      The employee of Orkin Pest Control forged my e-signature on a contract and ***** is trying to make me pay for 36 months of service that I did not intend to have. I am a 85 year old retired professor, on a fixed income and am not financially able to pay for unintended services. Please help me stop their demands which are forgery and a crime.

      Be careful if you call them!!! I had a problem with racoons in my attic. To make a long story short, I was lied to by the first tech and fell for his promises. They showed up with very large and loud trucks to clean my attic. They left insulation all over my carport and driveway, not to mention what they did to my skylights! The first tech that came out put a hole and tear in one of my bedrooms! I complained and they sent out another tech that told me the smell of decaying animal, which was my major complaint , was urine from my dog or cat. I have no pets!! They are now trying to blame me for the hole that the tech put in my ceiling. I am handicapped and can't reach the ceiling! I have already contacted the Attorney General and hope those that got taken do the same. I'm out over ****** for a job that was not done correctly and due to the noise and mess was turned over to the ****

      I have been a custom of Guardian, now Orkin for 21.5 years. In 2015, ten years ago, upon discovering a mouse in my basement I continued my contract including rodent removal. For 10 years I have paid them to keep the mice at bay. This past January, a new technician informed me that my basement was overrun, and an expert would contact me. Shortly after, ***** ***** visited my home and informed me that all of my insulation needed to be replaced and that there were mice everywhere. He frightened me. After he left, I wondered what had I been paying them for 10 years if not to control mice. I contacted another pest company to evaluate. First, half of the traps that were supposed to be baited were not! Second after a thorough inspection which included attics and garage, it was determined that there was not an infestation of mice. Moreover, only 2 panels of insulation need to be replaced. I feel that the gentleman preyed on my fears and my age.

      Orkin came to my home on 1/22/25 to inspect for bed bugs. The inspector found evidence of bed bugs in one room of my home. That day I signed a contract with orkin for them to treat my home for bed bugs. I was told that I would receive a total of 3 visits. The first 2 visits were to consists of them spraying/treating my home for bed begs and the 3rd visit was a follow up to ensure that the issue was resolved. I then scheduled for a technician to do the first treatment on 1/23/25. This technician did a great job or so I believe. I am not sure how they do their scheduling process but the technician said the following appointment should happen in a week. I assumed that orkin would contact me to schedule the second appointment but that didn't happen. I called orkin to follow up about scheduling the 2nd appointment. The 2nd appointment was a nightmare! The technician arrived at my home at 9:05am. She stood around talking for 15 mins and told me that I would need to leave my home for 4 hours. I gathered my things and left the house at 9:20am. Before I could even pull out of my driveway the technician was coming out of my home at 9:25am. She said "you're all clear I didn't see anything." These time stamps are on my ring camera. At no time did this technician bring any chemicals into my home. About 10 minutes after she was gone I received a service report stating that she sprayed several chemicals. I did not receive the service that I paid for. I couldnt speak to the office manager until 24 hours later and he was very rude. I asked for the corporate number and no one would give it to me. I was contacted by the general manager who only wanted to refund me 1/3 of my payment but eventually agreed to refund 1/2 after I said I would just contact a lawyer. I am very disappointed in the service I received. I don't usually write reviews but I want to make sure that others are aware that their homes may not really be treated. The tech said that she had her chemicals in her coat.

The ************* contacted you to discuss your concerns and scheduled a follow up appointment on 2/27 where they provided a bedbug inspection and treatment in the home, checking furniture, carpet beds, and couches in living room and additional bedrooms.       I called *************, because we had mices problem,and manager came he inspection,then gentleman told us we need new installation attic, and crawl space will cost $23000.00???I told him, we don't have that kind money. I don't even money I need osteoporosis shut my health.I am a great didn't signed contract, but I signed contract auto pay from my credit card for monthly program, that was a big mistake. Jan 20, 2025 a gentleman came my house then, he told my husband he found 2 dead mices, he didn't clean up just let my husband know, that supposed right??? I called ************* a lady told me they will not charged that day service, but they charged anyway. LIE!!!I compliant no one called back, ************* said when I signed date they take care problem come back??? another LIE!!! 2 dead mices 73 years old my husband clean up. ***** company said they did already, never come back how they clean up???LIE AGAIN!!!I am so disappointment ************** There should be a rating here!Hopefully, this company from customer ripped off money from!!!should be investigate this company problems.

      Our church leader signed a contract with Orkin for $1406.00 plus $91.00 per month for pest control service at our church in **************** on 2/13/24. We paid Orkin for 1 year in advance, at a discounted rate of $2310.00 per the salesman, on 2/23/24.6 months later Orkin started to bill us for more payments and provided a forged contract for the same service at $1636.00 + ***** per month, no discount. This is forgery/fraud and unacceptable.We have copies of both the original and the fraudulently altered contracts, both emailed from ******Due to fraud we declared the contract void and requested a full refund of $2310.00. We also requested that ***** employees shall NOT enter the church premises for any reason or face trespassing charges, effective the reception date of the certified letter. They received the letter on 10/30/24, but still entered a property 2 days later on 11/1/24, which constitutes Trespassing.***** representatives refused to address the fraud/forgery and trespassing.

