      They just tried to call me and tried to manipulate me into a new contract mentioning they were working with Frontier (my current phone company). Be careful of this company, they try to deceive you.

      Lingo is not affiliated with Frontier, so we apologize if you were led to believe otherwise. Lingo is a very reputable company that has been in business for many years, so we are sorry that you felt misled.

      We have reviewed the account and see this account has been with ** since 2018. We have had no complaints regarding the service, so we are unclear as to what the issue may be. The customer contacted ** on 5/16/23 (yesterday) regarding porting the service out and was advised that he would need to contact the winning carrier as we are not able to port a line out. We can only release the line once an order is received from another carrier. We apologize for any inconvenience, but again we have had no reports of any issues regarding the service.

      I am waiting for my refund of $48.82 since i disconnected my service in November 2022. I called in January 2023. Ticket #******. Spoke with several representatives since then and they're All singing the same tune...."it takes several weeks to process". Today i spoke with a lady who said her name is *******. Before her i spoke with ***********, *****, ******* (who told me the amount of my refund) However, when your bill is due they expect their money. I am hoping that someone would be find enough to follow-up and see this process through and send me my refund....the six weeks processing time has expired, don't you think?Please contact me woth an update.

      We have reviewed and did show this customer was due a refund of $48.82. The refund was processed this morning back to the credit card on file. Please allow ***** hours for the refunded amount to process into your account. We apologize for the timeframe and inconvenience.

      We were promised a big savings if we left ******** Well they didnt explain we would be charged a$200 fee for leaving ******* and then we assumed everything was switching over ( phone and WiFi ). It was only phone, although they do offer a bundle to save money. We were never offered that choice. So what we are saving a month is $8.00 but lost $200. I feel they were very misleading. Now its not worth the hassle to switch back. Do not fall for it.

      We have reviewed and see this customer's service was disconnected for non-payment. A notice was sent with a "pay by" date. The customer's payment was not received until well after that date. The account was prorated back to the date of closure which resulted in a credit balance once the payment was received. We have requested a refund of the overpayment. We apologize that we were not able to resolve the issues prior to the account being disconnected.

      Lingo is the worst company I ever dealt with. I own **************! Im without service and there telling 48 hours to fix it. Im going too lose a lot of business and they seem to care! Would not recommend them to my worst enemy!!

      We have reviewed the account and see this customer reported an issue on the afternoon of 3/27/23. We do have a technician scheduled to go out today 3/29/23. We apologize that we were not able to have someone out sooner. We do request the earliest possible date/time when the request is submitted.

      We cancelled our service 8/2/22, ticket ******, told 3-5 days to cancel. 8/15 line still active, 8/16 disconnected. Billed 8/1 (7/11-8/10) & 8/31 (8/11-9/10), since it took 14 days to disconnect we should have been given credit for the 8/31 billing & a partial on 8/1 billing if they had done their job in the 5 days. 9/23 told a refund of ***** by check in 4 wks., ticket A12583. 12/22 told ETA Feb. 2023 for refund. 12/23 ******* sent updated infomation to Accts. Pybl for approval & 2 wks. for check to be sent. Called 1/17, 30, 2/3, 8, 13, 3/15/23 - told they would call back w/update - didn't happen. Here it is 3/2023 & no refund & no support from your company. We can't believe a company wouldn't be working to improve customer service after all the negative remarks. If a person made a late pymt., it would be added on their next bill; however, you can't give a refund in a reasonable time. I would have give you no stars but it wouldn't let me. We had a store account and the same horrible service happened in 2021 when we discontinued service. No improvement in customer service.

      I love, love, love this fast-paced word game show. I find myself guessing each word right along with the contestants! And, ****** is a fascinating and knowledgeable host.perfect for a program like this!! I definitely hope Lingo is renewed for at least one more season. I love Rus comments and humor.***** **** ******************

      I cancelled this account in Oct 2022.Now, five months later we recieve a bill again. I called twice to customer service, first time the man hung up on me -the srcond time the lady refused to help and then started speaking in a different language. Very, very poor customer service...run from this company!!!!!

      We did review the account and show the customer did request cancellation in October. The account was canceled, and the final invoice was sent 11/21/22. We did not receive payment for the invoice, so the same invoice charges were sent again. At this time, we do show we have received payment for the final invoice and there will be no further correspondence.

      This is not entirely true. This payment was made through a credit card...if they would have billed ** in Nov, it would have showed up credit card read-out and the payment would have been automatically paid.

      This is one incredibly dishonest company ! They claimed to be **** when they called the first time. Our company phone lines were moved to them without permission. It was a disaster to get them moved back to ***** Now we are turning them over to a lawyer as they started billing us for a contract that never existed in the first place. I hope this helps in your decision to work with them.

      We have reviewed and see you were a customer with ********************** for a brief period. We do show that the service was verbally agreed to on a recorded call and a contract was emailed to the same email address that appears on this complaint. That contract was signed and returned to us to continue with the order process. The signed contract does indicate that you are agreeing to service with Lingo. We are a reseller of services through **** however Lingo is an independent carrier. We apologize if you were not aware of the changes you were agreeing to when we sent out the contract.
