I placed an order with King Crab ATL on August 17, 2023 for 12 bottles of butter sauce for a total of $192.60 (Order #****). The estimated delivery was Monday, August 28 - Thursday, August 31. I made a order for buy one get one free seafood eggrolls and a bottle of sauce on July 21, 2023 with confirmation order #**** in the amount of $50.99. I received shipment confirmation number via email, ****************************** by way of ***** The estimated delivery date was Aug 2 - Aug 7, 2023. After the 8/7, I started checking the status of shipment via tracking number and the items never shipped with no updates. I made countless attempts to contact King Crab ATL for updates with no response. I emailed on 8/31/23 and 9/10/23. I direct messaged the company on Instagram on 10/1/23. I also called and texted on 10/3, 10/14, 10/15, 10/18 and 10/27, all went unanswered. I seen posts on Instagram made by the company that they were backup on orders and was working on them at the beginning of October but I never received my items and no updates. I also see that my tracking number has since been deleted. I would like my full refund.Initial Complaint

I placed an order with this business on July 23rd with grantees shipping by August 8th and it is now October 9th 3 months later and I have yet to receive anything nor a refund. I believe this business is scamming people out of their money with online orders just to fund their store front business and they have intention of fulfilling these orders and they are currently still taking online orders and have several people that have filed complaints for orders they have been waiting on for months. I would just like a refund and for these people to not be able to scam anyone else online.Initial Complaint

On August ******* I placed any order totaling $121.88 to date I have not received my order. I have reached out to the company twice via email, once with Sezzle and now here. I ordered a case of self love seafood egg rolls from their website 3 weeks ago. I was provided a tentative delivery date. Once the date came and went with no shipment notification I reached out via email twice, with no response. I have commented on several of their Instagram posts inquiring about the status of my order. Still no reply. They either delete comments stating people havent received their orders or shut commenting off on the post entirely. I have been trying to get in contact with someone about my order and I've commented on ********* post email etc and no response until another person commented on my comment asking if I received them. At this point it's been weeks that I've been waiting and now they printed a pre shipping label on Monday when that was my scheduled delivery date. And it's been just sitting there since I am not willing to take the chance of receiving spoiled seafood egg rolls. I've tried to reach out several times to make sure I am not overreacting but at this point I'm just trying to get my money back they can keep their food. This is very unprofessional in their part.