      I sent a check on January 11th for $1595.00 to Orkin via their servicing company Rollins ****************** (***). On January 12th I had a medical emergency and had to use money from my checking account. On January 13th I called *** and spoke with an agent to explain that my check would then not be covered by my bank. I subsequently paid with a *********** **** in the full amount of $1595 which the agent told me was OK to pay using a credit card. I asked the agent repeatedly if she could send my check back to me and she reassured me that she would do that. I told her NOT to submit this check because it would not then be covered by my bank. She reassured me again that she would send the check back to me.On January 21 my check was cashed by RAC and I got a notice from my bank of a -$878.00 deficient and also a $36.00 overdraft fee!!!! I checked my *********** statement and on January 15th RAC also charged $1595.00. This is double charging and FRAUD! I called RAC and talked to several people who promised to put $1595 back into my checking account in 5- 10 business days! I told them that was not acceptable because I need that money back today so they promised me to return the money today but this company has no integrity and obviously lied to me before. They also tried to put the blame on me by saying I should have notified my bank in the first place. Well I would have, had I known I was dealing with a company that has no integrity and takes no responsibility for lying to me. As a result of this financial shortfall, I have no money because I depend on the money in my checking account to live. If I do not get this refunded back into my account TODAY I am going to file a report of FRAUD with the legal authorities.I addition, I will never recommend RAC or Orkin to anyone who doesn't want to get ripped off. After I paid Orkin almost $1600, I still have a mouse problem which is the reason I called them in the first place. There should be a zero rating here!

      I'm very upset with Orkin and how they treated my 80 year old mother. My mothers condo is ***** sq ft and occasionally she sees very small ants in the summer so she reached out to ***** for to spray around her home. The person from the company sold her a monthly service for $50+ per month. That is stealing if you ask me. I oversee her finances and reach out to corporate to reverse or stop the charges because she does NOT need this service. And got nothing back. I finally went to the bank and had them cancel the service several months ago. She received a call from ******* from ***** to ask for back payments and she made a payment of $232 dollars. Of course, my mother is getting very forgetful and forgot I told her we cancelled this at the bank and I asked her to call the person right back and ask them to call me so they could reverse the charge. The good news is that ******* called me within an hour or so and she was very kind. We went back and forth about the charge, and she said she could NOT reverse the charges. Be very weary of using this company. Anyone that takes advantage of an elderly women should not be trusted. This is sad. Thats a lot of money to her.

      ***** sold us on pest control. I was doing this all for my grandmothers house. He said we could cancel anytime and we signed the paperwork on an iPad which I'm sure you can imagine is a lot of signatures for paperwork. I said as long as I can cancel after some time, just to get the pest gone for now. We agreed upon the monthly charge rates. I went to cancel and i found out they actually put $13,000 on a payment plan saying they did all this work at the home the inital visits and it couldnt be canceled. We found this all out after many months of paying for pest control and went to cancel. They did NOT tent the house fyi. They took off the annual renewal fees which mind you, we we're being charged interest on for advanced renewal fees. We still owe close to 10k somehow even though I canceled everything going forward. I talked to the manager. I reached out to *****. No one cares. I asked for detailed work receipts which I never received. There is a class action lawsuit of some sorts I was told about against them. This is the WORST company ever. ****** always send their emails to spam even if I have them as a vip contact too. I hope no one else gets scammed like we did, especially our huge elderly population in *******. It is so sad to see this.

The original agreement and payments were with your mother to resolve live termites and rodents in the attic. The manager discussed the work that was completed and were valid charges. He did offer to stop the pest control and cancel the accounts due to financial difficulty. He also had the advanced renewals credited back to you.       I the service Ive experienced. Cannot get ahold of the technician that came to my house to give me a quote for a new service (he told me texting was the best way to get ahold of him) Ive called the office twice now to ask a simple question.. what is the pay off period for services if not paid off in full at beginning of serviceThe first ***** I spoke to said she would reach out to him and have him contact me. 5 hours later I call back again and get HANEEDA ( what she finally told me was her name). Not only does she continue to cut me off and talk over me, she refused to tell me her name and kept placing me on holds. After I finally get her to tell me her name she snaps at me and said all her phone calls are recorded so if I want to complain on her to go right ahead. I cant recommend a company for quality service when no one can answer a simple question and the customer service argues with you on the phone and puts you on hold just to be *****. Currently on hold for 22minutes now just trying to get someone to answer my question. I calls are recorded, I spoke with the angry ***** around ******* on 18 December from the 9765 number.
