      Lingo gets a big fat 0, went to call 911 on my buisness phone, would not go through....I get a bill for the last year for 911, they had forgot to bill me, $28.00 THEIR MISTAKE! I'm not paying for that. If I forgot to pay my bill for the last year they would be all over my ass!!! Canceled there service Oct 14, **************************** have called numerous times, then want to charge me a $200.00 disconnect fee, WTH I will never suggest Lingo to anyone, speaking to a lingo customer service they can't speak English and no help at all.

      This company has left all local elderly residents without service. Calling them and switching contracts and now leave them all disconnected telling them they've been sold out! Been without phones for days! Should be absolutely ashamed! When money becomes more powerful than compassion for others, you need to reevaluate your life!

      On 7/18 service was cancelled and ported over to Spectrum. Agent, I spoke with assured us the phone was disconnected. Received another bill showing not cancelled. I called back in and they again assured service will be cancelled on 8/8/22 but could be up to 3 months before it would officially be cancelled. On 9/22/22, I again called in and was told our pending reimbursement of cancelled time was coming. I again called on 9/26/22 to get an update. I was then told it continues to be pending and it would be 120 business days before we received the reimbursement. Again, called today on 10/24/22 and was told the same thing. You have to wait for the 120 days. On 11/4/22 I spoke with **** who assured the check would be sent within **** business days and to call a different number if the check didnt arrive. The number given ended up being with Lingo/ Bullseye. The new call center does not have access to previous records and basically said oh well and we cant help you. Marys number is stil active but no return calls. Several email exchanges with social media support and reps calling our house. No one can still provide answers.

      This is a direct comment to lingo the company itself where do I begin , **************** is zero , speaking with a half wit Pakistani is a joke just like *********** service . Shouldve s*** canned you a long time ago trying to pad your last bill on the way out is just sad one last s**** over for your customer Says a lot about your company shady tactics of scamming people out of their money Ive never seen a phone bill with so many new charges on the way out disgusting. ??

      This is a fraudulent business. They impersonate ATT and ask to speak to accounts payable. Once accounts payable is on the phone they say they are calling with good news and discounts on lowering the bill. When asked why ATT would reach out to lower pricing after only a month of service they say that they are in a meeting and must go.

      This company is PATHETIC!!! My disabled parents have been without a phone for over a month now. They have major health issues and need to receive calls from their doctors and cant because the service SUCKS!!! I have called the company several times and keep getting the runaround and then they still want to charge my parents for service and even disconnect their phone thats not even working. SERIOUSLY!!!!

      This company is a scam. They switched over several lines (including one I had cancelled from **** over a month before) without any sort of permission. We had to reinstate with **** who was nice enough to not charge us any related fees. I told Lingo I was not going to pay the bill. They have since sent me several with late fees and disconnection notices and a disconnection fee of $2,276.30! They switched lines over without any sort of authorization. Tried calling once again but they are closed even during their open business hours. Would leave zero stars but had to pick one

      I cancelled my service in June 2021. They promised a refund within 120 business days. The following March 2022, they said I had to request a refund! I entered ticket ******. Here it is November 2022 and no refund. Stay away from this DISHONEST compant unless you just have money to throw away.

      I think the Lingo Communications Company should be stopped. They gave me a temporary number that I was not aware of or didn't think I needed. I was charged for services that I don't think I should have to pay. I was unware of this temporary number until I got the bill. I was charged $160.00 from April of 2022 to July of 2022, August 2022 I was charged $8.49, September 2022 $48.46, October of 2022 ****** for which I was told was a back log from July to October. I pay my bills on time and have been paying this bill on time from the time I got the original service which was another company in which I have forgotten the name, it's been so long. I called the company in October when I got the outlandish bill, I was disconnected 3 times before I was able to talk to a representative. I was given a ticket number (#****** ) and told I would be contacted by someone from the company, I gave a number that I could be reached and did not hear from anyone. I was told once I recalled the company that they tried to contact me but I haven't heard from anyone. I probably wouldn't have heard from anyone if I hadn't called.

      We have reviewed and due to issues beyond our control the customers service was brought down. Our only option to rectify the situation was to have the customer's normal line forward to a temporary number so that service would work. The customer was not charged their normal monthly recurring charge during the time that she is currently seeing back billed charges. Those charges are for the time that we did not bill her full MRC. This is a one-time occurrence. It does show the charges under her temporary line, but that is simply the line her calls are being routed through until we are able to complete the process. There are no charges listed on the legacy line. We are in the process of completing the order so that the temporary line can be removed. We apologize for the inconvenience, but the charges are valid. They are listed under the different number right now because the calls are being forwarded through that number to make the service work. The customer is still using the service as they always have and is not affected by the fact that the calls are forwarded through the temporary line for now.

      I had Birch Communications which was bought by Lingo in 2019. I called to cancel service and was told that I had a contract with them and had to pay an early termination fee. I've NEVER signed or authorized a contract with them. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told "no one is available".
