    Due to financial stress, I reached out to Simple Fast Loans (also known as ****** **** Services) that I was unable to make my June 26th, 2024 payment and asked if I could double my amount due on my next payment date or if there could be ***** given in this situation. The representative, ****** F, immediately setup that I would pay double on July 12th to bring my account back to good standing (around $300 to be paid). A few days later, I received several emails from ******************************* stating that my account was in collections. I kept telling him that I already had a payment arrangement made and to remove this collection. On July 12th, they withdrew the double money set up and my account it now in good standing. However, today July 17th, I received a certified mail dated on July 7th that they reported my account to the credit bureaus. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed at how Simple Fast Loans treated me after I properly communicated and asked for any options. I always made my payments on time and the one time I needed assistance, they treat me like this and then LIE to the credit bureaus knowing full well my account is in good standing now.

    I borrowed a loan back on 11/10/23 for the amount of $600. I have been paying every two weeks and paid the amount of $1,186 towards the loan. Paid almost more than half the loan amount already. Can I please get my loan closed as I feel I have paid more than enough to the loan borrower.

    Simple Fast loans is calling me 6/4/24 saying I took out a loan back in 2020, but never made a payment. I have never had a loan with simple fast loans, never heard of it till the day they called. This loan had to be issued to someone else using my name. When I told the lady I had never even heard of Simple fast loans she was still like so do you plan on paying this today? It is been 4 years since apparently this loan was taking out and they are just now trying to contact me.

                ************** appears to allege she received a call seeking collection on a loan with the Company.  She claims she advised she did not take out the loan.  *********** takes complaints of a fraudulent loan seriously.  Please note,however, that the Company cannot investigate without first obtaining various pieces of information and documents from the consumer initiating the complaint, which the consumer is asked to provide at the time the complaint first comes to our attention. Submission by the consumer of that information and documentation is a crucial first step and includes completing a ************************ affidavit and a police report.  We have no record of receiving such documentation from ************** at this juncture.  If we have a record of a loan in ************** name, we will contact her again to obtain the necessary information.

    I had taken an loan out with Simple Fast loan in august of 2022, I had made the payments of around 200$ each month until January 2023. I then had my account sent to their collection department because I was having trouble with making the payments. Simple Fast Loans then gave me the number to e solve my loan which is their area for collections. When I called them, they gave me the options to pay 70 dollars a month until the 1000$ was paid off. I started paying the 70$ off each month starting February 2023 all up to October 2023. In November of 2023, I had my debit card hacked and so I called e solve my loan to give them another card number because I did not want my payment plan to be void. On November 2, 2023 I spoke to a customer service rep named ******** who told me that I needed to make a payment because the old card was rejected. I told her I can pay 100 today, which I did. After confirming that my payment went through she told me that my ending balance was ******. Also, she told me it would be noted on my file that this amount is what I owe to have my loan complete. However, I had recently found this year 2024 that simple fast loans is trying to have a collection agency get me to pay over 2500$. I then called simple fast loans to dispute this and was told that there was nothing they can do because my loan was sold.

    This company issued a loan in my name to someone in *******. They keep calling and sending text messages to get a loan I never applied for or received any money for. The lady is rude when I call and tells me I don't have an account with them and refuses to let me speak to the fraud department.

    I made contact with this company to opt out from being on their mailing list. There was a recorded message that wanted me to give my Social Security number so the company would know who was making this request.     On September 11 I reached out to get my account current on **********************. I have had this loan since January 23 previously I had a loan with them that was paid off. This current loan that I have on April 6 I had asked to turn off the automated payments because I was going through a hardship on September 11. I contacted Simple Fast Loans to come up with a payment plan. The company wouldnt work with me. They just told me to keep making payments with my debit card. And they dont do payment plans or payment arrangements so on September 20 ***************************, the manager of a simple fast loans he received a complaint off of Better Business Bureau. I was at work when he called around 5 PM. I got off at 7 PM, 7:30 PM. I had told them that day that I would contact Thursday and Friday but since I figured I have been paying manually, I just started paying with my debit card to ring the account current. I have been making the efforts to make the account current by making the partial payments so today at September 27 I received an email voicemail from ***************************, saying that he needs to get me on a plan and if I dont get on a plan then the account will be sent to collections or to a third-party agency and in the voicemail he mentioned that he had made attempts to contact but the only time I had communicated with him was on September 20 I didnt receive any other calls emails or any letters from him. After that last communication you know I feel like this is a tactic a scare tactic you know they should see that I have been making partial payments. I shouldnt have to be threatened to get sent to collections when I have been trying my hardest to get the account Current. I am very disappointed with how this is handled.

    I took out a loan from simple fast loan in January. I was able to make a payment starting February 8th the first payment $108.06 the next three payments were $***** on March 2nd I made another payment on March 9th of $***** and March 9th I made a payment of $ *****. In April I had an hardship which put me in a bind. I was able to make partial payments. I called today to see if I can get back on track or set up a payment plan to avoid going to collections. I spoke to three different agents I was told there was nothing they can do and to make payments and the agent suggested monthly I spoke to another agent and told me that my account was 158 days past due. And it is at risk of being transferred to collections. I called and spoke to an agent over the phone and she told me that my account is 158 past due and it is at risk of going to collections. I called to get back on back on track. And I felt like I was given a hard time. Other loans I have had in the past have helped me with payment arrangements or options to close the account. I am very unhappy I have had a loan in the past and I had no issues.

    Simple Fast Loans (the Company)is in receipt of a complaint from your office regarding the above-referenced matter.  Please note that the customer originated her loan through CC Connect, a ******** of ********************** (CCBank), the lender with respect to her loan obligations.  Please note that CCBank is a **** state-chartered bank with the **** as its primary federal banking regulator.  Consequently, CCBank is governed by both federal banking laws and the laws of the *************.  *********** is an authorized servicer for CCBanks CC Connect Loans.

    As you are aware, privacy regulations prohibit the Company from disclosing confidential consumer information to third-parties without a specific, written authorization. In the event that you have a signed authorization from the consumer who filed this complaint, please forward a copy to the address listed above. 

    In addition, please note that CC Connect generally cannot accommodate the type of resolution requested in this complaint, because the CC Connect loans serviced by the Company do not qualify for early renegotiation or modification.   However, as disclosed in the loan agreement, CC Connect does not charge a pre-payment penalty on its consumer loans.   As a result, any consumer is, and always has been,able to pay off his or her loan at any time without any additional fees. Consumers who want to save money are encouraged to pay early, pay often, and pay more than the minimum amount due.

    Notwithstanding the foregoing, it is the Companys usual practice to reach out to the consumer at issue in an effort to resolve BBB concerns.  Accordingly, this matter will be forwarded to the appropriate Company representative for review and resolution in accordance with CC Connects policies, guidelines, or instructions.
