      I registered at Holida iNN AT **************************************************************** ON MARCH 23RD OK EVERYTHING WAS FINE FOUND ACOUPLE OF BUGS IN MY ROOM BUT DID NOT COMPLAIN IN THE MORNING i ASKE FOR EXTENSION FOR AN HOUR BECAUSE OF MY REPLACE MENT KNEE TO GET READY IT WAS GRANTED THEN BY THE **** I WAITED FOR ELEVATOR BECAUSE THERE WERE ONLY TOO AND HOTEL SEEMED FOLL GOT TO THE ****** 1214 AND YOUND LADY WHO FIRST STRARTED HOSTIED SAYS THA WILL BE AN EXTRAA 156 DOLLORS OF COURSED I GOT UPSET BUT SHE TOLD HER MANAGER HER MGR I USE PROFANINTY WHICH IS A FLAT OUT LIE. I work ***** and am amanager in customer service while looking at me she just laughs I will not give up this prusuit till my money is returned if that means BBBand chamber of commerce because i live in ************. And evn if I have to hire and attorney I am demanding my money back I will put every bad review on this hotels asossible my number

      I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during a recent phone call to Staybridge Suites in ***********, **. On 03-10-2024, I called to address a billing issue, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory.I had canceled a reservation at this location on February 28, 2024. Upon cancelation the woman on the phone assured me I was "all set" and that the reservation set to begin on March 3, 2024, had been canceled and that there were no charges. On March 9th I noticed a charge for $281 from this hotel. So, I called the hotel the next morning. I spoke with a representative named *******, and from the outset, it was evident that she was not interested in resolving my concern. Despite explaining the billing discrepancy calmly and clearly, ******* continually spoke over me and did not allow me the opportunity to fully articulate the problem.Furthermore, instead of acknowledging the issue and attempting to find a solution, ******* dismissively informed me that there was nothing she could do. This response was not only unhelpful but also demonstrated a lack of concern for customer satisfaction.As a loyal patron of IHG hotels, I expect a higher standard of customer service. It is disappointing to encounter such dismissive and unprofessional behavior, especially when attempting to resolve a billing matter.

      I stayed at the holiday inn express hotel in ** on ***************, and there was a bed bug in our room. We called everyday after leaving from our stay. They waited 3-4 days to get an exterminator out there to examine the room so of course the bed bug had moved at that time. Even with pictures and video and the bites on the skin, they are still proceeding to say that there was no evidence of bed bugs in the room. Of course there would be no bed bug activity in the room after three to four days of waiting to get an exterminator out there. Bed bugs travel from room to room! I have failed to get a refund. Customer relations keeps sending me automated messages saying that theyve reached out to the hotel and they should get back to me. They have not gotten back to me at all. Im so disappointed in this company and their commitment to making sure the customers are comfortable. I and all of my friends could have brought bed bugs back home, I could have gotten them on base, and spread them to other military members. I think its truthfully rude to say that I am lying when the proof is literally shown to them in videos and pictures. It caused us all potential health concerns and also all a huge inconvenience. I would like a refund.

      The Toilet In My Room Was Stopped The Engineer Came Up And Plunged The Toilet Still Stopped Up. After Calling The Front Desk Again I Was Told I Could Use The Restroom In The Lobby.I Checked I. About 5 Hours Ago (6:00 PM) Its Now 11:02 PM Still A Non-Working Toilet. I Didnt Want To Check Out Because Im Not Sure If My Stay Would Be Refunded. As A Manager Is The Only One That Can Approve A Refund.

      Stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in **************, I booked an ADA ***** Get to the hotel and I was given a ADA **** with a busted shower, it was literally held on with painters blue tape. I was told it was a temporary fix and they have no other *** ****s available. They have no maintenance on this property supposedly. Had to wait 4 hours for a new ***** The next **** the shower door wouldnt stay closed, the body wash was broken and the deadbolt wouldnt lock. The next morning I requested a new **** and I had to wait another 4 hours for a new ***** I was given 2 day refund in points (****** points) which I wanted to use for an upcoming stay on January 10th. The hotel and I have been going back and forth trying to get my points. I was offered it on 12/15 and the hotel and I had to contact IHG on conference call for them to finally process the points. Im still waiting on my points. **************** is a joke. I want to use my points for my stay on January 10th!!!!!

      Overcharged me..bill was supposed to be split with my friend and they charged me the full stay..won't refund and charge the secondary card..I kept asking the front desk and they said it will be refunded in two days..now the manager says she can't do nothing...ridiculous..calling corporate

      Super disappointed in IHG. I am not a world traveler and bank my points to use when ***********. I went to use my points and all of a sudden I had 0 points. I had banked over ***** points. I was told because I hadn't used them or stayed anywhere within 12 months, they expired. As a customer, I feel like I am being punished because I didn't stay at one of their approved hotels or resorts within the 12 month requirement. I think it is terrible business to limit people who have spent money to earn those points and then have them taken away because I didn't need to stay somewhere through IHG within their 12 month requirement. I spoke with 4 different reps, 2 of which were supervisors, and all they could do was offer and apology. I will from here on out make it a point to not stay at and IHG hotel or resort. I shouldn't have to jump through hoops to keep or incur points that I earned. Poor business in my opinion.

      Stayed at this hotel for 4 nights with my family. Housekeepers did not clean our room until the 3rd night. The first day we noticed the room had not been touched we contacted the lobby and were informed that housekeeping was still working. We left and came back around 7 and the room still hadnt been touched. The second day the room was not touched a nonchalant evening manager didnt apologize and in a very dry affect offer to clean our room at almost 8pm and we have our sleeping 11 month old. That was not an option. The next day I spoke with the day time manager when I had to go get towels for my family. He did apologize and guaranteed the room would be cleaned. He informed me that he would find out why it had not been cleaned and give us a call when its resolved. Luckily the room was clean when we returned but we never received that call. The last day of our trip my husband was folding our family tent and a male employee informed him that it was okay. Another employee, female, came over to my husband and demanded that he stopped or he had to leave the property. Oh and let me not forget all the protesting. We were certainly hoping for a better experience but it seemed as if we were just a number and our experience did not matter.

      After traveling from *********, ** to Worcester, MA and after repeated confirmations of my hotel reservation, my hotel reservation was not honored and the hotel was sold out. I was left homeless for one night because of the hotel's negligence and the abusive behavior of the front office staff. I was forced to take a 12 hour bus ride home because the hotel didn't honor my reservation and I didn't have a place to stay. The Holiday Inn Express, now called the Hotel Worcester, was a sham. I spent money on a flight to ******, a train ticket to and from Worcester, a Worcester Railers ticket and a bus ticket home. In short, I spent almost $1,000 on my trip and it was all wasted because my hotel reservation was not honored, even though I was sent an email confirmation from the Hotel Worcester three days before my trip. Under no circumstances should anyone stay at this hotel.

      We left our jacket at Staybridge, 119 ******, ******* on 9/24/23 Hotel rep said they will ship it. Did not get it till 10/2/23 so told to file a complaint. Did it # ********. Was ready to pay for shipping. Talked to hotel staff 5 times. Ultimately I told the manager to donate/discard the red women jacket.I have stayed in IHG 4 times in last 6 weeks as it's member spending about $2000.00 What is the value of my membership? Why such poor service?I plan to cancel my membership and choose some other hotel where there is better customer service.
