1 starI downloaded their app to try and have some fun and thankfully I wasnt dumb enough to put more than $100 in. They had a promo saying theyd match it up to $100 if you deposit money. I used all $200, won $125 back so net $125 but profited $25 in total. Fair enough, I try and withdraw the said amount to my bank account and they never do it. The app shows I have a $0 balance for a transaction that never went through. They claim a company called ******* handles their withdrawals. I received two emails days after trying to withdraw stating there was an issue via email from *******. I submit my bank routing/account info so they can deposit it, simple stuff. They send me the exact same email a few days later. I never heard from them again. I used the in-app customer support and they basically tell me that they cant do anything for me and that I have to wait for the 3rd party to contact me. Through text it is apparent PrizePicks hires people from outside the U.S. to run their customer support since they cant even form complete sentences correctly.DO NOT DEPOSIT YOUR MONEY, you may win on paper but you will never see it in your bank account. You will lose your deposit and your winnings, just like the scam company it is. This post is worth my $100 and I hope the SEC destroys your enterprise since they are based in *******.Review fromElroy B

1 starThis company is an ******** based one that cheats, scams, and steals from their customers. I know they are advertising like crazy but please do not get involved with them. Someone needs to get Georgia to open an investigation into them and shut them down. You will have a better chance of ethical business practices by gambling threw off shore companies.Review fromJeff W

1 starSigned up on a Saturday. Enjoyed the app Saturday and Sunday. Doubled my initial investment. Locked out on Monday. Could not reset my password. **************** wanted a picture of the front and back of my ** DL and a selfie of me holding it. This may be a new online business practice but I dont trust it. I chose to chalk my $50 investment to a loss. Zero help in my opinion.Review fromDonovan M

1 star************ is entrapping my money. I have 100 dollars in PLAYED THROUGH money on my account. It is winnings, which makes the 100 dollars withdraw eligible. I decided to add another ****** onto my account. Well 2 days after I deposited the ****** I played a few games something came up and i figured I would withdraw the ****** that I won. NOPE! ************ said because i added ****** onto my account, I NOW NEED TO PLAY THROUGH THE MONEY I ALREADY WON! Normally, companies will have your account split up between "Balance and withdraw eligible" ************ is committing theft and its down right disgusting. NO WAY I need to play through money i already played through just because i added more money.Review fromArthur D

1 starI must express my profound disappointment and frustration with my recent experience using the Prize picks platform. I never imagined that I would feel compelled to write such a negative review, but my encounters with their customer support and overall experience have left me no choice.Firstly, I want to highlight the fact that I initially decided to delete my account due to severe malfunctions within their app. It was an extremely frustrating ordeal, as I reached out to their customer support team for assistance, but received little to no help in return. The app's issues made it virtually impossible for me to enjoy the platform as intended, and it became increasingly clear that my concerns were falling on deaf ears. After reluctantly deleting my account, I attempted to reopen a new account. To my dismay, I was informed that despite the issues being caused by their platform, their policy was inflexible and did not allow for any exceptions. This lack of consideration for customer concerns left me astounded and deeply dissatisfied. But the culmination of my negative encounter with Prize Picks was the complete disregard for my deposit request, which I had submitted two weeks prior to deleting my account. Despite my repeated attempts to get a clear answer regarding the status of my deposit, their customer support team refused to provide any meaningful assistance or even acknowledge my issue.I must also mention the unhelpful and dismissive attitude of their live chat support representatives, ******* and team lead ***********. They not only failed to address my concerns but were remarkably short and unwilling to listen to the details of my situation. It is disheartening to encounter such a lack of empathy and customer-oriented service from a company.Review fromTaylor C

1 starPrize Picks have false and predatory advertisement. I have been a victim of multiple situations where I use protected play on Flex Friday but end up losing money. I do a $20 6 flex pick and hit 4/6 winning $8 but then Prize Picks doesnt reimburse the remaining $12. How does that make sense? Customer support said I had to go 0/6. They also sent me an image that clearly states that any net losses would be reimbursed up to $20. Its protected play and yet I lose $12 for hitting 4/6. Complete theft.Review fromMeghan S

PrizePicks is a TERRIBLE company! Please stay far far away. This company needs to be investigated. I hate the fact that I even trusted them with my credit card information. Without warning or reason they deactivated my account. The customer service was incredibly unprofessional.SidePrize, LLC

Hello ****** -
In some cases, PrizePicks may review an account as a result of various transactional instances that are inconsistent with normal play. In this case, a card associated with your account was used on another account. As a result, the account was placed in review and in good faith, PrizePicks is requesting a copy of your ID and and a self holding that same ID to verify your identity for the protection and integrity of your account. This also includes the card that was used and was denied.
This same information would be requested from the other account that attempted to use this method on multiple occasions. Per our full rules, PrizePicks will not accept any deposits in which the card is connected to another account. Deposits associated with another account will be rejected and your bank will allocate these funds to your bank account once deemed unclaimed.
In this instance, PrizePicks may consider this an attempt to multi-account which is against our terms of service.
At this time, the investigation is still valid and open pending the submitted documentation as mentioned in the chat. There is no wrong doing by PrizePicks as our request is in compliance with our terms of service. The account that used the card associated with your account (***) is also registered to the same last name and address as your personal account.
To continue review of our account, ********************** will require the requested details as we remain in compliance with our full rules and terms of service.
Thank youReview fromErin W

1 starBEWARE! I have never heard of this company or any of it's subsidiaries until receiving a ****-MISC from them. I've never heard of them, never used them. There is no professional recording for the phone number listed on the ****, only an electronic recording saying to leave a message. Googled the phone number and it belongs to a *********************, doesn't even show as a number for this entity. Scam?Review fromGaston D

They lie in there promos and than turn around and say they didnt. A promo just the other day where a COD player kills would be $1 per kill into promo money. Just had to put in a $10 entry on COD players. I did. The player ends up finishing with 88 kills, so Im expecting $88 promo cash. No only $25 because apparently it was only map 1 kills. But the promo NEVER said that. It just says for every kill the player gets in the WHOLE major is $1. My guess is they didnt want to pay it out and lied last minute to save face like the cowards they are. Im straight Ill probably be moving on from this dogshit app anyway. Been winning more on Fliff and ***** picks lately. If anyone from PrizePicks reads this. Do better is all. And fire yall marketing and advertisement team they ****SidePrize, LLC

Hello ******, Thank you for your review. The promotion you are referring to was "Place $10+ worth of entires on a Call Of Duty and get $1 per kill that ***** gets on map 1" There was confusion about the payout because he got a total of 88 kills in the entire match, but on map 1 he got 25 kills, which is why everyone was paid out $25 in promo funds. Your feedback will be relayed to the relevant team at PrizePicksReview fromChris W

Multiple entries I placed last year that were "cancelled/refunded" due to 'board error'. Some could be defended as "obvious errors", but others I placed could not be defended that way, yet that is the reason they supplied when asked. Also, it is February 28, 2023 at the time of this review and I still have not been sent my necessary tax forms. I have contacted them twice so far, and both times they simply state "the process has been started and the information should be accessible soon". They are breaking IRS deadlines and have no intention of improving their communication.SidePrize, LLC

Thank you for your review. While PrizePicks does not anticipate having Board Errors on a frequent basis, we do have language in our full rules for when these instances happen which can include the refund of the entry/projection. We are striving to having this occur as less as possible and value your feedback due to the inconvenience.
Regarding 1099's we also recognize the delay in applying these to accounts and are exploring multiple avenues to ensure 2023 1099s are received in a timely manner.
