      Lingo just called our company to say we were entitled to discounts on our current phone service.So I asked them to send email verifying that our current provider is using Lingo as an agent for these so called discounts. Well after stammering for a while he couldn't provide them unless I was the person who handled the account. . I mean if you cant provide an email verification that Lingo is working with ******* and will provide discounts...then....GET IN IN WRITING PEOPLE!!!

      Thank you for your comment. Lingo is not affiliated with ******** however we are an independent and very reputable company. Since we do have to work with the authorized party at the location, we would not send out documentation if we could not confirm who we were speaking with. We will be happy to send written documentation of the plans being offered if you would confirm being the authorized decision maker and would like to receive the information.

      I was overcharged .I closed the account due to moving into asst. living so far I am still waiting for refund it has been 4 1/2 months now they tell me a request for refund was never asked for ,it was asked for when I closed the account. I am being told now it will be up another 120 days before refund is returned. DO NOT USE LINGO COMMUNICATIONS A RATING OF 1 IS BEING NICE SHOULD BE MINUS 5

      We have reviewed and do show this customer has a credit balance with a refund due. It generally takes 1-2 billing cycles for a refund to processs. We have contacted the customer directly to confirm the address that where a refund should be sent and the customer will let us know once that address is confirmed. We will process his refund request at that time.

      Worst company in the world. Phone not working, losing business, customers cannot contact our store. was told it will take a week to flip a switch. WOW! Worst decision I had ever made was switching to LINGO

      We do show this customer contacted us on 1/31/23 to report issues with their service. We do have an order in to restore the service, however due to the inclement weather and winter storms in his area we are experiencing delays. We do currently have a commit date of 2/07/23. We have requested an escalation but cannot guarantee that will happen due to the closure of the offices in that area and limited resources to work orders.

      Just received multiple calls claiming to be from ******* Land Line. Eventually admitted to not being *******, but a "wholesaler" named Lingo. As soon as they were asked about specifics, they hung up. Who would enter into a legitimate business relationship that started with a Lie.

      I owe **** a big apology. I often referred to them as the worst company in ******* but I was wrong. Lingo is the worst company in *******. For months I was charged for a fax line that was added to my service without my authorization. I called numerous times to try and get this straightened out without success. During this time I would receive a phone call from Lingo about once a week with a recorded message indicating there was an issue with my account and to stay on the line if I wanted to speak with a representative but then the line would go dead; every time. I cancelled my business phone line and asked for a confirmation that my account was closed with a zero balance due and what they emailed me had my account number but a business name that I had never heard of. My experiences with this company are like something out of a Saturday Night Live skit.

      I am leaving this review in HOPES that anyone from Lingo will reach out to me regarding an account that was setup in error for my elderly friend of whom is 80 years old. This account setup was a MISTAKE and needs to be cancelled!! I have called multiple times and have spoken to several different reps at Lingo and with no resolution. The last call I made was Jan 19th 2023 to request the cancellation to this account once again and was told that I need to contact **** to request a code number for ********************** to cancel this service. **** have no record of Lingo taking over my friends phone number. With this, I called back to Lingo requesting any documentation between **** and Lingo and was told that they do not keep records of those transactions, only emails. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! This is a big disappointment! I'm beyond frustrated with this company.My friend is 80 years and cannot pay this bill. Please cancel this service for her! Please! **** this account was setup on 11/19/2022 if it helps find her in **** **.

      Tried to get the lifeline credit added on my father in laws bill and can't get anyone on the phone that is English and no one knows anything about these plans. These are federal plans and it is fraud not to put them on their accounts. I will be contacting Lifeline and a lawyer to get this settled. 0 out 10 service!!!!

      Lingo contacted our business letting us know they would be taking over **** billing and that we would need to get our accounts set up with them. It was time for our contract to be renewed with **** and they knew this information so therefore it made it sound believable. We switched only for us to not have service on 2 out of 3 of our lines within weeks of switching. We ended up getting ahold of **** and learning they took over our account under false pretenses. After almost 3 months of struggling with our lines, mind you this is a place of business, we finaly got switched back over to ****. Lingo did take the months we did not have service off of our bill but we are still liable for paying to get out of contract with them. Horrible experience and very sad that you have to be on guard with everyone calling not knowing how honest they are being.

      We do apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced. Lingo is a separate company and is not affiliated with ***** We do show your service was set up with Lingo in May 2022. We do not show that anyone ever contacted us to advise of any technical issues with the service so that we could resolve the issue. We were notified in October that the customer had left our service and the account was canceled at that time. The customer was paying their invoices with ********************** until October. We will waive the *** as a courtesy. We again apologize for any inconvenience, but we do show the customer used the service for several months prior to requesting cancellation.

      Charged my credit card for service when I was no longer with their service! called customer service and I was told they could not refund due to a charge error and that I needed to contact the bank.

      We have reviewed and do see the customer's account has been closed. The billing has not updated in the system yet regarding the cancellation which is why the account does not currently reflect a credit balance. The new invoice will generate on 1/11/23 at which time the account will backdate to 12/09/22. Once the credit balance is reflected, we will request a refund back to the customer's credit card. We will contact the customer by phone when the refund is issued which should be no later than 1/14/23.We apologize for the inconvenience.

      Lingo severely disrupted our retail business in May of 2022 when all income and outgoing calls were intercepted with recording about Lingos legal problems. We were forced to immediately change service to **** to continue operating . We pay our bill in advance so a refund is due from Lingo. 9/29/22 they promised in four weeks...nothing! Now 1/03/23 they promise in two weeks and when I ask to speak with supervisor for explanation of the delay they hang up on me. The phone Representative **** said no one wants to talk to me about this. WE WERE A CUSTOMER FOR 10 Years!!

      We have reviewed and do show the customer is still awaiting refund of his overpayment. A supervisor did reach out and speak with the customer yesterday. The refund request is being escalated and should process the week of 1/12/23. The customer will need to allow 5-7 business days to receive the refund. We will follow up to ensure that the refund is issued and will contact the customer by phone once it has been issued. We apologize for the timeframe in reaching a resolution.
