics are horrible. I contacted *** and was told they would help me, and after not hearing anything from them, I called back and was told that nothing would be done. After seeing what I see on this site, I am not surprised. *** doesn't care about customer relations. They are not to be trusted.

      This company is a total scam. Stay away. They have hidden fees and when you try to contact customer service, it is a total mess.

      Recently stayed at the *** in ************, the couple of nights I spent were atrocious cannot understand how this company is still in business when its being ran like this. The security guard who thought it was a good idea to talk to a guest in a disrespectful manner, almost got something hes always needed, didnt feel like getting in trouble but as tough as he was acting he needed it. Hotel reeked of weed pretty sure the staff were in the back smoking some themselves, the hotels upkeep is terrible stains everywhere, dirty rooms, no cleanliness anywhere. Lady at the desk had an attitude for no reason, they also had a party going on downstairs in the lobby which was never brought to my attention when we booked into our room, was loud and obnoxious. Would never recommend an IHG hotel to my worst enemy, avoid these places at all costs sleep in your car for your own sanity.

      I had a reservation at the Holiday Inn Express in ****** az and cancelled it when the family reunion was cancelled due to illness. They charged my credit card and when I was better and could make it they wouldnt give me my standing reservation! Not a good way to do business!

      My name is ***** ******** I stayed at the hotel on the November 28th through the 30th I asked for cancellation on my second stay due to bed bugs and stink bugs we have pictures my mother-in-law got bit and her arm it was bleeding I asked to cancel my second day in the morning before I even stayed and they wouldn't do it I want a complete refund or I will be filing a lawsuit with my attorney for other damages I can be reached at.. I'm also ******* veteran a 24 years that's not the way you supposed to treat your guest

      Recently we stayed at the ********** PA location. My son left his iPad I called the day we checked out to let them know. Spoke with manager who acknowledged having said iPad. I sent a *** ex label with the understanding they would overnight to me. That was two weeks ago. Ive called and left numerous messages and have also emailed. All which have gone unanswered. If they were going to keep it they should have just said they didnt find it.

      Dont bother being a rewards member. They advertise no blackout dates on reward nights for members, however we have not been able to use our points in the last 2 years regardless of how far in advance we try and book a reservation!!! The reason we are given is that rewards nights are all booked up even though plenty of rooms are still available. That is in fact a blackout but because they term it something else they get away with it. Consumers have no rights or protection anymore. Were done being a member. There is ZERO benefit because they lie about the benefits of being a member.

      My friend and I were two people of many, affected by the abrupt closure of the Crown Plaza in ********. Not only have we not received reimbursement for the $500+ room, we received an email the next day asking how our stay was. We were never informed by the company or their affiliates that they were closed. We found out when we showed up and the doors were chained. We had a couple hours before our event to scramble and seek other accommodations. After 2+ hours of trying to call the Crown Plaza and their affiliates that day, in addition to 8 days later, the problem is still unresolved. Not being able to stay at the Crown also then required to pay a different hotel about $500, and then $75 for transportation, both of which we wouldnt have had to pay if we stay at Crown Plaza. We are incredibly frustrated and hope you look into this and pressure the company to do the right thing. Thank you. *** *****
