      My date of service was 5/9/22. I paid my first **** from the hospital. I received a second **** through a medical billing group- PaymentsMD. The hospital has no record of the second **** because it is billed directly through the **** PaymentsMD will not allow me to dispute this charge through them. I have yet to receive a **** in the mail and I did not receive the itemized statement they claimed they would send. The billing code on my second **** is the same as my first. PaymentsMD also will not tell me at what point my **** will be sent to collections. After multiple attempts to reach out to the *** directly, the numbers listed are either inaccurate or I do not receive a call back on.I believe this **** is an error and have not received any documentation for what specific services I am being charged for. I am filing a complaint against both The ********** Group *** and Payments MD. I am requesting that this **** be removed from my record and not go against my credit.

Please be informed,that the charges in question relate to the medical evaluation and management services performed by the medical staff, during your visit to the ******************** at **************************.  As a result, the charge is substantiated by the treatment you received and is dependent on the diagnosis,procedure, and level of care.  There is no breakdown of charges we may provide, as it is a flat fee-for-service rate; however, if you have not already done so, you may request a copy of your medical records from the facility by accessing the following link https://www.wellstar.org/for-patients/request-medical-records or contact ************** for assistance.

      According to our billing methods, balance notifications were sent in form of emails to ********************,text messages to ************** and paper statements mailed to ************************************** 30180.
